Went in for a helmet and parts. They only had small and extra small helmets. Every helmet in the store was small/extra small. Waited at the counter for about half hour. Finally, a salesman asked what I was looking for, I told him, then was told that I would have to wait a minute. Then another person walked into the store and they helped him immediately with all his questions. Meanwhile, Im still standing at the counter. Then 3 more people came up to the counter and they helped them immediately. Meanwhile, Im still waiting. Its now been about 45 minutes. Yep, thats how quick they help everyone else, yet Im still waiting. Finally I was told they would have to order them. I said OK, then asked another question. Told to wait a minute. 15 minutes go by and 4 new customers helped immediately. I start walking out and was told by the salesman near the door to have a nice day. What great service!!
