We went in at 4 pm and asked for a plan for 3 of us to change to ATT from another carrier. Rosa greeted us as soon as we entered the store and helped us within just a few minutes. She gave us a great plan, helped us with a discount I was eligible for, told us about HBO max, did all the necessary things to port our phones over to AT&T… She was pleasant, professional, patient, informative and a pleasure to work with. We did not know the transaction would take so long. My phone info was not on iCloud so Rosa transferred everything from my phone directly to the new phone. It was a Sunday afternoon and she had to stay two hours after closing time and not once did she express any anger or frustration or impatience. She is a true gem! God bless her!

Had an awesome experience at AT&T in Kingsville, LA and her name is Rosa! This ATT sales rep is amazing!!! She was professional, quick and efficient! She sanitized everything in between customers. She was incredibly nice with a positive attitude! Even with other customers there, I shopped for accessories, purchased a new iPhone and checked out quicker than any other time -ever! Just a wonderful experience all thanks to her!!!

*EDIT* This has nothing to do with not being helped immediately. One of your representatives has a terrible attitude and is rude. I believe her name is Tanya.One of the women in that store is nasty and has a “Karen” attitude working in customer service. AT&T is good but stay away from this location. 👎

The hours listed on this page are completely incorrect. someone should definitely update them as I made a trip all the way over there to see an employee rushing to lock the door at right after 7 PM on a Tuesday. I have also had employees (three different employees, three different visits, weeks apart) that just did not seem to interested in actually helping. They seemed more like my being there was an inconvenience to them, and that I was less intelligent because I wasnt as familiar with smart phones as they were. I believe that I will be going out of my way to visit the other store on 28E rather than deal with that store.

Ive been to the other AT&T stores in the area and this store is by far the best. They were very helpful and polite.

They wouldn’t give a SIM card for the att phone we had purchased when it did not come included and had to get a new phone altogether

Awful, sat there for an hr and a half while they set up my account . Then they tell me Ill have to go to another AT&T store because they didnt have the phone I wanted after all. So they said they would send all the info over that way I wouldnt have to restart the process. Long story short, they didnt and had to start all over again.Now Im having problems with my bill because they apparently created my account anyway and claimed I did receive a phone from them😠 Having to sort all that out now. Absolutely never will go back to this location.
