Amazing service from the moment I walked through the door. Jonathan A greeted me and took care of me immediately- no wait!! He was able to take care of my issue within less than 3 minutes of time time.I had been on the phone with AT&T for assistance since 8:30 this morning. After hours of getting absolutely nowhere, I finally went to my local AT&T store at 5:15pm. It was 5:20 when I walked out with all of my business taken care of.Jonathan was kind, courteous, understanding, professional, respectful, knowledgeable & most importantly, he addressed my concerns and resolved all of my issues.I will not call when I need assistance anymore. I will only be going to him from now on.I lost an entire day for something that he was capable of solving within minutes. I was so mad & frustrated but I couldn’t be happier. Great store! Friendly staff super fast service. The tech that helped me with my cracked screen was amazing and very fast. The entertainment lounge they have is very nice when your waiting for your phone to be repaired. Would highly recommend this store

Went into AT&T store for Directv service issues. Helped by Erin and Ethan, who provided service that was above and beyond excellent. This type of dedication is few and far in between. However, both Erin and Ethan, showed service excellence and patience. Never once did I feel, as I was a burden. What they provided should be the blueprint for customer service. A+

Great experience at the store as I have had pretty bad experiences in AT&T stores in the past (not at this particular one, though). I went to one previous to this and my partner and I stood there for ten minutes and no one even acknowledged us. Other times the customer service folks had us in there literally for hours. Jonathan Torres was the gentleman that helped us and he was pretty amazing. Gave us a lot of different options to help us/ways to get our plan. Was painless and we really appreciate it.

Horrible customer service. Store manager unpleasant and unhelpful. Ive been paying for service for 8 months and they never activated my device. Explained it to a manager and he said what do you want US to do. Refused to give me an upper managers number. Lazy. Tried to push me off on customer service after they gave me no results all day after 3 hrs of time wasted and 2 call backs.Update- I called the regional manager only to find that the store manager wasnt the manager at all. I spoke with Justin who was the store/regional manager. Justin was very apologetic and personable. He went to the store the same day I spoke with him to correct the problem. He followed up as promised and his goal was to ensure I was a happy customer. He assured me I no one would ever have another experience as bad as I did....based on how this situation was handled...I believe him. Thanks Justin!

The store manager Justin Grant and associate AB provided great customer service. The store was extremely busy due to the holiday rush but Justin was sure to check on all the customers waiting to make sure they understood that we hadn’t been forgotten about. AB was the associate who helped me. Justin and AB worked hard to make sure I was able to get the phone and plan to best fit my budget. I would definitely recommend going to this store and asking for either one of them.

If you have the S series of Samsung, great!! If you have an older phone, they no longer carry accessories. They suggested that I go to Walmart. Lol. 🤬Glad I went to Walmart. Met a great phone 📱 contractor. Instead of a charger cord, opted to get, Samsung A51. Not a bad upgrade for $100.00.😂🙃😉

I bought the iPhone 12 Mini thinking I would love it. Turns out I was wrong, so I decided to return and go up to the standard iPhone 12.I cant say enough about the help I received from Brian Stockton. He greeted us as soon as he was done with his last customer and had us in and out of the store within an hour. We did the return, he took our old phones for the trade-in so we could get a credit on our bill, and was a pleasure to deal with.Well definitely be back to see him!

It extremely disappointed me that this type of thing happened.Im upset this happened and we returned the phone and they still charged in my opinion due to their own mistake a Restocking charge inappropriately!They sold a very senior person without consulting them if they were able to operate the new high tech phones, instead did a the standard fast high tech sales a pitch without even taking in consideration of the person would be able to understand how to use the phone. They sold them one of the top 3 most expensive phone in the store!We had to comeback when the senior had to ask me what happened the phone doesnt work as intended of course the person wassold hard & fast without obviously understanding the actual customer capabilities.This sales practice needs to be addressed specially selling to seniors without regard of their capabilities and selling the most expensive phone as possible!

