This is my go to store if I ever come up missing for a good min. Chances are you would find me here lol but the employees are the main ones that keep me going back. Just the service and help they provide is excellent.

Well I went to auto zone to get help Im handicapped and cant rothe things I used to do so I went there for a head lite and they sold me one and told me have a good day didnt offer to assist me in replacing the lite, so now I have to find some one to put my lite in cause I cant see how to drive at nite.

Very nice staff. Lots of great parts and wide varieties. Was looking for a AC filter for my car and the guy came and helped me right away. Very friendly and polite. Highly recommend, much better than any Napa auto parts store. Highly recommend and will be returning.

3/13/21 the ladies at this store are awesome! 😀

We bought a alternator here and it was bad and they tested it before we left with it and said it was good. So my husband work on our van for months trying to figure out what was wrong with it to finally find out from a mechanic it was the alternator.

Good selection for car repairs. However the 2 ladies running the cash registers were slow as molasses in January! 6-7 standing in line until a manager came in and folks started getting served. We did not show up during a prime time either.

Store was very well organized and people friendly...thanks guys and gals.

Absolutely wonderful. Mrs. Brittany Gaines was an absolute angel. I had a stranded patient on board and she made sure I had the tools and the right part to get us off the side of the road and to get to where we needed. Thanks to her and her team at kingsville auto zone. She went out her way to help someone even if she wasnt required to. Above and beyond any other person would have. Again very grateful and humbled by the team at 3200 monroe hwy.

It was very busy. And I guess they were shorthanded. The 2 ladies at registers were trying their best & she was nice. I Wasnt greeted. Wasnt asked if I needed help. Someone even got out of line and left bc wait was long. Store was clean & organized and everything was clearly labeled & priced. Maybe I just caught em on a bad day.

Visited a while back because I needed to get new windshield wipers. Employee was nice and very helpful as we tried to determine which one to buy. Had to leave without purchasing. Only complaint would be the wait and having to repeatedly stop as the employee was stopped by phone calls and other customers.

Got to be the best location around the area, they are friendly and offer to help as soon as you enter. Able to go in and find the parts I need and leave quickly and efficiently.

I went in Kingsville Autozone and the Store Manager Denise was real nice and very helpful with all my needs she has earned a customer for life.

These guys were super nice and even replace the battery inside of my key fob on my Jaguar XF. I really appreciate them taking the extra time to take the device apart and put the battery in.

I went in there to get some wipers for the wife car an a coolant gauge for my truck I had to look it up my self an the dude didnt know whe r e to look at for it stay gone for 30 min an comes back we dont have that so I will not go back in a auto zone in my life

They tell you on the phone that they have the part you need. But when you go to pick up your parts, they are at a different store.

Dont know about all the other AutoZone places but this one treat you with respect as an individual and not an idiot five stars thumbs up

Completely understaffed. Waited for 10 mins in an empty store while the employees-(one was outside with another customer; the other was somewhere in the back of the store) were unavailable. There was another customer on the phone with the corporate office due to an issue... no one really seems to know what they are doing in the store... will absolutely choose a different store for all future purchases

I once posted comments about lazy workers taking smoke break while 10 customers were waiting inside to be helped. And yes, one was the manager.Today, there was a female in a grey shirt directing everyone, employees and customers, on everything. It was nice to see someone in charge for once and Id have given this a 5 🌟 rating of the lazy manager wasnt here. Again, outside smoking when customers were inside waiting to be helped.

Worthless to call for help. You will be placed on hold for a long time every time. The guy asked what I needed and I told him exactly what tool. He put me on hold every time I called. When I call back he gets an attitude. It’s not that hard to find a tool
