I have purchased motorcycles from 4 different dealerships in the Phoenix area and done business with several more. AEO is by far the best of any of them. This is due mostly to the quality and integrity of the people working there. For service work, buying parts and accessories or my recent purchase of a new GasGas motorcycle they have always been friendly, fair and honest. There website listed New 2020 GasGas 300 TXT. Well turns out its not new its a used demo with 8.3 hours missing rear fender bolt, gouges on front rim, easy to see the silver though the black painted rim, foot pegs so worn the paint is missing about 30% and dirty. When asked about being new the response was since its never been registered we can sell it as new. Technicality I guess. Just be honest, list it as a demo then our expectations wouldnt be as high. So the $5200 became $6639 OTD. I passed. You know what they say about first impression. Once you lose a persons trust it hard to not think theyre trying to get one over on you.

Great place, family friendly. Outfitted myself and kids with the help of friendly staff. Will continue to go here.

Visited the AZ AMRA ISDE Qualifier this weekend and had the pleasurable experience of working with your team there. I struggled on day one with suspension set up. I pulled into their tent at the end of the day, asked for set up help, and they gladly accommodated my request. Day one result was a 5th and day two was a 2nd. Thanks guys for the help and support. The results speak highly of your efforts.

They did a phenomenal job on my vstar 1100. Took a little longer then expected due to Yamaha, but they kept me informed. Great staff.

I had them put a couple new tires on for my bike. Very quick at getting my tires changed! They also noticed my sprocket was a little loose and just tighten it up for me at no charge.

Great service here and reasonably priced. I brought in a set of forks and cartridges to be installed. There turned out to be issues with the cartridges ( I had purchased them from a different vendor). AEO did a great job of getting everything straightened and getting my forks working.

Being a busy professional and in the Hospitality business it is very refreshing to see the same principles I practice each and every day running Hotels and Resorts. Jeremy the owner who is willing to do what is right and Joe the service manager educating what is needed for my toys, the staff practices a culture of doing things right the first time and takes every step to make you feel number one. The atmosphere feels like a Mom and Pop store with a big store merchandise. AEO is a 5 star establishment, no need to look anywhere else.

Went in, and met A.J. and Lance. Introduced them to my son Dominick. We looked around and seen they have ALL the products my son uses. They listen very well. I just hope i didnt talk A.Js ears off. Today was a long day trying to get clear title to a Yamaha 2007 sold via consignment through AEO Powersports. The sales people were unable or unwilling to assist with getting me a clear title. Their response was they were too busy and they told me to contact the previous owners and solve the problem myself. This was not helpful because the person who sold the bike was not the owner. The name on the title was no longer the legal owner of the bike either. It is my understanding that a dealership must provide CLEAR TITLE. I have been making all the phone calls myself and still do not have CLEAR TITLE despite talking to various sales people. And the bike has already been purchased in full.

The suspension tunes we received on multiple bikes were spot on and more recently we had a Yamaha with bearings and a race in the oil screen. I made a call and Joe and Jeremy knew exactly what the issue was and had my kids bike fixed and returned on short notice so we could enjoy our dune trip to Camp RZR! Found these guys via Troy Lee Designs website. I was looking for a TLD Shock Doctor chest protector and they had a great selection in stock made me totally happy because I called several other places in the valley before I found AEO and no one else even had any TLD gear in stock. I absolutely love to buy local when the stuff I want is in stock.The place was immaculate and everything seemed to be the same price as online stores. This is a Mid size store chock full of goodies and the staff was great. 3 nice guys acknowledged me at different times to see if I needed help. Each one was super nice. I felt very welcome and there was several conversations going on. The others customers were really engaged.I ended up buying my chest protector. Best most protective one Ive ever worn! The TLD Shock Doctor is in my opinion the best protection on the market. Hands down. Its light, strong and really well built. Once its on you dont even feel its there but you feel super safe and confident. I researched and tried on several others over the past month and this was the best pick. Go try one out. :)
