My first time calling to request oil but The company does not run correctly... I made an appointment for oil .. they said they could not give me an exact time but they will be there so i stayed home that day, no one came no one called so I decided to go with another company . The point is If you can’t make it to a customer it’s common courtesy to give them a call and say something .... it’s been a week now still haven’t heard from them even though I don’t need their services or neither do I want the service now because of the situation Of not following through with an appointment or calling at all I believe they will take your money and not show up...

TREMENDOUS THROUGH THE LAST 10 YEARS PLUS. One incident I will never forget was last year snow storm at 8 inches I FAILED TO CHECK MY OUL LEVEL. They informed me the truck is out and deliveries are booked for the next two days. About 10:00 I received a call by the owner who was coming with 50 gallons. With six children sleeping in one one with a heater (that I recommend not safe) My wife just cried of joy as we praised God FOR JUST OIL..

Sheila and her team are great. Not only do they have the best oil prices - but they do excellent clean outs. This makes the oil burner more efficient. They also accept the LIHEAP / CRISIS program.

Yo I was referred to this oil company by my son, who knows them personally. Unfortunately I am low to doing business with black owned businesses. My mother in law called yesterday for some oil, they said they were booked so she paid for the oil for it to be delivered this morning. They said first thing in the morning it would be there, its now 7:08 pm after 4 phone calls and a lot of excuses they still have not delivered her oil. Idk what kind of business practices this is a first time customer and this is how they do her? I will be at there business as soon as my son tells me someone is there...I WOULD NOT SUGGEEST OR RECOMMEND NOBODY USE THIS HEATING OIL COMPANY..
