I was welcomed with a warm smile from a young woman named Quiana. Only there to ask a few questions. She was very knowledgeable about sizes of storage unit prices and was very accommodating! I was sold! I immediately purchased a unit and later came back to purchase a lock that shed offered during my initial visit. Based off of my 1st experience, I would recommend this company and rate her customer service as A+!

This storage place is one of the cleanest, accessible, and professionally ran facility that I’ve experienced. Marcy, an employee of the facility was always welcoming and generally out of the way. In fact, flat carts are available, along with an accessible parking area, are right out front so you can park and unload. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place for storage.

I rent a unit that was a good fair price( about 140). The first problem was,they were trying to make me pay for the free month. They woman even put a lock on my unit. I finally got that situation resolved. A few months after that they adding other fees onto my account. I asked what was the extra fees. The lady with hold the information. The extra fees was not on there for my first 3 months and now I got hit with it without explanation. I will not recommend anyone to do business here.Edited: My name on this google account is not my name on my account.

All City Self Storage is a safe place to store your belongings. This storage facility has many security cameras, it is well lit, it is clean and it has specific operation hours so after a certain time no one has access to the facility. The rental rate is not excessive. My buddy used All City Self Storage to store his belongings when he was moving out of town and when I was helping him move his belongings in and out I thought it was pretty easy to maneuver the carts we used to move his belongings.

Came by a little before 5:30pm 2/18/19 to see about renting a unit. Was asked to come back tomorrow because they close @ 6pm. I went with it and left my name, but on second thought I probably wont be returning. The location is relatively convenient, but if I have to make a second trip because you dont feel like doing your job in the last half hour of the day, that second trip is going to be to a different business. I will gladly pay more and/or travel further to avoid this type of customer service.

Ive rented from them several times in the past. I do highly recommend them. Although its process is a bit lengthy its all worth it it.

It was okay stopping in at this storage facility- I had to pay my month fee. I like the promp service, but I still feel like Im paying too much for so little!

Toya who works in the office was a wondeful help to me. She let me view multiple units to make sure I had one that would give me the space I needed to store my items. She even walked me to the unit I ultimately decided on. The customer service was top notch. She explained in detail all of the paperwork I was filling out. On top of stellar customer service and assistance, I got a month of storage for free! The process of getting my unit after a very stressful move was right on time.

Rats and water damage! Owner pretends to care and never calls back to address issue. Informed manager about rat issue and they did not add rat traps to my area.

2008: I had to move out of 5245 Cedar Ave., placed my things in storage here. Few months later they were sold at auction, because I was unable to pay for storage. Not a single family or friend was willing to help. Looking back, I understand, I have not been able to earn any money since that time. Surviving on less that $20 a week from 2009 to 2014; than $40 till today. Did or do they all know something I dont. Im a lil. Disappointed in a few things 1 my unit flooded i was moved to another unit a few years ago had insurance did proper paperwork and never was contacted again. Now to my surprise my unit was sold in November and i was never contacted at all was told today They contact me 1 day before I my unit was sold i had direct payment they said it was not tooken out 3 times notified we well before Nov. I was there in September In and all no one said anything to me they school and business things was there now im about 4,000-4,500 dollars in the hole and they have nothing for me.just the day they said they called and the date sold which 1 day before they sold the unit to a guy name bob. I had this unit for several years with no problem Im upset and the kids

We went online, checked prices, then called to check availability, then headed over to rent a space. The cost was $35/month more then stated online, and they didnt have any of the size units available they had said were available an hour before when we called. Bad customer service and a waste of time. Send your business elsewhere!
