Mike at Mr Tire could not have been kinder! As a travel sports mom in town with a full car of kids, he fit us in quickly and fixed our flat between games for an incredibly reasonable price. Can not recommend him more strongly. Such great customer service!!

The location was busy but, I was able to leave my vehicle. They called me once it was ready and I was able to go back to pick up without issue. They were short staffed that day but very apologetic for the extra time it would take to service my vehicle. The manager and staff person I spoke with were very personable and professional. I would go back again.

The wait for an oil change was 3 hours because someone called out. I understand this happens, but they should have floaters for when they are short staffedThe employees were very friendly and handled their busy store well. It was a revolving door and the phone constantly rang, but they maintained their professionalism.

I Had the misfortune of dealing with a Mr. Tire employee named, Mike (Pikesville location). It was a truly bizarre and unpleasant experience. Still shaking my head in disbelief. Got an appointment for an oil and battery change. After two hours of waiting my car was ready. 10 minutes after leaving the shop I saw smoke coming out from under the hood which I though it is natural because sometimes an oil drop or two find their way on the hot engine parts. The morning after I saw a whole lots of oil dripping under the car. Popped the hood up and saw oil everywhere. The dipping stick shows the oil level way higher that the F marking.It was the sloppiest oil change Iv ever seen. This is not my first time doing business with Mr.Tire but for sure this was my worst experience.

The staff was awesome! I was scheduled via phone for weekend service immediately even though they were busy. I was greeted with a smile and fresh coffee (which I desperately needed) at 7:30 am. Gordon is usually in to take care of me but I had the pleasure of meeting Bernie (who is DEFINITELY a morning person lol) and Will is always on point - takes care of my baby! Quick, friendly, genuine. That’s why I always come back.

Nice people but not honest. If you are looking for dishonesty this is your place. One star is generous.

Great service and a great price for our Lexus

The employees at Mr. Tire assessed my problem and gave me an honest opinion. They said my tire was in good shape instead of buying a new one. They took out nail n fixed it.

Took my 2005 GMC Canyon P/U truck in for 2 tires and break check. Break inspection revealed need to rebuild rear assembly. Bigger job than I planned for. Took a couple of days for parts and job to be completed. All totaled, job completed very well.I would like to commend Mike and Jason at front desk for their professionaland courteous service. These guys went above and beyond the usual expectations. Great experience.

Oil change was 74 something (synthetic thou) still way to high. i payed it cause they also checked other things. the staff is nice because they are ripping people off, wiff a smile. would never do it again

Not recommended.I had an appointment to get my tires rotated and have a stud changed bc a lug nut was cross threaded.They took off the stud without having a replacement stud, couldnt finish the job and I took my car home after 3 hours and 40 minutes.Now Ive lost half a day and have to make an appointment somewhere else to get the stud replaced.

New to MD and needed my car inspected. Mr Tire was able to give me an appointment that suited my schedule. Arrived and was greeted by the manager, Shannon, and my car was immediately taken in to start inspection. All of the employees at this location are personable, knowledgeable, and professional. They all made me feel comfortable, and went the extra mile to provide excellent service. Shannon, who was at the desk juggling phone calls and customers, has exceptional customer service skills, and was willing to explain and educate me on what is required to obtain my MD tags. He even offered me a piece of the pizza that they had ordered for lunch! I will be a repeat customer, and will recommend them to anyone needing service for their car. It is a busy shop, and they will try to fit in walk-ins, but making an appointment would be the best way to go.

I went here the other day after I got a flat tire. He offered a good price to replace it and got to me almost immediately, even though I didnt have an appointment. Then he told me my rim was bent and causing a leak. He explained the problem in detail to me and fixed the leak for free. He was really polite and helpful; excellent customer service. I went in today to have the work done. I had a blow out and the wonderful staff ordered me the tires I needed and were able to get me an appointment within a few hours. The total wait was even less than expected. I can’t recommend Mr Tire 729 enough!!

Had an appointment for front end alignment and tire rotation at 1200am they didnt get my truck in until after 1pm I never got the tires rotated because I had to get back to work which I informed the service manager that I was on the clock for work I asked you can get me in at 12 and he said yes and I never got a print out of my specs for my alignment was told had no ink so how am I suppose to know if the work was done and the specs before and after worse place I have ever been to

Mr. Tire fit me in on a Saturday morning without an Appt. Shannon, who helped me during my visit, was very polite, helpful, and friendly during conversation. He offered me a cup of coffee, the free wifi, etc to make me feel comfortable during my wait. They finished my oil change even faster than I expected. And they are open on Sundays. The service was timely and 5-star. Would definitely come back to this location even though it’s not the closest Mr. Tire to my house.

Great place to get your vehicle fixed. They let you know what is actually wrong and price accordingly. This was my first time bringing a vehicle here but sat in and waited and heard from a repeat customer (for years) who had nothing but good things to say. Shannon was very pleasant as well. Originally brought a vehicle in for a friend but will consider this location for any future repairs for my personal vehicle.

I went in to Mr. Tires because I had a tree branch stuck under my car and I couldn’t see it to pull it out. Mr. Shannon helped me out and made sure I was ok to drive away safely. I always come to Mr. Tires. Never been to this location but they were polite and helpful.

I found this location to be friendly and honest about expectations. Also, they are fair with their charges and dont charge for quick diagnostics, which is nice. I will come back here again

This rating is just for customer service alone. I didnt even buy anything, but when I called to check and see if they had a very rare tire I need, Dan the man was very helpful in assisting. He went above and beyond to find a the tire I needed which he didnt have to do. Unfortunately the tires were out of my price range but the fact that he was helpful over the phone and checked around for me was pretty cool.

The Mr. Tire in Pikesville is a great place to buy tires or have tire related work done. They are very friendly and do good work for a fair price.I thought I needed an alignment. They inspected my car for free they told me that I did not need it. That kind of honesty is rare these days. I also recently bought tires there and I am very happy with them. I dont trust them. I went in to get a simple oil change and after they looked at my car they gave me a $600 estimate for some work that they recommended. I had just gotten my car out the shop about 1 month ago and my mechanic who I trust never mentioned all of the problems that they saw.

Mr. Gordon the store manager was EXTREMELY helpful. I came in needing a wheel rotation as well as my psi was not working. He was so nice and helpful about it. He fixed the problem within minutes and did not try to sell me on anything. I can tell he genuinely cared about the service he provided. He even gave me an alternative solution at another place because I would be saving money. Thanks to Shannon, I had a wonderful experience at Store #729 on 11/6/2018. He was polite, kind & professional. He explained the estimate & gave a time frame for work to be completed. The final cost was cheaper than the estimate and work was completed earlier than expected!! It was a busy day in the shop, but Shannon gave exceptional customer service to all, whether in person or over the phone.

I have bought 4 sets of tires over the years. The service is great. So why the one star? Well, when people steal from you their should be an option of negative stars. Mr. Tire cooks their books and changes numbers in their computers to try and void any warranty you have on your tire. Hold on to your receipt (or take a picture of them) because their computer are not reliable at all. Oh, and if you think your credit card is a helpful proof, its not, because it will only say a charge, not what the charge was for. Either way I am happy Costco opened up as they are honest and cheaper.

Very friendly and quick service for a flat repair. Did not overcharge or try to sell me a new tire. Just did the job and was very inexpensive.

My wife was so impressed with Shannon all around. We initially thought would have to wait till late afternoon to get the car back, which would have been problematic.
