100% Would recommend! Just moved down to FL a few months ago and finally decided to get my first bike. Went to a few other shops before finally ending up at Moramoto in Pinellas Park. First thing I noticed over the other dealers was they were more genuine whereas the other dealers didnt even give me the time of day.I pulled up and checked out a few of the bikes they had outside when Katie walked out and asked if there was anything she could help with. I told her I was just looking around that day to get an idea of what I wanted. We went inside and checked a few of the bikes out that I had my eye on asbwell as some gear. I was still hesitant about buying a bike that didnt fit me being a shorter rider and whatnot but luckily Scot, which is one of the service specialist there told me I could come out back and see how I liked his bike which was the same make/model I was looking at and was lowered 2 inches. The bike fit me perfect and instantly made me more apt to getting the bike I was looking at.After about a week of thinking it over I was ready to pull the trigger on the purchase. I attended the open house they had for their new shop in Tampa and got with Katie and let her know I was ready to get the bike. Katie was extremely busy with the event that was going on and I ended up talking with Alex to make everything final.If anyone is in the Tampa or St. Pete area looking for a shop that feels like family when you walk in, I will point to Moramoto everytime!

My experience here was hands down awesome. My sales rep was Alex, big shout out to you. (This is my first bike) I was so lucky to have you as my sales rep, he was honest about everything I asked him. So I need riding gear they have a shop right inside the dealership and I was introduced to Scot and Aaron. They made me feel so welcomed. They helped me pick my helmet, jacket, shoes and gloves. There’s a reason why this place is the top-rated motorcycle dealership in the area. I called about a bike I was interested in on a Saturday afternoon and spoke to Katie in Sales. She was very friendly and professional from the minute we got on the phone. The dealership is closed Sunday and Monday so she said she would get back to me at the following week, which is exactly what she did. Some dealerships you call won’t take you seriously until you fill out financing paperwork or sign a check, but not here. She got me connected with Robert the Finance Manager. Can’t say enough about this guy for getting me an incredibly low interest rate and also getting me a great deal on full coverage insurance. He had all the paperwork ready for me when I came in and I was riding off on my new bike within 30 minutes. About a month or so later I had an issue with the battery on my bike being defective. The Parts & Service Department not only replaced the battery for free, but also stayed open 30 minutes late to allow me time to drive from Tampa to Pinellas Park so that I could go riding that night.A+ grade for Sales, A+ grade for Finance, A+ for Parts/Service. Tough decision to sell my Harley (Softail!) but once done I wanted it gone!! Took it over to Moramoto, talked to Chris Bates and we came to a possible deal and got my bike to him later in day. BEST repair shop Ive been to hands down. Came in with my Ducati 1098 and in an hour they diagnosed a rusted head, burnt valves, and even recommended a specialty shop to take good care of the bike.Angel was super helpful, reliable, and most importantly honest.Definitely coming back if I have more bike problems.

Went in today and had a new rear tire put on my Harley. I used Moramoto because they did the last set of tires and gave me a great price and did an excellent job on the installation. The estimate was for an hour to install but there was an issue getting the bead to set on the rim so it took a little longer to get everything finished. Again, they did an excellent job and I should be good to go for another 10,000+ miles.I also picked up a new helmet and comms package that Scott install and all works great. Actually conducted a phone call on the ride home. That was nice!Highly recommend Moramoto. They keep a large supply of tires on hand so there is no waiting for the tire to come in which is what everyone else in Tampa quoted me.

My son bought a 2015 GSXR750 here . The experience was good right until we took the front fender off and noticed one of the fork seals was bad and when I say bad I mean black caked junk all over the fork tube. They told us these bikes go to Tampa first and get completely gone through before resale. This was obviously not the case. 30 day warranty its been six weeks. They will no go good on it or even a discount to fix. This seal was blown long ago. We are very disappointed *UPDATE*: The service center manager called my son in an attempt to make this right.a couple days later. More than likely due to my review, in any case the attempt was made to late. I have already moved on and brought the forks somewhere else for repair costing him 250 dollars with us taking the forks off and bringing them in..

