I needed a new front tire on my 2014 Limited and it was a bit later in the day. Ken said if I could get it in by 3:45 pm we would be good and it should take about an hour. Well I got there at 3:45pm and when I did I said I also needed an oil change. Ken and his team got the tire and oil change done in 35 minutes! This is why Ive been using them for all my Harley service for the last few years. He and Art always go the extra mile and do quality work at a fair price. If you have a Harley theres no reason to pay the high prices and endure the long waiting times at the dealer. Go to the Cycle Ward and theyll treat you right. These guys are awesome! We were riding through on vacation from WV, when my front motor mount came loose. I stopped and they fixed me up, by tightening it back up. Said pay what you can. I wouldnt hesitate to do business with them.

Great place. Dont take your Harley to the dealership. I get all my services done here. I needed a back tire and Berts Harley wanted 440.00 for the exact same tire that cycle ward had for 340.00. Oil change at cycle ward 60 bucks. Berts Harley 129.

I can’t say enough about my experience at cycle ward. I have been looking for a used road guide ultra for a few weeks now. I sold a can am spyder Rt limited a few weeks ago and was lost without a bike to ride.i decided to start shopping around. Went on Craig’s list for bikes near me for sale saw this bike about 9:00 am and called at 9:30 when they opened .ken one of the owners called me right back within a few min.told him what I was looking for and how much I was willing to spend.he met all my needs and I drove up from Venice .the bike was just being brought off the lift. Cleaned serviced ready to go. Finished the deal got on the bike and road back to Venice . My experience with ken and his crew was nothing short of perfect . I bought a bike here and it was one of the smoothest transactions Ive ever had buying a vehicle. The price stomped Berts as well as other higher milage bikes on Craigslist. Over 6 months and many miles later no issues have risen. I havent needed any service but rumor has it that they built a few of the big CI engines for Berts. When the time comes Ill be bringing my bike here.

Had a chance to meet Ken and after just speaking with him for a little while I feel I have found a new place I can trust with my bikes. Hes local and unlike Harley stores not looking to rape you on costs and overpriced service. I look forward to having my future service done at the cycle ward!

We took our bike here to have the front and back end changed out. When it was dropped off we told them a couple weeks to get it done would be fine even though it was only an 8 to 10 hour job. We stopped by several times to check and see the progress during those two weeks and NOTHING was completed. Apparently they were swamped but each time all the employees were standing around doing nothing with all our brand new, thousands of dollars worth of parts, just sitting in the lobby area for anyone and everyone to mess with. While they were standing around doing nothing they said they hoped to have it done in another week. Not okay. As we were going to be out of town we told them it had to be done. I mean two weeks was already nice of us. So, we finally get the bike back and find that the lower leg had been chipped and a bad paint job had been attempted. We let them know within several hours of having the bike back. They have done everything to dodge responsibility for this regardless they were brand new, in perfect condition when left in their incapable hands. Hind sight is 20/20 and we should have either told them to put our our parts somewhere safe or just taken our bike somewhere else all together. The owner has been less than helpful and keeps saying it was like that when it was dropped off. Seriously? MAN UP and take responsibility. You think we provided one bad part in a full array of 100% perfect other parts? You seriously didnt call us and let us know that part was damaged if this was true? Makes no sense. Maybe if you didnt wait until the 11th hour to finish $1,000+ projects you wouldnt be in this mess. We should have stuck with just going to Harley but like I said, hind sight is 20/20. Skip this place, go to the professionals. Oh, and to the owner, if you say your hours are 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. OPEN AT 9:30 a.m. or change your hours!

This place is CRAP one person tells u one thing the next person says something completely different! Ken the owner has a chip on his shoulder apparently and seems to think he is high and mighty! Will NEVER take my bike there again! ...........Thank you for proving my point Ken! And by the way, Yes, you have worked on my bike, you put tires on it in Aug of last year.... and you were rude to me then too. Everyone else was awesome and thats why I came back thinking someone would talk to me, not be a jerk! If you spoke to people half as pleasant as you type we wouldnt be where we are. You spin the tale however you have to to sleep at night but I came in trying to have a conversation and I got an attitude...All I said was Id hate for yall to tear into my bike only tp find out I cant afford the repairs.....and you responded with.....well we can give you youre bike in parts and thats not my problem and I dont know what to tell you, that is not how you should talk to a customer! I get it it was a bad day apparently and you just didnt want to deal with me . Ill know better next time! Like I told you then I get that you were being honest, but you dont have to be like that about it! Called them to get price on getting tire changed on Honda, the guy in a I dont have time for this kinda voice said we only work on Harleys. They are really limiting themselves.

Last week I purchased a flawless 2013 Triumph America that only had 6000 miles that they took in as trade. My interaction with Alen & Ken from the beginning was honest, not pushy and very informative. This was my first bike and after visiting at least 5 other dealers and hours searching online I developed a defeated, defensive crappy attitude before I stopped there so 5 stars really means a great experience!. BTW Im not sure if its cool to say what I paid but its at least 2 grand cheeper than any comps I found online!
