Nice worker but drinks took 20 minutes, ice tasted like mildew (telling me they dont clean their ice machine or water lines or something), my drink was wrong, took 10 more minutes to get it replaced, the replacement was not what I ordered either (and was not drinkable...I dont even know what it was? A mix of all the drinks?!). After waiting another 10 minutes after pushing the button without getting anyone to answer, we gave up and left.Absolute waste of money and time. And I left thirstier than I came.

I was at bay #3. Pressed button. Blinked for a while and quit. Waited thinking someone going to take my order. No car pulls up beside me and orders immediately. I press the button again. Blinking but no one taking order. I left. This place seems to be having issues.

Love sonic price is a little steep but everything is delicious at sonic could eat there everyday if I could afford it

Usually, no problems at all but this day it took them 4 tries to get our order right. The crazy thing was all we ordered were 2 drinks, 1 large sprite & 1 large water or lemonade with a few real lemon slices added to that drink. They ended up putting the lemon slices in my Sprite and then they didnt give us any straws but eventually they did get it right though.

Pulled up to get some ice cream placed the order and waited over 20 mins and still didnt get our order. There was not many vehicles in the parking lot. I finally left and went somewhere else where I could get service

Best place 2 get a close 2 homemade burger...love it...#1 place for me as far as burgers go...also its worth the money...

Drinks were good, but when the carhop Raven took our money, she said she was going back in for change, but kept herself a dollar tip when she gave my change back. She rackin up I’m just not the one

Sometimes they are great and sometimes they are not so great... Decent majority of the time.

Even ordering on the mobile app, they still screw up almost every time! If you try to tell them about it to get it fixed, they get an attitude.

Really dont even deserve one star. I have never been to sonic and ordered 3 med drinks and a rt44 and not get a drink carrier to begin with. Next the carhop starts handing me my food which was a $45 order.... and only some of it in a bag. And to top it off have the carhop laugh at you. Worst ever!!!!!! Get home order order is right

Id have to give them 5 stars very helpful and friendly staff. My son starting throwing up while we was ordering and they brought us stuff to clean him and the carseat would have to give them a big thanks!

So this place is typically known for their drinks, slushes, and ice cream. The food is a little sub par, typically it’s hot, but sometimes the flavor is lacking. The fries have no salt and it is not very fresh when I go here. However, they do a phenomenal job on drinks and slushes, but everything else is more of a “meh”. All in all, it’s a pricy food establishment, but the prices do not reflect the quality.

Service was rude and out of the product ordered. This location is dirty and looks to not be maintained.

Ive been waiting 30 minutes for some Mozzarella sticks and a slush...The excuse I just received is that they rung it up for the drive thru and they were waiting for someone to pick it up

Dont go here, ordered food and sat for over an hour waiting. Called several times to get told we are checking on it. The absolute worst sonic i have ever been to.

The service was horrible pulled up to the drive through to order sweet teas and they gave us very little ice and they are very sorry workers that dont care they could have least gave us more ice they ran out of tea that was kinda sorry no wonder they cant keep workers they never have there stuff straight its so sad will not be coming back for a while because of the serve mrs donna and mrs sandy where are you at

When the car hop came with our order, she started handing us our drinks, I ask her which one is this (we had ordered a diet cherry dr. Pepper and a Cherry Coke) her response was, I dont know I didnt make them. And then just stood there like are you going to take the rest of your order or not and with her attitude I hated to send the drinks back in because theres no telling what she would have done to them. After she handed Me the sack with our sandwiches she turned and walked away did not give us a receipt or a thank you or anything however the food was good, service just sucked

I ordered a mini ice creame, so they gave me this tiny ice creame in the mini cup... not to mention we were ignored on the drive through speaker for several minutes at what point we drove to the window to order and a Karen was standing there taking the people behind us order, shouldve been 0 stars but not am option

Slowest sonic I have ever been to. I have literally been waiting at the speaker for 5 minutes or more. No one has said anything. This is a common occurrence. Im done with this store. On top of that they didnt even apologize smh. Horrible service.

I went Watson Chapel Sunday Afternoon for ice cream they was out another time out of out of onion rings.White Hall we punched red button light came on nothing happened. Backed out went through the drive. Slow Slow Slow. I have always loved your food. Can’t stand the service.

This was the best Sonic cheeseburger I have eaten. This location always works hard to please the customer. The lady on the speaker was pleasant and thanked us for choosing Sonic.

