The store it self was fine but their delivery people were lazy and in a rush. Damaged my door handle but messed up my door by removing it without permission now causing it problems when closing it. And on top of that left a ton of trash in my yard without warning. Store is fine but until they fix their delivery I recommend against them. Update spoke with the person in their office who just blew everything off and gave me an email to use for looking to get these damages repaired.

It is the worst store! never buy here, I placed my order the first week of August and we are in October and no one responds to my order, I can never speak to anyone. They give me other numbers to call and they never answer, the customer service is really lousy. I think they stole my money because the furniture does not arrive and they do not return the money. the worst store.

Absolutely HORRIBLE !!!!!!! I ordered my sectional on June 21, 2021. I was given a date of Tuesday August 31. I was told by the young lady to call on Monday to check to see if it came in. I tried calling several times, no answer. I decided to go after work since I couldnt get anyone on the phone. I was told by a tall guy, who looked at my receipt and said yes its here and he saw it today, it can be picked up between 12:00 and 5:00 pm. My fiance and I left work early to pick up my furniture, only to be told that it was a error, my sofa was not there and that it will take another 2 weeks.and that the guy made a mistake. When I tell you this is the worse place ever.. NEVER EVER again will I purchase anything else from this unprofessional place. If you read these reviews BELIEVE THEM.. they are all true.

I paid a $1000 for a chest dresser and waited over 3 months for it and every time I called it was a new excuse I asked for a manager and the lady claim he is on vacation. Don’t spend your money here especially 53rd Lancaster ave location.and still waiting on my dresser

Tim was of absolutely no help. I have been to the store twice within a month and I haven’t received any help on finding out why my 5 year warranty protection plan was never registered and I have received no resolution on getting my plan registered. I originally called the Roosevelt Blvd store location because that is the location in which I placed my order for my furniture and I was directed to go to the Lancaster Ave store because supposedly that’s where I would need to go to get my warranty plan registered. Well over a month later and I have received no protection plan number which leaves me unable to file a claim with the warranty company so that I can have my furniture replaced or repaired. Overall very unorganized and unprofessional. I even had my receipt from May of 2018 so there was no looking for a receipt in a warehouse somewhere in order to get my information off of my receipt so there should’ve been absolutely no wait time. Just register my warranty plan and give me my information stating that I purchased the 5 year warranty plan. If I am going to be given a hard time about registering my warranty what was the purpose in me paying the extra $169.99 for me to be denied the coverage in which I paid for.Very UNSATISFIED customer

Ive been dealing with them for many years but this by far is the worst experience Ive ever had with any company! First i was told that my order would be delivered on Nov 20th and would get a call on the 19th. Never happened and i had to call them. They say oh your order is on back order. Really? I then talked to Ted on Nov 25th and said they had the same exact color in a sofa and love seat on the floor if i wanted that instead of waiting for my sectional. I said ok and he said it would be delivered on Saturday, Nov 28th. Well on Friday i get a call and they say the sofa just came in and i wouldnt get delivery until Tuesday, dec 1st. Really? I thought the sofa was already there. Lol then on Monday Nov. 30th i get a call saying the sofa just came in again(lol) but it was a lighter color than what i originally paid for. So now Im like ok just bring me that, she says they cant deliver until between 4-8 pm. I let her know that i have to be to work at 7 so would have to leave by 645. She said there was nothing she could do and would have to speak to her boss tomorrow. Called numerous times and got no answer. The delivery driver calls me at 558 and says hes still in Philly. That means they wouldnt get here until almost 8. I call and get Tim and he was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP! Says no matter what day they not getting here until around 8pm. You would think since Ive been getting all this misinformation that they would make an exception and get my furniture early. Ive been getting the run around and Tim was really smug then when i mentioned i should get consideration since i was told id be getting my furniture last Saturday. His response was, i dont know what Ted told you. This is really how you treat your customers? Then i ask when will i get redelivered? He says oh i dont know we just gotta fit you in. Then i ask for all this confusion how would i go about canceling this order, Tim says there is no refund. No customer loyalty or customer service. Horrible! So when will i get my furniture!

Horrible. I purchased my furniture in March. I did not get it until May and it was delivered curbside, due to covid 19. My dresser was damaged and one of my dining room chairs. To this date they have not replaced either one. I will never purchase anything from them again. Just horrible!!!!