Do not recommend. Avoid this location & go to Columbia.I spent over an hour in this store today and did not receive a solution to my simple request for an account change to pre-paid. I was given the complete runaround, told to call 611, and later told “their system was unable to process” my request.I left and drove to Columbia where I was serviced in 15 mins. Staff at Pikesville are pleasant but completely undertrained and unaware of how to service common issues.I would avoid this location altogether unless you have time to waste.
I feel that AT&T should offer substantial savings and benefits to long time customers on things that are important to them. Maybe points towards credit on the bill or on an accessory item.

We went there to get a new phone yesterday at 530pm. They wouldnt let us in and the excuse was power outage. The problem is that the lights and TVs were on, no issues there, while they have a door note saying the store is locked due to power outage. See the inside store picture I took from my car before I left. Theyre lazy, and dont wanna work.Also, there was a Jewish family inside they were assisting and finalizing their sale, while they were rejecting everyone else coming to the store.
This store is the epitome of a person having a title but no content. Neither manager knew of the AT&T 14 day exchange policy and wanted to charge me a restocking fee on a phone that was dead on arrival. I hadthad call customer service and get them on the phone so that the policy could be explained. I dont want to mention that Maryland has a lemon law. If all you want is a phone you are good but if you have any issues, I wouldnt trust anyone in this store to resolve it.

This was quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had while trying to purchase a new cell phone. I have now been in this store for 1.75 hours. No phone yet. Charge on my credit card messed up. They have told me now I need to call ATT and I have been on hold with them for 45 minutes. I need to go to the store next door and buy a bottle of wine. Can I drink wine in the ATT store? DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

This place is understaffed, and the employees have negative attitudes regarding cell phone deals añnd their policies. I was there with a friend who called the store with ATT customer service, was promised a certain phone, then upon FINALLY getting help, they no longer had one for her, and talked about their first come, first serve policy. No one called to let get know they sold them all brgg cub There was one employee there, a younger man, that stepped in to help, and informed us that telephone customer service often offer deals or specials without actually having any authority over the store sites to do so. The management was very rude.
On Thursday September 29th I had the best interaction with 4 of the employees at the store. I would like to publicly thank Victoria Oladimgi, Eddie Cornish, Dashard White and Chris for truly helping me out and going over and beyond what it means to be a store employee. When I say that they took their time with me and the rest of the customers in the store that day, they really did. I was so pleased to know that they cared more about the customer than the commission. When you go there please see them. I would give them 10 stars if I could because of the patience they had with me. They could have told me to come back but they did not. I want to publicly thank them. So thank you for all your help!!!!
Entered Pikesville store about 10am, greeted well from the assistant manager who was very polite, offered seating, kept everyone informed of their turn and maintained social distancing with appropriate # of in- store patrons. The salesman I was assigned greeted me & asked my issues. I told him I had multiple viruses on my phone. He barely looked at my phone & proceeded to inform me that he was not tech support & I probably required a new phone. He talked very fast & in a low tone that I kept getting too close to plexiglass because he told me to back up.I told him I couldnt hear him well. He proceeded to discuss new phones & TV service with a flat affect, making me feel as if I was annoying him. I informed him that i was not interested in TV & I only received partial answers to my questions. I was getting ready to purchase a phone when the model suggested was out but the next highest was available. I had too many questions unanswered to my understanding so I left. He did not ask any other salesmen or assisted manager if they knew how to remove viruses or if it were even possible. I then went to new ATT store on Reisterstown Rd near the Foundry who were very polite, removed viruses( that took Candace several attempts & time), not trying to sell me a phone I didnt need. I will never return or recommend the Pikesville store ever again. If it were not for Candace at the other store, I would have left ATT after being a 20+ year customer. She took her time to answer all my questions, patiently, making me feel that I was a valued customer.
Abuzar helped me from the second I walked in. I only went in to inquire about new phone deals, next thing I know I’m walking out with the whole store. THIS STORE HAS THE BEST staff I have ever encountered. (I honestly never submit ratings, but am doing so to help anyone questioning which location to go to!)In full disclosure: I did not have a typical phone issue and had already had numerous calls and visits to other AT&T locations who basically refused to provide assistance.I CANT TRULY (in words) express the patience, how knowledgeable and helpful the staff was, especially Eddy! The staff stayed AFTER closing time to troubleshoot my complicated issue and not once did they indicate they were going to give up due to the impending closing time. You really don’t find service like this in any arena! A MILLION THANK YOUS to the staff and just as many recommendations to go to this location for service!!!!Note: they have to follow COVID protocol so if you need to wait for entry into the store for other customers to leave, note that they are just following rules and they are WORTH THE WAIT!
My sales associate was Shay and words cannot express my disappointment with our experience in this store. 1. Shay convinced us to trade in our phones and we would receive a $1000 discount on the upgrade. When I received the bill I was only given a discount of $700 Shay explained that the bill for the first month would only be $80. When I received the bill I was charged $490.38 Shay then went on to explain that we would receive 3 months of free service - neglecting to explain that it would not be the first three months but months 3, 4, & 5. Families have budgets and anyone can see from my description that we believed we were saving money by using these promotions and basically were at a deficit of $650 plus our monthly service fees. I feel like she wasnt properly trained or there is a serious disconnect from what they are trained and what really happens on the back end. Either way the customer is who suffers. Do yourself a favor and drive a little bit further to a different store