We had five drinks one Burger one side it took 25 minutes to get my order. When the order arrived it wasnt even my order so then I had to wait longer for replacement order.

THIS IS THE WORST SONIC IVE EVER VISITED!! POPCORN CHICKEN WAS SO HARD MY KID COULDNT EAT. I ASKED FOR NO PICKLES ON MY BURGER. I HAD 6. I HAD TO GO BACK FOR MY KID APPLE JUICE. WE HAD 5 DRINKS AND HAD TO ASK FOR A DRINK CARRIER. 3 NAPKINS WITH 5 MEALS. NO KETCHUP OR THE BBQ SAUCE WE ASKED FOR FOR POPCORN CHICKEN!! THIS WAS THE WORST SONIC EXPERIENCE EVER!! 46.50 WASTED!!!

The last 2 times there was horrible!!! Was in drive through, sat there 15 minutes and line never moved. I left. The previous visit, I pulled into stall, pressed the red button, I finally walked over to another menu and pressed that button. Finally after 20 minutes they answered and I told them that I was aggravated because it had taken so long to answer me. I placed my order and when I got my burger it was horrible. The meat looked like it had been in the sun for 2 days. Tough....I chunked it out the window. Done going there

I will never EVER recommend this location to anyone. The service and attitude of the employees are unprofessional and slower than a snail on Xanax. It takes over 30-45 mins to get your order food is stone cold and if you order ice cream its melted. Yet i noticed that certain people come in and get an order larger than my simple corn dog and LG Coke took 30 mins but the cars that came in 5-10 mins after me order lg order and get it within 10 mins while Im still waiting on my corn dog and LG Coke. Giving them 1 star is more than they deserve!!

I needed something to eat fast. Im diabetic, but thru circumstance beyond my control I had been up over 12 hours with nothing to eat. I went here because suppose to be quick. I parked pushed the button an waiting. After 15 minutes noone took my order yet. A young lady came out an asked if the order she had was mine. I was tempted to take it. But that would be wrong. But I did tell her I had been waiting. She said, Im so very sorry.I could tell she was being sarcastic. So I left. I will NOT ever come back here. I will NOT even buy a drink there. If you go here, you dont know what you may get.

I ordered a peanut butter fudge shake and after 9 minutes I received a large cup of vanilla ice cream with a fancy toping to throw me off. $6:76 for melted ice cream..... I should of went to Wal-Mart, at least there Im promised what flavor I choose.

Very rude service. We ordered from menu and after every word, the order taker interrupted us. Told us they cant do breakfast when the menu states they serve breakfast all day. Then ordered a burger and told us they cant do that either. We took our business elsewhere. They clearly need to work on their customer service skills.

Like most of Benton, AR I frequent Sonic. 1/2 price drinks will keep me coming. I dont have any problems with them getting my orders wrong or with bad food. Chilli cheese tots are always great!

This Sonic had really improved the past year or so. Food and drink orders have been correct. Love ordering from the app. This Sonic makes it easy to get your order when using the app. Hot, fresh food and quick and friendly service

Had to get someone to come out n help me read the board. I gave her my order. When I got order it was just opposite of what I told the young lady. She did help me and I thanked her for it but the order was wrong.

Food was good, service was fast. I am displeased because of condiments. If someone ask for ketchup, please give more than 1 small package. I then have to call back and wait for additional packs as my food gets cold. Atleast ask how many and actually deliver that amount.

Every fast food joint has its good and bad days. The managers and carhops are great with customers and very eager to help, for the most part. Try the cherry limeade mimosa! And theres a cute cat (whom Ive named sonic) that guards the drive thru menu sign...tell him I said hi...

Tater tots werehard and dry the hotdogs did not have much chili sauce on it and I wonder was the hotdog really beef. The drinks which were Sprite were watered down and the ice tasted stale.

I love seeing Ms. Shirley every morning in the drive- through at the location off Broadway & I-630 in Little Rock AR. She is so friendly and hospitable. I cant say enough about her. She really makes my day.

They took 15 minutes just to try to swipe my card when I finally got my card back I told them that they had to manually enter it or chip it. The lady that gave me my card back seemed like she had an attitude so I offered to give the food back and they said just keep it

The stalls are always down but they never hang signs saying they are so you have to take a chance. I had to pull in four different stalls before finding one.

I took my daughter there after her eye appointment. So I dont think it was the food that was great, dut spending the time with my daughter, Koral was the great part
