The building smells musty, but looks clean. The shelves are stocked but not everything is available.The service here is generally subpar at best. Rarely even get a hello from a cashier

Called about some photos getting developed, no one at the photo station so switched me to front register, told lady I was checking in on some photos I was having developed, told me “ok I’ll go check and print out whatever we got.” Didn’t ask my name for the pictures and then hangs up on me... if you don’t know what you’re doing for the other department just say that and put me on with someone who can thanks.

The staff at this Walgreens have always been nice and helpful when I come in. And I stop in a lot since since its so close to our house. Have consistently had amazing service here. From help with finding something in the store, to picking up photos, to checking out at the register.Pharmacists and techs are also friendly, competent and try to get you in and out as fast as they can. I love the email/text reminders to refill. More convenient than going in person and waiting. The follow up call from pharmacist to check up on you after picking up your prescription is also a nice touch.

The main female pharmacist they have here needs to be replaced. She appears lazy and isn’t very helpful. Her complete lack of building rapport with customers, combined with wanting to leave right on time is not the definition of customer service. It is the definition of selfishness.What really angers me is that she had, at minimum, 30 minutes to work on filling my prescription before they closed at 9. But no, she “can’t get it done by 9 because the power flickered 25 minutes ago. Sorry sir.”My Walgreens off of Patricia Ave in Dunedin would’ve made sure I had my medicine. I trust them, and they know me and call me by name.This Walgreens has completely lost my trust and business. I’d rather have a pharmacist I can trust and rely on. You go home little lady. Hope this was all worth it for you.

Their Sunday flyer advertised Northern toilet paper on sale. I called to make sure they had it in stock since I would be going there on foot. I was assured that they had it and she {the sweet but not too bright cashier) would have it for me up front.When I got there after walking in 85 degree heat, she was clueless about my call and told me they had no tp. The obese and cranky manager didnt care that she lied and lost a customer. Incompetence atop stupidity.

The Staff here is WORLD CLASS!! I was on the expressway and my blood pressure shot thru the roof. I pulled in to the Walgreens in Saint Pete. I told them I had never been there but needed help. One of the ladies up front (I wish I knew her name walked to the pharmacy with me and alerted the Pharmacist. The Pharmacist and her staff took care of me and a lady named Shanna even offered to bring me snacks if they admitted me at Northside Hospital. They kept me calm and treated me like family. I will never forget how they made me feel. Being there when someone needs you the most is something that God Bless you all and I pray you all have wonderful lives...you deserve the best. Thank you!!

Terrible picking up meds for mom and pharmacy tech named James points to the vitamin section and says should be over there. HELLO the reason I asked was I didnt know where it was. Ill never use this one again. Palm harbor curlew and 49th st great service. Did speak to a fellow whoni believe was the manager offered to help at this point I was over it spent 15 minutes looking. Do not use this pharmacy or store. Today is 1/21take a look at this two sections of stouffers and only 2 or 3 family size. Hello!!!! Publix has a much better selection..... time to get on the ball. I see you fools walking around talking about displays and marketing instead of giving us what we ask for.

Went in today to get copies made of some old pictures, Joshua was extremely helpful and polite. Returned to pick up pictures and they look AWESOME!

Dont go to this store! I used to stop and shop this Walgreens after shopping in Park Place Mall to check theyre sales on weekly ads. Theyre rude and not friendly to a customers.I stop by this Store to check if they have Dove products for men and Liquid Handsoap from the ads, the employee on the back said that theyre out of stock for the week, i said to her what u mean? I stopped by here yesterday and one of the workers said you would have it today? She says no sorry we dont have it in-stock. So then i said okay, and walk towards the front register, then I decided to check back and get something else to same area where the Empty Handsoap shelves were displayed then the Restocking employee pointed out to the Handsoap and said to me, theres 4-5 of the Liquid Handsoap we just got it, but you can Only buy 4, because theres a limit on the products. So, she (lied) to me that theres no Stock. I said what? It doesnt say that on the ads theres a limit? She said its the Walgreens Policy. I said okay, Ill just buy 4 then. First of all, I do not see any Note: theres (Limit of 4 per Customer) not even the Weekly ads Newpaper. Theyre were no price tags that it was on sale. So I went to the register and bought the 4 bottles. And then I asked nicely if i can get a Rain check for it for next week I come back so I would still get the Bogo sale deal. Shanna, is female the (boss) walked by behind me and sign languageno to the Cashier, and when I asked for a Rain check, he said, oh sorry I cant give you a Rain check! I answered what? Oh my god! Then the cashier told me that the BOSS said I cannot write you a rain check. So I said, okay i guess Im gonna have to call your corporate office. And after i said it, I think the BOSS heard what Ive said, she came back & wrote me a Rain check for a Limit of two bottles (big deal!) Ok, I should of not take it if i was greedy right? So I said ok Ill take 2 Bottles RC. I said to the cashier that I thought you said that you can write me a Rain Check for a Limit of 4? They said No we cant.P.S If you think that the products is a great deal? Then put a Limit sign on it. Very inconvenient.

The pharmacist LEE is very uncaring and they have not got my prescriptions correct half the time theres a new person behind the counter they are friendly but they have not gotten it correctly and now today I was denied my prescription due to some errors on their end and now here I suffer and its very unfair!!!!!

Please save yourself the time and dont go here! They have messed up my prescription order ever single time Ive been there. On the 4th time this happened I got frustrated and ended up getting yelled at because I asked why they would call me if my prescription wasnt ready. They are the worst!!!!!!!!

Kora the cashier is a real sweetheart . She always brightens my day . That’s more then I can say for some of the other employees there . If I don’t see Shanna or Kora I typically don’t spend as much time in the store . Tasha the shift lead needs to learn how to leave her bad days at the front door !!

Had to wait a while for our prescriptions. But Pharmascist LEE was friendly!