Didnt have a bike that was listed to be on the showroom floor. I was told their not sure if they ever had that bike but have received several calls asking about it. Basically the internet provider and this dealer are on different pages. Not blaming the people that are there because they know what they have its the people putting incorrect ads that is the problem!

This is a great dealership for a used motorcycle! From the initial contact with them over the phone their sales staff was awesome. Robert and Ryan are super friendly and courteous. They found me a bike in my price range and got me financed within 48 hours of the initial phone call. The service department is top notch, when they were prepping the bike for delivery, they found a flaw in the turn signal circuit, and rather than putting an aftermarket part in it they ordered a genuine part straight from the manufacturer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a used motorcycle.

Worst experience ever my bike went through inspection before they give it to me but bike shut off running the day after. Fuel pump and top injectors were bad they didn’t found it. After taking a close look at the bike I have to put all rotors and pads because they were damaged plus 2 tires since they were expired an uneven. 30 days warranty is just a excuse and excuse telling that they will contact you to figure it out. I will never recommend this place. Bike has to be 100% safe before take it out no just draw a bunch of yellow lines in every single screw to make it looks like it was inspected. Thanks for nothing Moramoto first and last one.

Just bought 2 new helmets from here! I really recommend talking to Garrett McCullough for any moto gear. He is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, easy to talk to and answered all our questions we were throwing at him. I did have some issues in the beginning with the bike not turning on after a long ride but Zach, the sales representative combined with the general manager and the service manager they took care of me and the bike with great customer service. I went in 4 years ago with no credit and a low budget however Gina worked with me and got me on a prestine 06 cbr 600rr. Bike has ran beautifully since the day I picked her up. Running just as good today with an additional 30k miles. It was time to upgrade and found my self in there again to pick up a 2017 zx10r again in perfect condition. I had a few issues with financing and the sales rep i worked with stuck with me for atleast 4 hours to make sure I was set up with a loan that would be managable and fair.Also congrats on the up and coming location Andrew you deserve it!

Brought in my 08 r6 to have the clutch plates looked at. Thought for sure I would need new plates and possibly some new assembly too. Expecting to spend 100s of dollars I was pleasantly surprised when I was told a simple oil change and swap of 1 of the lines would fix it. Love that they didnt attempt to rip me off like other dealers.

Bought a clean r6 From Moramoto can’t say enough about the staff there all professional and very helpful.

Being new to the bay area Im looking to find a good motorcycle shop for helmuts and other accessories as well having my 18 Gixxus 750 serviced, I pull into a gas station and park beside a pieced together Harley from the late 80s. I talk to the bikes owner, in his late 50s early 60s like me, and he recommends I check out someplace on Park just east of 71st. Good sign.A little while later I pull into Moramoto and like what I see, a good selection of preowned American and Japanese bikes with a few Euros mixed in. A minute or two out front checking out the inventory and Im pleasantly greeted by Vargas, I tell him Im looking for new gloves so we go into the showroom full of more bikes. Im introduced to Aaron and we look at gloves, new helmets and talk about other accessories. On my way out I meet a third guy, didnt catch his name, we go out and start checking out our bikes that are parked side by side. He points out that my chain is a bit loose and could use some service and he correct so I will be back this afternoon to get it done.Overall a great first impression with Moramoto, friendly and knowledgeable staff, nice clean facilities with a good selection of products. My only concern was they didnt mask up until I did, no problems, no political issues, this is Florida after all. Im older and worry about the virus, the staff was much younger but masked up as soon as they could. I look forward to shopping and getting service at Moramoto.

I stopped here yesterday just to look around. I was immediately impressed by the welcoming feel of the place. I spoke at length to the guy in the parts department and came away thoroughly impressed. His enthusiasm for what he’s doing and for the industry itself is infectious. Why can’t more businesses be run and staffed like the people at Moramoto. If it were, the motorcycle industry would certainly be in a much healthier state.

Awesome place. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ryan took care of me with zero hassle. I feel bad that I dont remember the parts room guys name but Im sure Ill be getting to know him. Very pleasant experience.
