I came in a couple of days ago to upgrade my phone, I immediately was greeted by all of the employees and the music playing was so upbeat..really made the atmosphere cheerful, which helped since I was so upset I lost my phone. There was no wait, which was a relief because any other T-Mobile I usually have to wait a solid 30 minutes before even being acknowledged. The entire upgrading process took roughly 15 minutes, half of it was because I could not make up my mind LOL and I even got a cool watch that was on promotion, needless to say this is now my go-to store and I will be recommending it to all of my friends and family members!

I had a really good experience coming here. I’m extremely pleased with how the staff treated me and how Viet and Daniella took their time to explain my transaction and how I would be billed. I truly recommend this store to others who seek good service from T-Mobile.

The best store in town. I originally came in to Port over from Metro, Daniella store manager and Luis helped me port over and get great promotions. They explained everything perfect and made sure I left without a doubt about anything. They were playing some good music and even provided us some cold bottles of water, these guys really go above and beyond for their customers

Do not go to this store!! Luis was not helpful. He did not explain anything to me. He added insurance to both of my phones without letting me know or asking. He also added some extra line thing for $10/mo. He also told me it would be $90/mo but didnt explain that its only if you sign up for auto pay (and didnt sign me up for auto pay) so its not actually $90/mo. Luckily the T mobile customer service number reps have been very helpful explaining all this to me after the fact. T mobile has been a great company so far, just not Luis or this store apparently.

I had an amazing experience at this location. The team was very knowledgeable and helpful, especially the manager Daniella. Will definitely be returning to this store. The atmosphere is so much better than any other store I have been to.

The employees were very pushy, trying to force me and my friend to both switch carriers to get a better deal. Tried to explain we dont need mobile Hotspot but was told they only have 1 plan costing 70 a month. Even a 2 line plan cost per person is more than a single line at metro

They are awesome! I came in here with my phone as it wasnt using any celluar service, only Wi-Fi. They told me that the power lines were down but I could sit here to use the Wi-Fi. They are making everyone wear masks before they come in which is great, and I have been sitting here doing work for a while now. Long enough to see that they have been answering the same questions everyone is having due to the power lines, like crazy! They are having people come in left and right, and have said the same thing over and over again. They havent taken a break once and they have been so patient and kind, both in person and on the phone! I will be coming here again the next time I need help with my phone!

In the process of switching from Samsung to Apple I was having a hard time getting info from one phone to the other. The T-Mobile I purchased the phone from did not help me and basically told me to do it myself. When I walked in the door of this location Manny was extremely helpful with everything. He switched everything over and even explained how he was doing it so I understood. This will definitely be my store from now on. Thanks for everything!!

Roberto was fantastic in being patient to find the right phone on my nephews budget. His courtesy and professionalism was very impressive. The rest of the staff of Manny and Aaron exemplified what teamwork means! I am ecstatic they are right up the block!!

The staffed tried to be helpful but they seemed to lack enough training. It took them over 2 hours to get the phones set up and paid for. We kept running into problems with their security locking out my payment. They didnt seemed to know what to do to fix it. They could also use some sort of seating in the store. Dont get me wrong I have no issues with t-mobile just this particular franchise.

Erik and Ahmed provided superior customer service. Since we are limited in our knowledge they both explained and helped us get all set in our new phones.

Ahmed, was very helpful, helping me get my moms stuff off her phone after her passing. Very kind and caring. He knew his stuff too.

Visited store on 04/25/18 to discuss programs/billing and phones. We have been a T-Mobile customer and the entire staff at this 66th St store was great! A true example of what customer service is all about.

Almost 2 hours to switch phones and the sales people dont know how to explain things in normal English so you can understand what they are talking about. Unacceptable. Never come to this location.

Visited this store a couple nights ago to do a warranty exchange and was “helped” by Tatyanna. She was very grumpy, she didn’t make any attempt to have a conversation with us or explain anything she was doing and she was texting on her phone the entire time she was helping us. The icing on the cake was when my fiancé saw her taking the SIM card from the box the new phone came in and slip it in her back pocket before going to the back to get a charger. When my fiancé asked for the box including the SIM card before we left she said oh it’s in the back, then went and retrieved it.... why was it back there? It was very sketchy and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a T-Mobile employee.

WORST T-MOBILE STORE/EXPERIENCE.THE OWNER OF THIS STORE IS THE SHADIEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. The boyfriend and I went to this T-Mobile store to get him put on my account and a new phone. I have been with T-Mobile for over 2 years and have NEVER had a late payment, he said I was eligible for an upgrade so I decided to upgrade my phone to the 6 s plus..when ringing everything up he grabs a Kate spade I phone set and said it was a promotion basically insinuating it came with the phone. I just looked at my bill for this month and apparently I am getting CHARGED MONTHLY FOR A WRISTLET AND PHONE CASE THAT I NEVER WOULDVE BOUGHT. THE OWNER OF THE STORE WHO HELPED US NOT ONLY TRICKED ME INTO NOW PAYING MONTHLY FOR A CASE I DONT EVEN USE BUT HE ALSO DIDNT TELL US THE BOYFRIEND WOULD BE GETTING CHARGED MONTHLY FOR HIS OTTERBOX CASE. He completely LIED to us and was DISHONEST AND SHADY giving us phone cases we didnt ask for and NEVER ONCE told us we would be paying monthly. Not only did he do that but he also put a $300 Bluetooth speaker on the boyfriends account that we never bought/got but were expected to pay for. How this man runs his store is DISGUSTING and I will be going back tomorrow to return the stuff and confront him. Very ashamed of T-Mobile for letting people like this be a part of their company/brand. IF YOU HAVE TO LIE AND TRICK PEOPLE IN ORDER TO BUMP UP YOUR SALES KARMA WILL HIT YOU WITH A LAWSUIT.
