My experience with Truckoutfitters was a good one. Devin Stocker the owner worked with me to find a tonneau cover that worked perfect for me and new truck. Devin was friendly and went out of his way to locate a cover because the one I originally wanted was out of stock. He was meticulous with the install, almost like he was installing it on his own vehicle. I would highly recommend Truckoutfitters because Devin is the owner. That makes a difference because we looked at other places and didnt get the same feeling of pride because you were just dealing with a worker and not an owner.

Went to this buisness for some custom work few months back all in all everything came out nice and very pleased with the work. That being said i was looking to go back for some more parts i wanted to get installed long story short it didnt work out. I will have to take my business elsewhere apparently. Can be picky and choosey with certain items that u want installed for various reasons... Also seems to be weary if the parts are not purchased through him. Is what it is i suppose. Other than that Initially a positive experience overall.

Had a B&W gooseneck hitch and 7 pin wiring harness extension installed. Don’t usually leave reviews but the workmanship was great and the price was more than fair. Will definitely go back if I ever need anything else.

Great communication over the phone. Called immediately when the bed liner was delivered and installed in a couple minutes at my convenience the next day (would have installed same day if I wanted).I even thought I may have left my gift card at home (was actually just inside the truck), but the owner didnt care at all--he just said to drop it in the mailbox if I ever drove by.You only get that sort of experience with a well-run small business and that is the reason I will go back to this place for anything I possibly can.Extremely nice guy.

Called on a Monday to order a bed liner, and got quoted a price over the phone. Got called Wednesday saying it was in and I could come in and get it installed. When I got there the price was $20 cheaper because he said he got a deal from the distributor and likes to pass on savings to the customer. Good honest dude!

I couldnt have asked for a better experience getting a leveling kit and new tires put on my truck. Devin searched and priced out 10-15 different options for me over a few week span and when I finally pulled the trigger on something he had me scheduled for the leveling kit install and tire mounting the next day. Outstanding service. From the first phone call to the install. Devin took his time on the phone to talk about options for my exhaust and gave me his honest opinion. Had other places tell me I couldnt use the factory tips built into the bumper. He knew right away I could. Double checked the parts and confirmed before ordering. ( Went with the Flow FX exhaust.) I arrived early and they were prepared for the install. In and out in about an hour and my truck sounds awesome. Highly recommend this place.

Best customer service I’ve ever received when dealing with my truck. The owner is very friendly, and lets me bounce ideas off of him, ask suggestions, and talk about my truck in general. He’s helped me out on more than one occasion. He also is one of the few people I’ve dealt with that respects that even though I’m a female, my truck is my baby and has never tried to talk me out of anything, and has never talked down to me because of my gender. I own a 2017 Jeep Wrangler that I am customizing...I stopped in 1 day to inquire about a few things and see what the shop had to offer & walked out with a handful of products.
