Always professional from Daniel to Dr. Berg, with Nani and John consistently providing the foundation on which sound, respectful and courteous culturally sensitive customer service is grounded. It feels like a spa when you go there with loads of care, concern for you and lots of potential for your stellar eyewear fashion. Omnivision, located at the epicenter of the city’s Fashion District, serves the whole person, a bit more than what you might be “looking” for!

The optometrist and the optician was tremendously friendly, patience, and nicely answered all of my questions. Overall it was a fabulous first time experience.

This place here is FABULOUS!!! I’ve really never had an regular obstetrician, now I do! The dr. Is great and Daniel was a JOY to work with. Daniel was a great help choosing our frames. Love Omni Vision. During this pandemic they take great precautions taking your temp after stepping inside. Had a 12:30 appt, no wait checked in and was sent up to see Dr. Burg who was very thorough, professional and pleasant. When it was time to choose frames a very pleasant lady at the front desk found a beautiful pair of Marc Jacob frames that were on sale, the first ones I tried on, loved and purchased. If you are looking for eyeglasses Omni Vision is the place to go. Huge inventory of designer frames at reasonable prices.

I walk by this office all the time and decided this would be the next place I got my eye exam. I paid out of pocket only $75 and ended up with a way more precise exam than I thought I would get along with information previous optometrist didnt bother sharing. Then Daniel helped me pick out a frame. I typically order frames online just because I like being able to have various looks but Im happy to also splurge. I was told they also cut lenses so maybe I can get some vintage frames set up. Thank you for the best service Ive had in awhile.

I had a great experience with the Lead Optician Nani, she was very knowledgeable about about a variety of shades and glasses which lead me to purchasing a great pair of Cartier glasses. She also provided me with a decent personal opinion which lead to my purchase. I also received an eye examination which Dr Burg was great. Moving forward Omni Vision will have my annual eye examinations here. Great staff & clean facility. 20/20 Vision

Y’all was talking entirely to long with each client it don’t take that long to try on your eye wear for fitting it’s not a dress or suit make me wanna go some where else

I started with OV around 2011 or so.. at some point I started going to other opticians and were never really satisfied. Im back with them now and let me tell you- if youre looking for quality service and sincere care for your vision issues, then this is the place. My dispensing Optician, Daniel Joy was very receptive and attentive as well as patient as I searched for frames. Dr Stuart Burg was my optician was meticulous with my evaluation. Theres a wide variety of frames here..dedicated employees and the ambiance is incredible. Highly recommended!💯

I will be taking my business away after 10 years . I did love the place they are always nice but I paid 400 for good lenses and they most likely blame it on the frames even thought got them from another eye store just like them. The next day the lense popped out. My contacts prescription is almost two years old, I went off a mistake of being told it’s good for two years and I was sold contacts literally last month. And now I can’t buy anymore. That’s fine too but that was their mistake not mine. But I guess if I bought a 600$ pair of frames then paid 400$ for lenses I would have had a better experience. If I was older more prestigious I might have been treated better. The people in there are great though. I guess it’s their policy. Thanks

I absolutely love Omni Vision and the people who work there. Theyre friendly respectful and very knowledgeable about everything concerning eyewear. I grabbed some throwback Cazal’s last year and now you cant tell me Im not fly, Lol. The eye doctor is the best in the business and I refuse to let anyone else exam my eyes. The best eye exam I’ve had since living in Philly and the Dr got my prescription right plus I was in and out! Everyone in there is great, Allison got me an appointment right away, Daniel helped me pick out my frames and they have a huge selection. I even got my glasses in 2 days! I highly recommend this place to everyone! Won’t be going anywhere else but here.

Really positive experience. I was in a rush and they totally accommodated me from start to finish. Dr. Burg and his colleagues are fantastic! Definitely recommend.

My husband and I both bought glasses from these people. His have been falling apart constantly for the last year. Mine were supposed to be transition lenses, they do not transition at all. They were supposed to be bifocal but the sliver to read is so small, it is impossible to read with them. Take your insurance and money elsewhere.

