The managers seem nice and willing to help. I do not think they train their auto care techs enough. And the wait... Horrible!!!

Called to get a price on tires but never got anyone on the phone to get said price. I have used them in the past and they were decent to deal with.

Service was horrible changed my flat tire then put a whole different tire on it an they had to take that tire off an putvthe correct one on,I was there almost 3an half hours then they over charged me for the tires because I have road assistance on them,an they charged me a hundred an so.ething dollars when I was only to pay 10.70,,so my bank is disputing money that wasnt put back in my account, the girl didnt do the transaction correctly, she charged me but was suppose to refund my money,I had all.receipts to prove it!!!highly disappointed

Very good job with oil change

Arrived at 7:30 to have 4 tires balanced and mounted.They called me at 9:30 letting me know my car was ready for pickup. Employees were very kind and helpful. Walmart prices for tire service is very competitive. I shopped around, decided on Walmarts tires, ordered them on Tuesday, they arrived on Thursday, installed on Friday. I ended up saving about 12 dollars per tire comparitvley speaking. Excellent way of doing business!

They took excellent care of my van in a desperate time and really worked with me even though they were extremely busy. Customer service was on point from start to finish! Thankyou so much!

We went in for 4 new tires and a high mileage oil change. We were missing a lug but son they said they couldnt do the tires. We went to auto done and purchased a lug but and came back. They checked us in and after an hour I got no call. We checked in and they said they couldnt do the oil change because our dipstick was cracked and then asked if we still wanted the tires. I was amazed that they hadnt even started them. Still waiting.

A tire patch took 3hrs and cost 10 dollars price is good service took too long

Wal-mart is ok got alot of looks but nowone asked if i needed help finding anything and the security guard looked at me like i was going to steel something and the greeter did not say goodmorning or goodevening . Weird people you can tell by the people that like thair jobs and pdople that are just thair for a paycheck

Excellent service at the Walmart picayune auto center. I highly recommend them to anyone.

After purchasing two front tires for my 3500 truck in Waveland they couldnt balance the tires so they sent me to Picayune to have my tires balanced after that they will finish I got on the interstate and my truck was going crazy I returned back to the store to see about them rebalancing my truck and they couldnt because someone had the door blocked with another vehicle and was unable to pull my truck in so they can balance it I was supposed to be in Texas by noon today its after 12 not happy at all

I will never do any business with Walmart auto again because of this Walmart. The day I went to get four of my tires replaced it took them three hours to do so. Then I see my center council was damaged and missing items.

Service is very very slow and employees dont know what they are doing . They need Jessie back.
