Mr. Baldwin does an amazing Job, talented in his craft to say the least!!
Two words, the best!
Lots of fabric and accessories, but best of all is the service! A+
The owner is super nice which is why I gave it 2 chances but they were both pretty bad. Once was as a bridesmaid and all I needed was the dress hemmed and gave him about 2 weeks to do it and he forgot all 3 times I stopped by to pick it up on and after the date he gave me. He finally rushed thru it while I had to sit there and wait while I was rushing to get to my hotel the night before the wedding. The 2nd time was for my own wedding dress and it needed a few alterations, all of which he forgot to do and ended up doing a rush job of it 2 days before my wedding! So yeah I try to support local businesses and he was a very kind man to deal with during the whole process but I just got bad results both times
It was a very professional experience! Hes well versed in his craft! My daughter was very satisfied with her PROM selection!😗
Great person, Great personality very professional and helpful
Packed with a wide range of fabrics and very friendly service.
Baldwin leather and fabric has great service and very knowledgeable to the detail about the business. With their many years experience I highly recommend them.
He sells quality fabric and he is the nicest person you can ever meet.
Larnell Baldwin has been in the fabric business and custom tailoring since early 1980s. He was very helpful by recommending what fabric to use for my project.
My husbands Hard Rock jacket came from San Antonio and has been well loved over 30 years. Now its cherished by our 21 year old son who has - despite its many small rips/tears and falling apart lining - vowed to wear it with pride. We wanted to repair/restore it & so after repeated requests to tailors we knew (too difficult a task for them), we spoke with Larnell Baldwin at Baldwin Leather & Fabric in Philly. He is a Maestro with a Needle! Not only did Mr. Baldwin personally tour us up & down 4th St. to find fabric pieces to match the jackets colors, he promised he could restore the jacket - replacing the entire lining, the collar and breast pocket leather. He did a WONDERFUL job, was reasonably priced and fast! We are thrilled, as is our son.
Cant find a better place to go for fabrics and leather