I have a new contact lens office. I was an Optician for many years and was blown away with the whole experience at Omnivision. The Optometrist was excellent 👍 The Optician at the order desk was fantastic . Will tell everyone who wears contact lenses or eyeglass to head right over to Omnivision !!!

The digital lens they offer is very good. Usually when you get new glasses, you need to adjust to the new lenses, but their digital lenses require no such adjustment period. I start wearing my new glasses right after I got them and didn’t feel any difference from my old pair.

Dr. Burke was great and very thorough. He explained what he was testing for, and was very courteous. The office staff was very friendly and the place was nice and modern. I’m also very happy with my new glasses prescription. Definitely recommend!

The new location is absolutely amazing. Khalid is very attentive and helps you with making the best decision, not just the most expensive.The Optometrist was very attentive, did an extensive exam. The male Asian owner kept watching my every move, made me a little uncomfortable as if he thought I was stealing or something.This is my second visit and purchase at Omni Vision. I love their selection and Khalif, just don’t want to be assumed a criminal when I spend lots of money on my eye glasses, all in full.

BEST place in the city for cool, unique glasses!

I was a walk in, Dr. Saw me right away. The Dr. took his time examining me and answering any questions I had. The prices are a little higher but for the entire experience it is hassle free and well worth every penny.

I was prepared to be disappointed. I have worn glasses since I was 6, I am 63 nearsighted and need readers. They convinced me I would only need 1 pair to serve my vision needs, reading needs, and computer needs with digital lens. They delivered! I can see clear like I was looking through glass lens. I can read and see my computer without moving my head around the way I had to when I wore progressive. Pricey but well worth it!

The owner Nani was sooooo nice to me at first I was turned away because I did not have a referral but she was able to still help me before I left the office. The doctor was also very good and professional. Everyone was so friendly I’m glad I found this place! I love the designer sunglasses on the first floor too!

I tried on a pair frames at Omnivision and liked them very much. However, when I went to take a picture of myself wearing them, they stopped me and said they have a policy that customers are not allowed to take pictures of themselves wearing the frames. I find this ridiculous. This is my process for selecting a nice pair of frames. I like to evaluate their appearance for a few days and show some people, like my wife and others to get their opinions. The fact that they wont let me take my picture wearing the frames shows me that they dont trust me and isnt trust a very important feeling that we should have when doing an expensive transaction? If they dont trust me then I dont trust them and therefore, we cant do business. This is really sad because I really liked the frames but they lost my business. I asked them why they have this policy but the answer was not clear. Also, I shopped at 5 or 6 other frame shops and no one else had such a policy. In fact, every other store encouraged me to take pictures because they trusted me and wanted me to be comfortable with my decision. 1 star for Omnivision.

Young man at front was nice however I was not told about being able to get my deposit back I learned a valuable lesson...always ask before leaving a deposit. I really wish there had been a sign saying this is a non refundable deposit store credit only. I’ll remember this valuable lesson for the rest of my lifetime Gee thanks

Great experience at Omnivision getting contact lenses. Easy to get an appointment - they were able to give me a same-day appointment because of a cancellation. The prices are good.Dr. Burg is excellent; very friendly, efficient, and takes time to explain what hes doing.Ill definitely be coming back.

Yikes. Called to ask about what is entailed with an eye exam and all I got was “a doctor looks at your eyes.” Over and over. No step by step guidance or instructions or what to expect or if I can go back to work directly after an appointment. Asked to speak to a Doctor and the receptionist said they left for the day, before 5:30pm, which is it indicated that their hours are until 6pm. Strange.

OK the experience was amazing and it does say the worlds best eyeglasses so I am really looking forward to going back and perusing the different options I have for two types of glasses one for reading and one for driving.

My experience at Omnivision was great they have wonderful customer service. The customer service/sales rep assigned to me was Kaleef. He had a phenomenal personality and a terrific sense of style. He assist me in picking out my favorite pair of sun glasses the black panther edition by Cartier. I will be back guys to purchase another pair real soon.