I have always had a good experience with this store. We always upgrade our phones and the customer service reps are always nice. It is always packed so would recommend booking an appointment.***The last time we went to get the BOGO for an additional line in November. I normally go to these appointments so the sales person does not take advantage of my parents and add extras on the account. I did not attend and what a costly mistake that was.Our sales rep Q, had walked my parents through completing a BOGO deal. Turns out he failed to mention that we needed an Unlimited Plan in order to get that free phone. That would have been an easy switch, but the rep Q, did not in any way mention that was a requirement. Turns out he did no digging at all on the bill as the UL plan is cheaper than the plan we were on.Flash forward a few months, as I pay the bill and am expecting the free line to be credited for the monthly installment. My mother has been contacting via text the rep and he has looking into it. What a joke.I have contract Customer Service to see resolve this and they have said nothing can be done as the promotion has expired, and that we were not on the unlimited plan. Needless to say, I am now stuck with a $1K phone that I had no intention of paying for. Thanks Q! Hope the commission was worth it!
My sales rep was Sha, I was so exhausted when I got home. Customer service training is really needed. I will visit another location in the future. She was deceptive and misleading . While I was texting a friend to help me with the decision making process she disconnected my service. She was very unprofessional. The manager finally intervened and finalized my phone purchase. What a horrible experience!

Was given a different color iPhones without my knowledge just so all my lines would switch over and so she could get her commission and then got a bill for over 600 dollarsStay away from this store
At AT&T the only thing you can depend on is a customer service rep not being fully trained. They NEVER know what they’re talking about. One rep will tell you one thing & the other will tell you something completely different. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing . They never do ! Ive been with AT&T for years & its always been like this . . But they’ve gotten new people & it’s gotten WORSE! I am finally going to take my services elsewhere .
Bad phone customer service
Made an appointment for SIM card pickup with corporate. The store did not have it recorded. Then was greeted by a Middle Eastern gentleman who, was not identified as an AT&T employee and look more like someone from the street and his attitude was less than professional. Saving grace and why this has four stars was because of consultant Daniela. She redeemed AT&T’s name by taking care of my problems with ease and grace. This store is particularly known for having bad customer service, Daniela is the exception. I do hope AT&T corporate takes note of this and addresses how to get their retail consultants to perform the duties at the stores. Thank you Daniela for your help, I wish your coworkers will take your example of leadership and just great customer service.
Friendly and helpful employees. The only store that had a case for my phone in which seems like the entire Baltimore area Accessories are expensive, but thats not the fault of the employees. Can only recommend it to people who are ATT customers or youre willing to spend extra money for accessories you can order online for less than half the price.
