We love the iced blended coffees. Our absolute favorites are the iced blended cookie butter and the iced blended cookies and cream! I add an extra shot of espresso because Im a caffeine addict. But the flavors here are really the best and most unique around. No overused Torani syrup here! They have their very own powder mixes which are really delicious. I order mine with oat milk to cut down on dairy. The mix has a little bit of dairy, but not enough to really worry about, as Im lactose intolerant. But those cookie butter iced blended coffees are absolutely addicting! We try getting away from the same ol same ol flavors because most places use the same old syrups. We highly recommend the cookie butter, I cannot stress that enough! Theyre kind of like a vanilla ginger cookie? But just trust me, itll most likely be your favorite too!

Loved the latte here! The butter croissant was okay. Found it to be a little chewy.

Wonderful selection, aesthetically pleasing. 😊 Had the ‘Cherry Blossom’ green tea #sotasty. Every time I walk in I am immediately greeted by the most pleasant people you could ever meet. Such warmth, makes me feel at home. Which is especially great being so far from home at the moment. All the way from Augusta, Georgia. I am so grateful to have found a nice spot to enjoy a nice tea, good book, and great atmosphere.

Great customer service. My husband accidentally ordered my espresso beverage in a way I honestly dont like . I was just going to drink it but he said he would just order another and save that one for him for later. When he went to order the girl said no it was fine and just made one even though to was our mistake. So sweet this is why is my favorite coffee Bean and tea leaf. Very nice place to visit and relax. Bought a box of their tea and got a cup of the same beverage for free. Clean tables and restrooms. Also their Chai lattes are delicious!

First and last time here. Service was friendly but my Vanilla Bean Cold Brew tasted like sour milk and the muffin we ordered was stale. Very disappointing.

I had a fantastic chai latte with a scrumptious bagel and was served by the cutest little baka I’ve ever seen! The service was superb and I will definitely be coming back for another latte and afternoon delight:)

Coffee was just normal coffee joint coffee, service was fine but the food was gross and unsubstantial. Just a bad decision on a jerky trip.

Friendly, competent personnel. I order hot green tea at coffee shops wherever I travel. I always ask how long to leave the tea bags in and the Starbucks employees either say 5 minutes or you can just leave them in. When green tea is brewed for longer than 3 minutes it starts to taste bitter. It is known. Here at Coffee Bean, the employee confidently replied 3 minutes for the Chinese green tea I had ordered, and said her manager was always quizzing her about information like that. I commend that manager and a corporate culture that encourages competence. Unfortunately I live east of the Mississippi and cant find any Coffee Beans near me.

The coffee was delicious! The BEST ever. And the cookie too. Really cute place when you walk in. But the reason for my rating is the bathroom. There are two unisex bathrooms. The first one I walked in didnt have toilet paper or paper towels and the floor was filthy. The next bathroom had no toilet paper. The floor was filthy, but dont worry! Theyre was a huge roll of paper towels on the floor next to the toilet. I did tell the cashier people and they said they would take care of it. But no one had gone to clean the bathroom before I left so I dont know when it got done. And I was there for awhile.

This was a really cool coffee shop with superb quality coffee (rich without even a hint of over-roasting), good prices, and a wonderful atmosphere. There is also a great selection of Bakery items to choose from. Parking is plentiful and right outside their doors, a nice plus. The baristas were friendly & cheerful, yet very genuine...we felt very welcome while sitting, chatting, and drinking or coffee.

Great coffee shop located in Pismo next to McDonalds. Quick service with a friendly staff. I often use this place for work meetings. They have a meeting room free to use for those who request it in advance.

The facility is clean and inviting. I ordered a black iced tea. It tastes strongly of coffe . I dont know if they make it on the same machine or use the same containers but it wasnt what I expected.

We always love coming here if we are in the area. So much better than another well known place. The staff is always friendly and have gotten our order correct every time. The coffee never tastes burnt. If you are in the mood for good coffee this is the place to come.

The crew here is always really friendly, the store is clean and the service is usually pretty fast (a sudden rush can slow things down, but they do seem to try to minimize that). The only complaint I have is that there are times their displays can make getting around in the store a bit difficult. At the moment theres a display that makes getting to the counter/register a problem. Other than that, love this place!

Always enjoyed coffee bean! I wish they had more in the area. We have one in Pismo Beach and its the only one withing a 60 mile radius. All else is Starbucks. Would much rather have this over Starbucks, my opinion.

It’s really sad to write this review because I am one of those people who rarely goes out and spend money on these drinks but since I took a trip to Santa Maria from Los Angeles. I gave this place a try for the first time and it was just a horrible experience.I ordered a Chai Latte with milk substitute, in the meanwhile I had to use the restroom. As soon as I got out, I clearly saw the server making a drink with regular milk. I was just paying attention but it never occurred to me that it would be my drink because I asked for Soy milk.It’s not the first time it has happened to me somewhere ( it happened at Starbucks years ago) except this time I confronted the person and they still lied to my face when I clearly saw her make my order and hand it right to me.😐

Peppermint latte was tasty. I was not excited by the light roast coffee: It had an overly sharp flavor.

The drink shown on the menu had caramel, which I imagine is what made the drink. The drinks we ordered did not have caramel and, when asked, we were literally told by the barista that it takes too long to swirl the caramel inside the cup bc there were a lot of other drinks to make. Disappointed in the customer service.

I think it is simply some of the best coffee Ive ever had. This is the only one Ive been to. Have been coming here for years on vacation and always look forward to their coffee. Is it a rule that every Coffee Bean should take a really, really long time to make their drinks? I ordered an Iced Mocha which consists of pouring things into a glass of ice and it still was about an 8-minute wait. But why?At least it was clean!

Went Sunday after day lights saving. Arrived when they were scheduled to open see two other people in their cars. After 20 minutes the white vibe person gets out, opens the cbtl door, locks it behind them. Proceeds to not open the store. Waited ten more minutes and left. Terrible. Employee was just sitting in their car on the phone. Very frustrating.

If Im being honest, the employees are one of the main reasons I dont go to the Starbucks thats right by my house; theyre so friendly, fast, efficient and they make a point to make sure youre noticed and appreciated.
