They always have a smile on their face and are very friendly. I normally deal only with Samantha who treats me like a rockstar. I got my nose pierced, got a keloid 2 days after, they use a gun btw, and they diddnt use a nose stud they used a straight nail and it was 60 bucks. I had to go to a tattoo piercing place for them to fix my piercing and gave me a new stud that curves on the inside like its suppose to

They were very kind to me being that I had never gotten my ears pierced.

I had my ears pierced 6 weeks ago, took my earrings out for a day to let them breathe and the very next day they closed up. Out 50.00.
