I have had cosistently superior service at Perlora since 2015, which is why my husband and I have repeatedly chosen to make the drive from Cleveland, Ohio when in the market for new furniture. Perlora has many brands and models on display with physical samples of fabrics, woods, finishes, accessory knobs, and trim features for customers to feel and compare. Clearly detailed information is provided in a friendly manner so customers gain the valuable facts needed to narrow down the many available options. Our most recent purchase was the Copeland Natural Maple Astrid Platform Bed with Adjustable Headboard. When I contacted Perlora via a text number on the website, Jennifer quickly replied and provided me with complete Copeland ordering information. Awesome experience. Found this Thayer sectional on their website, contacted Perry he helped find shipping and it was delivered 2,000 miles away. That says something that we would prefer to do business with someone 2,000 miles away. Even with shipping it was a lower price point than anything else we found in our area. My wife and I purchased an Arie chair from Perlorra in early 2019. It has a star base swivel design. Wonderful chair. However noticed that it slightly wobbled but thought that was just design but over time it kept getting more wobbly. Fast forward to 2021 and we bought a similar star based chair from a different company and noted how extremely stable the chair was. I opted to look to see if there was a way I could tighten the chair somehow but the access to any type of bolt seemed limited. I contacted perlorra to see if they knew of any options. Sean in the warehouse said he would go look at an existing chair and get back to me. He then later asked if I could send a video showing the wobble so he could provide that to the manufacturer for their advice. The manufacturer looked at video and provided a new base to repair the chair. Today the guys brought it out and installed it and the chair is like new again. Mind you this resulted from me just inquiring whether they knew how I could tighten the chair. The customer service was way above and beyond in my opinion. Thanks to all who helped on this.

Excellent customer service from Quinn - it was our first time in, and Quinn did a great job educating us about the different brands they carry and which could be good options for our needs. We ended up purchasing an Italian leather sofa we fell in love with when we first walked in the door, and Quinn was very thoughtful in helping us choose a leather option with durability that would work for our family, and a color to match our palette. We certainly underestimated the amount of time we would want to spend at the store; there were so many great pieces displayed around the multi-level layout. We will definitely be working further with Quinn on more of the pieces we need to furnish our new home!
