My request for my phone was somewhat complicated and they not only got it done but they even made the added function beyond user friendly and took the time to show me how to use the new features. I went in looking to ask about the status of my current plan and hoping to find out information about new phones currently out. Someone walked over to me immediately, shook my hand, and was very genial and patient with me through all my questions and some of my nattering. He even pulled out a charging cord for me when he saw my battery was dangerously low and let me use the office phone to call a family member.I eventually walked away with a brand new phone that I wasnt expecting to get that very day but that I am very happy and satisfied with. Im confident that its a great deal for my needs thanks to the representatives help and I am extremely satisfied with my service. My fiance went with me to get me a new phone and we got screwed over. The salesman was trying to flirt with me the whole time. He told us they had a promotion for a tablet 10 dollars a month, and we decided to take it. He said it was free just 10 a month. We looked at the bill the next day and saw activation fees that werent spoken about to us and the tablet was 20 a month. We called customer service and after 2 weeks of trying they helped with the fees but the 20 a month they couldnt help with anything. Stating that the salesman made us sign 20 a month for 2 years and we couldnt do anything. When the salesman clearly lied to us to make us sign the papers. Is this the kind of people that represent Verizon? I am highly disappointed in my experience.
I will go out of my way to visit this location because they are all ways friendly and knowledgeable. I just had to file an insurance claim and Jon was patient and helpful. I also got a great deal on a new tablet!

Everything about this location is awesome, everyone is very friendly and takes their time to explain your options. They offer solutions and they make you feel special, they make getting a new phone easy.
Theyll get you a phone plan alright, but buy NOTHING else while youre there. The cases they sell wont protect your phone, the screen protectors theyll sell are useless and will fall off in a week, and the insurance they sell you is more expensive than just replacing the phone if it gets damaged. The salesmen will straight up lie to you to get you to buy add ons, and if you have a problem with anything theyll just direct you to somewhere else.Store was great a few years ago, but since then its essentially turned into a used car dealership. Go to fix your phone plan, but donet them talk you into anything additional.

Negative. The employee with an Asian appearance had her eyes closed when l arrived. She then tried to charge me $35.00 to help set up an insurance phone, my other phone stopped working. Her Co worker had to inform her that there was no charge to set up a phone from the insurance company. She was very lazy in the way that she dealt with me as a customer, as if she didnt want to be bothered. She was not welcoming. I didnt have any trust or confidence in her after my initial encounter with her.
Tried to speak with the manager because I needed help with an issue. His customer service was terrible. Was not helpful with my issue at all and his tone of voice was very indifferent. I will never shop at this location again.
I came in to a Verizon W. store today to upgrade my phone. I was apprehensive about how much I was going to have to pay, but because the knowledge and customer service of the staff was SO good, I went on and made a purchase. The young lady that waited on me troubleshooted some things, answered my questions, and she took the time to set up my new phone. In between all of the assistance she gave me, she multitasked with other customers who came after me.

Ok so there was only one phone left in the store which was a 256 GB and I wanted 64. I didn’t want to have the phone ordered so Jamar offered to drive to Towson, MD from Pikesville to get the phone in wanted. It’s cold and I’m lazy. Went there the other day to get my fiancee a new phone, the guy seemed really friendly and helpful and helped open up a new line for me and everything seemed fine. He also told me about a tablet they were giving away for 1 dollar all you pay is 10 dollars a month and thats it. So I decided to get it, the next day my fiancees phone didnt work right, it kept freezing and glitching and wouldnt receive calls, it was a brand new s8, I went and returned it and changed it for a s9+ and then I was looking over my bill for the upcoming month and noticed the bill was 500 dollars.. I looked over it and there were 70 dollar activation fees for the phone I got for my fiancee which they never explained to me about, and there was a 45 dollar activation fee for the tablet and it was saying 20dollars a month Instead of the 10 that they explained. I had also gotten another phone and it also had a 70 dollar activation fee that wasnt explained to me or even brought up. I asked if I could return the tablet since I didnt know it was 20 dollars a month with 45 dollars of fees and they said there would be a restocking fee.... so basicly, they man helping us screwed me over, with 185 dollars worth of fees that werent explained to me and 10 dollars more a month for a tablet that wasnt explained to me as well, he was also trying to flirt with my fiancee the whole time which made me extreamly aggravated. There was a lady who helped us and she was nice, took a lot longer then expected for her to help but she did her best and I was satisfied with her, but the guy whos name I wont say to keep it confidential, was a total screw over, now Im stuck paying fees and more than I was told I would be paying, I would never recommend going to him ever.

I stopped by this store after leaving a corporate store to swap out a new phone that wouldn’t charge. My business rep wasn’t in and someone else helped me. What should have been a simple phone swap turned disasterous. The rep told caused me to get locked out of my iCloud account and said I would have to wait 24 hours for access. As a business owner, I am constantly losing business when I’m unable to be reached and my phone is inaccessible. I came to the store to have someone just pop one SIM card out to place in another phone temporarily until I could all Apple. Instead Ty was able to remedy the entire situation. He was patient, thorough and extremely knowlegable. He took time to resolve the problem and setup the new phone completely. I’m also leaving with a wi-fi device and a tablet! He changed my frustrating morning into a wonderful afternoon. I will be back and recommend this store to others! One last thing, it’s like walking into a GQ Mazagine photo shoot. The representatives in this store are professional and look the part!
