The employees here are very rude and unprofessional. The receptionist always seems like she’s in a bad mood. I would not recommend this place.

This place did a great job - they were communicative about what to expect, the turn around time was great, & the glass ended up matching the rest of the glass in the kitchen perfectly (which I was quite worried about when replacing one cabinet out of many!). Highly recommend! I will go back for all of my glass repair needs.

I googled this place randomly and it was only 16 minutes from my house, reviews were good, so I figured why not? I have a round table which needed round glass. I was really praying that it was the same thickness and the right size. It took only 3 days, if that for my repair! The glass looked identical! There was a small error but they fixed it without a problem. They’re VERY nice people and VERY professional. I am all for supporting family owned businesses and I will definitely return and highly recommend!

Good and fast service

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Someone broke our window the night before so I googled and called a bunch of companies but none were able to replace the broken glass...others just simply didnt answer the phone. I called O&R and the receptionist was very friendly and professional. I told her the window dimensions and they were able to quickly replace the glass the same day for a great price. The guy there (might be the owner) was very easy going as well. Awesome service.

These guys were the only place open on a Saturday morning after someone broke my window overnight. They were very kind and got someone out to the house to measure the window the same day. They came out a couple days later and installed the glass. The price was very affordable and the installers were polite and cleaned up when they were done and thanked me for the business. I highly recommend them.

I called and gave glass dimensions needed and we agreed on a noon pick up the next day. I arrived and nothing was cut - I ended up waiting til 2pm. They subtracted 10$ from my total for this and were apologetic. They also had affordable prices and were courteous — they just seemed to be frantically behind and I had a tight schedule so it kind of wrecked my day. Id deal with them again, but would call the norning of to make sure they were aware ans then agaij to confirm they were ready with my order before going by.

They are very nice and reasonably priced but need multiple reminders on some job requests.... Nothing but good things to say about glass repairs brought to them but when they need to come out and fix u gotta cross your fingers they remember to show up!

My son and I stopped in at the shop to inquire about a price For installing glass and vinyl windows The lady looked at my father after looking him up and down and said she couldn’t do it Because they only handle commercial properties but their sign says residential and commercial Then she told us to go someplace else avoid this plague of a place
