This is the absolute worst Starbucks in the local area. The workers are so inept and inadequate, so rude and openly bitter, I will not ever choose to give my time and business to this store ever again while I live in the area. Unfortunately my experience with the workers at Starbucks was so bad, that i will not be choosing to even shop at stop and shop anymore at all. I will also tell anyone who is even interested, that cashiers at Starbucks even lie about machines being broke, so as to not lift a finger in thier shameful and pathetic lives. This is the only store in New Jersey and much of Pennsylvania where I always have problems with my drinks, it has happened to me more than 4 times. A decent and convenient Starbucks. It is a stand alone building with a drive-thru. They have decent seating indoor as well as some outdoor seating. My mocha tasted as good as any other Starbucks I’ve had. Located near a Chick-Fil-A for and an antiques store.

Always nice people, reliable, fast & delicious! I wish the app had an option to add a comment so itd be easier for some orders. Like I know whip cream is automatically there for certain drinks, & when I select coconut milk for my drink, they assume I cant have any dairy. Some wont realize that, so they wont click off whip cream, which is great for safety reasons for other people. But some of us like to torture ourselves 😂.

A small store with plenty of room. Odd but its really a cozy place to sit down and grab a coffee and snack. They currently have outside seating at the moment but thats the new norm usually it has both.

Service is good. Three not so great things: 1. If theres a deal the drive thru takes forever to get through. 2. If DT line is too long, its very hard to jump out of line and leave, 3. When lines are long, parking is not recommended because its hard to get others in the drive thru let you out.

This Starbucks has the fastest preparation time for pastries cakes and beverages. The staff is friendly and very professional.

Every time I mobile order here I will purchase at least 10 minutes away and every time I get there I still end up waiting another 10+ mins waiting for a Barista to address me. On this visit my drink sat in the window the entire time out of reach but everyone was too busy to ask for my name or even look in my direction. Drinks are always good but unfortunately it doesn’t make up for the awful service at this location.

Let me just say what an experience going through drive thru tonight, If Adam is working he makes the experience a blast, great sense of humor. Quite refreshing compared to your typical wa wa wa people you get. Promote that kid we need people like him to brighten the world.

Every time I order here, my order is always wrong. I always have to repeat myself 5 times for what I want and it’s never right. Then they argue with me at the window that what I want can’t be done, but I’ve gotten it before. This Starbucks is terrible with customer service and will not be returning.

This place is always packed, and I would say that’s a good thing, but out of all of the other busy Starbucks I’ve been to, this one is guaranteed to waste the most of your time. Never waited in a Starbucks drive thru line for 30 minutes MULTIPLE times at such a frequent rate. Decided to go inside one time to see if anything would change, and still waited entirely too long. After watching the baristas, I understand the lines—they’re slow, and spend a lot of time talking to each other. If you want coffee fast, go to the one inside Target right down the highway, you might have to get out of your car, but the baristas are very fast even under pressure.

Very slow. I have never been to a Starbucks drive through that took this long. And to top it off the coffee wasn’t made correctly. Shame on the management of this location to allow the staff to lackadaisically go through their shift.

The service is great, the staff are friendly and they got my order right. I went to the drive-through in the morning. The wait time was roughly 10-15 minutes. If you are in a rush you may want to go inside for faster service.

This is the smallest Starbucks store I have ever been in and they serve majority of the popular drinks you can find in another,more popular areas of the State.The wait time is very low as they seem fully staffed throughout the different shifts and every time I go there I am properly greeted and acknowledged.

Got yelled at for reaching for my drink, well when the girls behind the counter wouldnt pay attention and discussing what they were gonna do after work, Im just gonna get it myself on the staging shelf.

Soon as I walked in I was greeted with warm welcomes. I felt very comfortable with fast and great services.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for the girl at the window to not say anything about the wait and to snatch my phone out of my hand to take my payment. Traveling and picked up 2 sour breakfast wraps. Called home office and it was rectified quickly. The DM was very helpful. Unfortunately I will be hesitant to order the wrap again.

Wrong drink order for my mom and she didnt want to go back in and stand in line again. The pricing on my drink was incorrect due to it being rung up incorrectly. I was not impressed with this location, and I worked for the company in a different state.

Go to Flemington, NJ or Branchburg, NJ; they will take care of you, the prices are better, the service is 100% better and your beverage will be what you asked for and worth it. I will NEVER go to the Phillipsburg Starbucks again. Three strikes and you are out.
