Stacey was fairly new in her position and yet had a good understanding of the products. She was courteous and professional, but lacked co workers to assist her with 4 customers at one time. The sales folks were great. I needed two split box springs for a temp rental in 1914 bungalow. Was an immediate need as movers couldn’t get our box springs up the stairs. Sales person said this was “all they sold in Pittsburgh”- meaning everyone needs the split box springs....but also told us that only one split box was carried in showrooms. Waiting for second one for three days. Would make sense to have 2-3 in stock- and seemed pretty expensive for a box made from Pallet lumber (reasons for 3 stars)

We had a very good experience at Mattress Firm. Our salesperson was extremely nice and very helpful. We were looking for a reasonably priced mattress and box spring and he was conscious of that. Then helped arrange so we could pick it up at the location we needed because we couldn’t get it delivered on the day we needed. Made several calls to the other store to make sure everything would go smoothly and we will get our mattress when needed.

We shopped at Macys, Sleep Number, JC Penny, Sams etc. we 100% did due diligence. The place we ended up buying was here (Mattress Firm). The bang for your buck was far and away the best at this location. The real cherry on the sundae was BJ the salesman. His product knowledge clearly stood head and shoulders above all the other sales professionals we encountered. The customers that he had right before us gave him a pie. Yes, a pie. We purchased the Nightfall Mattress at the Mattress Firm located at 251 Clairton Boulevard in West Mifflin/Pleasant Hills PA. This was our second time into the store. We were lucky enough both times to talk to BJ. He understood that this was a big purchase for us and was so patient with us, and our three little boys! I wasnt surprised when he told us that he had been in the industry for over 30 years... He knew alot about each manufacturer. He was so knowledgeable about all of the different types and models. This was the first place my girlfriend and I started looking for a mattress. Mine and my hubby experience at mattress farm was unbelievable the guy. We had was very nice and down to earth and my hubby is the hardest one to please because he has 3 back surgerys and next month he will have a 4th one and for once out of 3 back surgerys he was talking to the guy and he wrote what kind of problems we have and had us try 4 to 5 different beds and we actually like 4 out of 5 and my hubby was actually very comfortable on the beds we tried and I was very surprise because he could never get comfortable and today was the first time for him to actually get comfortable and we bought a bed from here today after trying them because my hubby was satisfied because now we finally found a bed for him to be comfortable in and we are both satisfied and we rate this place a 5 starts because the people here are so nice and down to earth and are willing to go out of their way for you and they helped my hubby with discounts because he was in the service. We are blessed to find this place.

My boyfriend and I visited the Century III store on a Saturday afternoon knowing we needed a new mattress, but nothing else. We were immediately greeted by Joe. He had a very good system for helping uneducated and indecisive customers like us figure out what we were looking for. Relatively quickly, we decided that we were looking for a medium level foam mattress. We tried a few of the mattresses and then it was time to talk price. We were able to find a mattress in our price range and a mattress protector at 25% off. We never felt pressured or rushed during our shopping experience. Our mattress arrived at our door on Monday, just two days later. Our old mattress and box spring were hauled away and replaced with our brand new ones. Joe warned us that since we are not used to the foam mattress, we may feel some soreness after sleeping for the first few weeks. I am happy to report that I woke up after the first night with no soreness. I am very happy with our mattress, the price, and our customer service experience at Mattress Firm Century III. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends and family!
