Fixed my glasses that I sat on in 5 minutes! Excellent customer service. Wide variety of frames and they’re very helpful and honest. Will be back to purchase my next pair!

I were there last three weeks, but still not get my contact lens . First when i call to make an appointment . They said my insurance will pay, but charged me 90$ Because of my insurance will not cover. They asked come back a week later to get my sample but they let me waited 1 hour and more. Then they told me they forgot my order and asked for another week . But nothing until now. That bad service :/

I have been going here for a few years and have always had a positive experience. I have had to have an adjustment made to my lenses but it was not a hassle. They handled it professionally and friendly. I like the ladies at the front desk, they are very nice and welcoming. I will use them again for sure

Vincent was super helpful picking out my frames with me and my mom. He gave us good advice and was courteous every step of the way. Eye exam was quick and to the point.

This is the best! Ive been coming to this center for over 4 years, they have a great service, friendly and respectful staff, the doctors are awesome. Me and my family are really happy with their service. I recommend this place 100%.

Been going here since I started wearing glasses. Its close, with a nice selection of frames and their times are convenient. Only thing I dislike is that theres no consistent eye doctor. The front desk people are kind of rude. Theyll always talk about you quietly amongst each other. Especially the bigger girl. Shes the worse. She stole money from me once when I was younger and laughed about it. Im surprised she still works there! Im a full grown adult now. I havent been back since, but if Im in a pinch for contacts this place is my last resort.

Been going here for 3 years. The first 2 years were great, friendly staff and they really wanted to help you. I went this year and it was totally different. The front reception had totally different people. I chose my frames, a pair of Gucci frames that were on SALE for $159. I get a call the next day that the pair was a totally different price. I am a full-time student and work as well and did not have time to drive 30 minutes to choose another pair of frames. I was pissed because I had to skip a class, college is expensive by the way, and choose a new frame. They kept saying that it was a price mistake, I wasnt mad about the price, my budget was $250 or less. The problem was that I had to go out of my way to come back and choose a new frame. No one said sorry for wasting your time or offered anything to compensate. $10 off my next pair for inconvenience? An extra case for my glasses? Anything? Unfortunately they lost a customer.

Me and my kids will no longer be back there. I would rather go somewhere else. Receptionist name Trang is the worst! And this will be My very first bad review.

Always a great experience. Staff makes you feel like you have known them forever. Quick and easy. Willing to go the extra mile.

Been sitting here for over two hours and still waiting got myself registered @12:15pm, schedule appointment for 12:30 pm and for some weird reason my chart got over looked spoke to rep. And am still waiting. Am about to leave.....

I have been coming here since I was 9 to get annual eye exams and my glasses made. They have a wide variety of designer from and will walk you through all the options you have for your eyeglasses. Plus they give student discounts and work with you on pricing. Best thing ever from my wallet these last few years through college. The staff is very friendly.As for previous reviewer stating they arent good with elderly or glaucoma patients, Ive been here when they a specialist come in, I think its one a month or once every other month, to examine the patients. The staff also there to translate for the elderly that dont speak English all the time.My whole family comes here even those from Lower Merion!

This is my go to spot for all my opthalmic needs. I have been going here for years. Dr Dinh is very knowlegable and gets the job done in a quick and efficient manner. He is honest, but I especially like him because he is approachable and down-to-earth. My prescription strength is a special order item, but I usually get them really quickly. Their prices are reasonable and I never have a problem getting an appointment. A great all-around establishment.

Got my glasses had to go back my prescription was not good for me. I took the glasses back again and i still can not see well with them after 300.00 later i give up won’t be going back there again.

Reception staff are friendly although they are inexperienced and lack adequate knowledge to see you through whatever needs to get done. If you just need a prescription for glasses you are okay, but if you have any specific eye conditions like cataract or glaucoma this place is no good. Especially inappropriate for older ppl who need or will need regular appts.
