Had someone named Hal help us find some curtains. Very nice person. Had great sense of humor and helped us get exactly what we wanted. I’ve never had such great experience at a store. Such a kind person. This place has a great team and the store is very well kept and there’s a bit of something for everyone.

It is easy to park, the service is good. They have decent sales but I get 20% off an item frequently. I can always find what I am looking for.

Very helpful people, and prices are reasonable, especially if you sign up for the 20% off everything membership. But checkout is the pits. They should have a single line that all stations draw from. But they have separate lines and I stood in one line for a long time while people in another line moved quickly. I have spoken to management about this several times, but no one seems to care.

Though pricey I always use their coupons. Their products are trustworthy, never bought anything I thought was junk. They have soda stream refills, in past this has been inconsistent, but it was earlier during COVID. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. I hope they continue to be a store in our area as they are in bankruptcy.

I went to the Bed Bath and Beyond store on McKnight Rd today. I thought the store was open,but it was not. There was a lady in the parking lot picking up an online order. The employee from the store asked me if I knew what I wanted and I said yes,but, I didnt order online. She said if you tell me I will go get it. She said I would have to pay by credit card and did I have a coupon. She went and got the 2 products I wanted, then went in the store and checked me out.I asked what her name was because I wanted to give her a shout out for excellent customer service. Her name was Rachel, the store manager. Thanks so much.!!!!!

My mom recently visited this store. She was there to exchange a mop. The customer service representative took no interest in seeing if the product was in stock & had the customer go look for it after demanding a return. My mom found the mop in store & when going to purchase it, was asked for an additional $3. This is when she asked for a manager. All while this was going on, my mom was spoken to disrespectfully, being asked why she would continue to buy a product that doesn’t work? MY MOM IS HANDYCAP! This is why she buys a standing mop. But this isn’t something you should have to be told over a review. I hope you learn to have compassion for people or just learn to not take things so personally & get on with your work. What did it matter to you that she was exchanging the product? Thank you to the manager who handled the situation so well.

This store is so organized! Deals/ promos are well displayed. All employees are eager to help customers find things! Workers were so nice, upbeat, happy, and helpful! Best place to go for candles & soaps/creams, etc hands down.

In a span of two weeks, I went through four vacuum cleaners. One of the ones we purchased actually caught fire after I took it out of the box and tried using it. I couldn’t believe it. I took video of smoke billowing out of it. We took it back and were stunned that the manager didn’t seem very fazed. This could have set our small wood framed house on fire. His offer to make things right? Giving us a 20% off coupon on a different vacuum. Really? At the time I had two coupons in my purse. I asked for a gift card and we agreed on $50. Well, the vacuum we finally went with we were overcharged. The website said the vacuum was on sale, but it wasn’t in the store. What? Took that vacuum back and went with a cheaper one. On the that purchase we didn’t get the gift card. The manager never handed us a gift card. He assured us it would be taken off by the cashier. It wasn’t. He said it was and I didn’t understand math. So, all vacuums returned and taking my business elsewhere. Done with BBB. We will never shop here again.

Rachel from the McKnight Rd store in the North Hills, is exceptional!!! We went into the store not knowing what kind of cookware would be best for a glass top stove. She heard our discussion, and took us right to the cookware and showed us exactly what we needed. She spent a lot of time answering our questions and helping us to decide if we wanted to buy single pieces or a package deal. After we got home, we found that one of the lids was dented, so she ordered a replacement for us. When it came in, she called and offered to mail it, that way saving us from making a trip in. What outstanding customer service. She is a great representative for the Bed, Bath, and Beyond brand.

I am impressed with the store. Selection is great for many rooms of your home. The item I was looking for was out of stock. The clerk was of great assistance and courteous and offered to order online for home delivery.

It was very clean. My only complaint is that it seemed rather small. Other than that it was a really nice place with good products.

I enjoy Bed, Bath, and Beyond. It always has a wide selection of different things to look at and I always get sent coupons which is nice too. Its typical clean and very well organized. The employees could be a little more personable but that doesnt deter me from shopping there because when I need help they never have a problem doing so.

Staff was very helpful. We had to return some rugs, which we did and the staffed went out of their way to help us find our rugs. We purchased some other items and the staff made sure that we received our 20% discount. Great visit!

Bed Bath & Beyond has a lot of good products but some are a bit overpriced, I think; however, that doesnt stop me from shopping there as I always find something that I want or need that is affordable to me.

Denise & Jessica were so helpful. The store no longer had the wire stacking baskets I wanted. When I got home I called Denise with the code numbers from the receipt when I bought previously. She searched stores that had them for me. Now that is excellent customer service!

Very rude, ask next customer all types of save questions, never ask me one, Im black and yes he was white, I explained how rude that was and reason why I did not want to come in store in first place, blacks are able to buy from stores just as whites, sometimes in m as y be other way around, whites may not be able to shop where blacks shops for what ever reason. Very rude to me Im not that type of person only that is how my experience was, God Bless

Anything gadget you need, they have it. The store on McNightmare road is bigger, you dont have to worry about crossing through the CRANBERRY B.B.&B. GAUNTLET, people will run you over if the you the pedestrian cross their path.

I love the selection and the quality of everything that Ive bought there is good but they are more expensive than other places that carry the same items. The upside to that is that they almost always have coupons to save on entire orders or one item and you can get the coupons online too.

The only gloves they sold had one pair in them for like $7.00. I was looking for a big book of latex gloves. Service was ok and someone did notice I was looking for something and pointed me to that direction

I went there with the intent to buy curtains, valances, sheers and rods. Though they do have a very very minimal amount of stock of curtains. There are no valances in stock and when we got someone to help us the gentleman explain that everything has to be ordered online. Thats too bad considering I wanted curtains today. Also their prices are a little bit high for the quality of curtain hat youre getting. This is my second trip to the store and with only he two trips to the store and Ive left empty-handed both times. The first time it showed items were available online at the store when in fact they werent even in stock at all at the store. They had to be ordered. They were not curtains but still this is my second time there where I left empty-handed.

I love Bed, Bath and Beyond on McKnight Road. The employees are always nice and helpful, they always take my old coupons and give me the best deal, the store is organized and easy to shop through, and I always find what I need.

The store has too much inventory crowding the store. My most recent visit was for a bridal registry and we waited in line as the customer service person kept ignoring us. Not a great trip.

Large selection of household items for both indoor and outdoor. We registered here for our wedding and the staff was helpful in getting everything set up for us as well as when we had to return some items that we no longer wanted or were damaged. They often have good prices for the everyday items and fabrics.
