I ABSOLUTELY love this Starbucks location. They always get our order right. They’re quick on service & whoever we have at the window always is respectful. Our puppies love going there as well! The first time we went the barista even put their names & spelt them correctly! She was honestly the best! Sorry I didn’t catch your name but if you see this; you’re amazing!!

The barista taking my order tonight around 8:30pm at the drive-thru seemed like she was having a rough one. She was rude, and trying to pick a fight out of nothing, but she was angry on her own because I wasnt going to engage with her. Starbucks should do better and be selective as to who they hire as not everyone is cut out to work in customer service.

There was a lot going on at this Starbucks. Manager was dealing with an irate individual, who may have been homeless. She was asking him to leave and he wasnt having it. They seemed busy but there werent many customers inside or in the drive-thru. Took longer than other Starbucks Ive been to. My frapp was mostly whipped cream. Most likely will not go back to this location.

Notoriously biased, for instance any other starbucks ive ever went to the barista will usually get small orders out the way fast but i my case i found myself there 8 mins later. The rational that I eventually took was: Might as well show them they suck simply by quietly requesting a refund. This Extraordinary big blonde grandma attempted to jab me indirectly to her peer so i jabbed harder and told them booth on how stupid it would be to make someone wait that long for a damn small black coffee.

I rate this place 5 stars only because of barista Lanai, she always displays a very pleasant & positive attitude, does her best to please the customer. ❤

By far the Worst Starbucks in town. I go in pretty much every morning because it’s on my way to work. Every one there are rude. they never seem to get my order right. my drinks are not what I expect, the food I order is always somewhat cold or hard. It’s just very disappointing. I would understand if they were short staffed but they always have at least 5 baristas there. It sad but I rather drive out of my way to go to the Starbucks off Nuevo and 215. Everyone there are friendly. Never had one problem with my drinks or food. And for that reason I’d give them a 1 star.

Came in, it was really busy outside and walked in instead, Alicia helped me out and she honestly made my experience a great one and made the rest of my night. Great and excellent customer service. I Commend the lady, she gives the company a great name and image.

I keep going back in hopes of a well made drink. Yet for the third time today my drink was watery and my cold foam was more like bubbly water..might not be returning for awhile.

Extremely slow drive-through, I must have been in line for about 30 minutes. I understand Starbucks is usually busy, but this location really needs to pick up the pace!

Order hot coffees ☕, gave me ice coffees went in and told them, really bad service in that place, not only that they gave an attitude 😑.

I like this Starbucks. Very rarely do they mess up my order and everyone I’m come in contact with has been super nice! 10/10 recommend and their drive through usually moves pretty fast even when they look like they’re slammed.

First time at this location. Very confortable and friendly atmosphere . The girl upfront knows her stuff .She helped me with ordering a drink for my boys that didnt have too much sugar . definitely coming back . Made my ordering really easy

Longest line of my life. Every time I come I wait 30 min just to order and another 10 to receive my stuff! Not only that but I ordered ahead on the app and when I came to pick up their lobby was closed and I saw my stuff already made just sitting there and they told me to wait in the long 40 min line! Maybe they should specify that online or on the app.

Awesome staff.I ordered my bagel on the app and they forgot to give me my cream cheese. So I called Back and spoke to Brittany. within seconds she asked me where was I located I was 0.2 miles away and Brittany and another staff brought the Cream Cheese to My JOB...... now thats customer service at its best....

I drink too much Starbucks (between work, school and kids I usually end up needing more coffee than I brew in the morning ugh). I usually don’t really leave reviews, however after going to tons of Starbucks and being disappointed I realized that I just work next to a really awesome one! They set the bar high and their coffee at this location is always on point. I’ve started seeing how low some of the standards are at other various Starbucks. Thanks citrus and Perris Starbucks staff for always making great coffee, one of the better Starbucks around.

The Manager Britney and the other baristas have excellent customer service. They really make customers feel welcomed. One of the best locations in the Inland Empire

My daughter ordered a Venti Vanilla Latte for me last night from this location. When she got home the coffee (or so I thought) was still nice and hot. When I began to sip it, the drink taste milky but I continued to drink a little more, but it just was not right. Got up and made a pot of coffee to add to my drink and when I opened my cup what did I find? A cup of milk with oil. No answer when calling...i will also share this with the corporate office. When I showed my daughter the cup her comment to me was.....maybe thats why she was smiling and giggling so much, maybe she knew there was no coffee in it.Disappointed...

Not a good experience at all. For starters I was there 10 minutes before the buy one get one Happy hour was over, needless to say I did not make it to the speaker in time. So I ordered via mobile as I was already in the drive thru path, no way to get out at thus point. And since this was the first time I wasnt sure how it worked, when I got to the speaker I advised them it was a mobile order and they responded ok. That gave me the ok to advance, when I finally arrive to the window they didnt even have my drink order, they had to look at my phone to make sure I was picking up at the right location...which I was. And they had to reenter my order into their system because they supposedly did not get a ticket print out and i had to wait for them to make it...😲😲😲😲 One hour from when I arrived to when I left the drive thru. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I would have given zero stars but it was not possible in order for my review to post.

I dont usually drink coffee but I was craving a Caramel Frappuccino so I came to this location. Its very nice. The coffee was really good. Surprisingly I might be back again very soon.

They only had grande size cups available i was already annoyed by that. So i ordered a tall frappe and literally it was mostly all ice and tiny bit of milk. This is the first time i have been dissatisfied with starbucks. Get your inventory together and retrain employees how to make a proper frappe!

I have only been here in the mornings. Friendly employees that care to ask how your day is going. Clean facility, with great seating, good layout and plenty items to buy on shelfs.I have heard that night crew is not so good as morning shift

I dont know what happened to this place but it takes forever going through the drive thru.. dont go here if youre in a hurry.. im very disappointed. I just visited (Jan 19th: Sunday evening, a bit after 8 pm). Keep in mind Ive been here before with much better attention to service. I ordered three drinks. The grande peppermint hot chocolate was actually coffee (my guess it was confused with mocha, common mistake) but the one drink I ordered (venti green tea matcha latte) was way more disappointing. We had taken our drinks to go, so I had only noticed the questionable lump of some kind on seedy fruit (my guess passion fruit or kiwi that had no business in my drink) by the time I had finished my green tea. The boys behind the counter were obviously not paying enough attention to what they were putting in our cups. I hope everyone else ordering this night doesnt also find an unwanted surprise in their drinks. Other than todays visit my past experiences at this place have been great, but tonights been an utter disappointment. I suggest the baristas that worked this evening shift to better their attention to detail as they prepare drinks. Rant Complete.

Usually the service is great! However, today when I went through the drive through, the guy at the window was rude. He had trouble accepting the money I gave him. Plus, on top of that after being more than half way done with my drink, I discovered a chocolate covered hair in it, via the straw!! How gross is that! :(

It is completely UNACCEPTABLE for who ever is in charge of inventory NOT to check ahead of time when inventory is running low. Trying to order drinks and don’t have flavors requested.It was my third trip (different days) to this Stabucks this week and still didn’t have what I always get. COMPLETELY UNNACEPTABLE! Manager please do some major coaching.

The wait in the drive-thru line at this location is ridiculous! Got in line at 5:34pm. Its now 5:54pm and Ive only just ordered. There are 4 cars still ahead of me and I cant leave the line. Theres no way out. Im trapped here for however long it takes! 20mins and counting! The reason? They are taking orders one car at a time instead of stacking them in the lane.