If I could give zero starts I would. The Cedarbrook store took my order in December. I was informed that delivery would be after the new year which was fine. I received a call that there was a weeks delay. Ok That’s Not too bad but I noticed that the wrong bed was on my receipt so before my order was delivered, I called to tell them that the wrong bed frame was on my order. The manager told me to take the order as is and that she would get the right bed to me. I called everyday for a week and was finally informed that the person had made a mistake. She admitted to doing so and was supposed to get me the right bed. I wait two months and finally get a hold of the manager again to have a new bed ordered. She promised she would call me and let me know if the bed could be put on the truck this past Saturday for delivery. I called Saturday morning to confirm and she says that the truck hadn’t arrived. She then informed me that she would call me back to confirm. I heard nothing. I call in on Sunday to ask if my bed frame was even there and some guy says that it’s not. I asked to speak to a manager and he doesn’t know who the manager or general manager is. I asked to escalate and of course nothing can be done on a Sunday. I will NEVER order from them again and will make it a point to inform everyone I know to take their business elsewhere. Oh and my mattress and box spring are still on the floor in my bedroom. That staff is incompetent and even after showing a picture of what I wanted, they’d get my order correct or at least have the decency to follow through.

Paid in full for couch set to be picked up on 10/13 rented my uhaul went waited a hour for them to tell my couch wasn’t in the warehouse and they don’t know when it will be there. Guy tell me to wait till the end of them month. It’s not 10/26. No answer phone and still no Couch set. I want my refund or i will take legal action for breach of contract.

Took forever to get furniture, purchased in July and it didnt arrive until November. Nobody returns calls. Had to go to the store numerous times just to get answers. Was told I would get an ottoman discounted due to the inconvenience, but nobody had any knowledge of it when the time came for it to happen

Ghettooooo, I cannot begin to say how bad the customer service is . Had me waiting all day for furniture. And they scratched up my walls . The furniture came out the truck unwrapped. Moving guys dropping several pillows on the pavement. Try and tell me the don’t cancel orders or comp delivery fees when it’s there fault . Clearly take advantage of ppl that don’t know simple purchasing laws etc.

I went in to pay my balance for the furniture that I thought was paying for and was told that the color was no longer in stock and that it would be 6 to 8 more weeks b4 it would. B4 I made my purchase I advised the young lady of my time frame which was 2mths it would be paid for and( I was there a week and some change ahead of time) she was nice and very friendly and knew her stuff so this stat has nothing in no way bad on her part. Long story short, order was fir brown got light gray not upset both are my favorite colors, the furniture is nice but very cheaply made. Purchased a sectional so you know it has clamps to hold the movers did not put it right and now I know why, the would its made out of does not support the screw. It came wrapped in plastic and not boxed so I truly believe that I was given the floor model and when I asked the delivery guy he said it comes that way from the warehouse (right)..I was gonna call and have it returned but it would cost me 25% of what I paid for it..NO WAY IN HELL Im giving them 300 of my dollars so I will make it work...DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK....oh yeah, the wood sticks out if the base where the pillows go so I have to be careful not to RIP it when cleaning so irked almost 11 hundred...nice but very very cheaply made...

Great selection in the showroom to walk around and browse. Very affordable overall for what I bought. Delivery was prompt and exactly when they said, with a heads up call from the drivers 30 minutes prior. Ill be going back for anything I need in the future.

The place is horrible, the customer there would tell you anything to sell their products. Dont paid for anything unless they put it out and you inspect it and pay for it if you want it. But if you paid for it to pick up the next day they will tell you that you brought a floor sample. They have a few small location also. I wont refer anyone there, cause if I paid $1025 for just a bed and a mattress and box spring they told me it was too late for them to bring it out from the warehouse & today I went to pick it up and they told me the mattress that I paid for was a floor sample. When their retarded salesman told me I have 10 years warranty on the mattress anything wrong with it they will replace it between that 10 years. The only reason I give them 1 🌟 it just cause you cant give anything less .

1st time I ordered from them they were over an hr late for my delivery, left trash all around my apartment and left the boxes outside my apartment building. Trying to give them play I went there for my bed, they told me a time slot and changed it without letting me know so I missed the delivery, I called the driver back after 5min of missing his call and they never picked up. Next delivery date we scheduled they changed my time slot twice without telling me and after waiting in the house all day for them to come no one shows up. I wasn’t notified by NO ONE! They do not communicate at all! Worst service ever! ChaCha however is nice. I asked to be discounted for their inconvenience and was told no. I will not come back ever.

If I could rate this place with negative stars I would. This place is the absolute WORST. Do not shop here, I repeat DO NOT shop here. I’ve purchased furnisher here and on the day it was scheduled to come I get a call saying some of the furnisher wasn’t available (I should have been informed that when I got the comformation call). The day of delivery I was told that the rest of my furnisher would come the following week, I was a little annoyed but I was ok with that so I agreed and set a day for the delivery. The day before my rescheduled delevery I did not receive a confirmation call. I called the warehouse the next day and was told that my delivery was gonna have to get pushed another week back due to a storm that was two days prior to my delivery day which makes no damn sense so now I am demanding a refund. P.s SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY this place is terrible, the customer service is horrible, communication sucks and I am shocked that this place is still in business. My advise to anyone looking to buy furnisher DO NOT GO HERE.!!
