Quality Granite did an amazing job with my kitchen counter top. I chose a beautiful sparkling quartz with two Waterfall pieces. This was a labor intensive project, and The crew took their time to make sure that the job was done right! The finished product was impeccable, and I am very very pleased! I highly recommend Quality Granite!
Honestly I will never recommend going here or even pricing this place after after speaking with Ashley. She is customer service but truly is anything but that. Wouldnt answer my questions directly and that attitude and sighs were unnecessary. I seemed to be quite an inconvenience in asking questions and she didnt seem to have any interest in helping me or providing any level of customer service above poor.
So far we have had a great experience. They were very helpful in the showroom, took us through every option and never got frustrated with our indecision. After we finally made our choice they said they would call the next Tuesday for measure date and install date and they kept their word and called with dates. I couldnt be happier with their service. I will update after install is complete the first week of August.Update:I absolutely recommend buying here! They did a great job with install and absolutely stand by their customers. We had a contaminant in our slab and they did everything they could to take care of us. They are polite and professional. I will always recommend and use their services.
Hong did an excellent job helping us layout our granite and worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was addressed. We had some challenging angles and difficult cuts that you can see in the pictures, but everything turned out perfect in the end. We had a some minor fitment issues, but the problem was quickly corrected without question. I would definitely use them again on a future project. Thanks Hong.
PROS: very good price, they helped me find a piece that worked with my kitchen.CONS: they came out to install and the piece was measured and cut wrong (honest mistake and they took care of it very well) but when they came back a few days later to install it they threw it up on the counter put some silicon to hold it down and left, they never made sure it was straight(its not) or level. Never cleaned it off, still had tape and markings on it, didnt lay drop cloths down while working. They rushed to fit me in a time slot but the quality lacked.
From start to finish - Quality Granite was perfect for us. Initially we just found this business by a google search for granite in the area. I called- Hong answered the phone and answered every question we had. A couple of email exchanges about some more details and 1 hour later we had a quote for our job. Two days later Raymond was out to do our measuring. Then 3 days later our new bar and counter top were installed. Amazed at how fast they were able to do such outstanding work and for such a great price. Every person we dealt with was outstanding and friendly. We are redoing our kitchen as our next project and we will not need to call any other businesses. Quality Granite is the only call necessary. Thank you again!
Went to look at samples and get an estimate. Was told we would have an estimate the next day. After a week and a half we called and left a message. Still no estimate. Have not heard back. Very disappointed
FANTASTIC PLACE!! Very friendly and GREAT PRICES!!! I was looking for some granite for a fireplace Im rebuilding, they had some beautiful remnants! I got prob a thousand dollar slab for 15% of that. Thou it was only 66x18 inches, I got a steal!! And now I have a beautiful, real granite hearth. Give these guys a go! You wont be disappointed
Great service from the moment we walked in to the day of installation. We were greeted by Ashley, she was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and professional! Very professional service, from the moment we walked into the showroom, to the gentleman who came to my house to measure, to the day of installation! I was given an arrival time of 8:30 - 9:30...the truck rolled into my driveway at 8:28! Any and all of my questions were answered and addressed professionally and courteously! My kitchen looks amazing!!!
We remodeled a kitchen in an investment property we own. From the outset when I first contacted them for pricing I was impressed with the quick response and the willingness to answer all questions. The pricing was outstanding, the service was great and the two gentlemen who installed our new quartz countertop were, professional, pleasant and expert in their job! I highly recommend Quality Granite and will be calling them soon to replace the granite countertop in my own Home!
I had them install granite at a property I own . The granite turned out beautiful. The sales staff was so helpful. They walked us through the process and scheduled it all to be measured and installed within two weeks of being giving the go ahead. The install staff was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job.
Quality Granite was an amazing experience! We had a bit of a mix up with our granite, but Julie and the manager were SO easy to work with. Their show room was very easy to find and all the girls there were extremely knowledgeable and worked with me throughout the process. Julie made sure to ask me all about my kitchen so she could point me in the right direction for granite colors. She was in constant communication with me and walked me through everything step by step. She also followed up afterwards just to make sure everything went smoothly! Their prices could not be touched and I have recommended them to anyone asking about remodeling. I don’t ever write reviews, but they were so great to work with I had to write one this time. If you are looking for a company who is knowledgeable, reliable and priced below anyone else, go to Quality Granite!
Great prices, great people, and quality product! Had our countertops installed today and we love them. Absolutely recommend
So happy!! Their prices and selection are fantastic. Everyone was wonderful to deal with from start to finish. Sarah in sales was informative, patient, and helped us make educated decisions. When Vincent came to measure, he was very knowledgeable and thorough. The install went flawlessly and the workmanship was top notch. The guys were professional and super clean (which is so important to me). If you are in the market for granite, you need to go see Quality Granite! You won’t be disappointed.
I went to over 6 different installers, and 3 different suppliers. I ultimately went with quality granite because of Sara from the front desk. She was wonderful to work with and was the primary reason I used them. Im very happy with the cost, quality, and customer service. Thank you for making this a positive experience.
Don’t let the showroom and prices fool you as you get what you pay for…..yes their prices are low. The showroom and in-home measurement experience were good. The installation experience was a nightmare. Installation was scheduled for July 31, 2020. Since we did not receive a confirmation call from QGO on Thursday, I called around 4:00 PM on Thursday to confirm the appointment and was told yes everything is on schedule we will be there tomorrow morning between 8:30 am and 9:30 am. No one arrived or called so at 11:00 am (one and half hours late) I called to see what the problem was and I was told that they decided to do another job before mine for one of their big client’s and they would be doing my job next and that someone should have called to let us know but they forgot. At 12:30, the two “installers” finally showed up. Upon arrival they let us know that this was their first and second day working for QGO and complained that the tools on the truck were not organized properly and began asking me to borrow tools (drill bits) as they saw some tools in the house. Next, one of the installers is on the phone to someone asking how to install a sink and cut out a cooktop. I hear that another “installer”/ manager is coming to cut out the cooktop. These “installers” reminded me of watching “Laurel & Hardy” and we feared that they were going to damage something by their carelessness which they did. They damaged the dishwasher when they installed the bracket for it and forgot to lower the dishwasher a quarter inch to account for the bracket. This drove the Philip screws that hold the dishwasher in place into the top of the dishwasher door which scratched it in two places.Next the “installer”/manager arrives and walks into my house and right pass me to talk to his workers without even acknowledging me. Acting like a big shot he shows one of the new employees how to cutout the cooktop. When the slab is brought in and set in place he sees that he cutout the cooktop a half and inch forward of where it should be located because the cooktop and cabinet fronts cannot occupy the same place. He blames the cabinet fronts for his mistake but luckily, because he didn’t follow the installation directions for the cooktop either (he also cut it out roughly a half inch larger in each dimension than specified by the instructions), after moving the cooktop around for a while he finds a sweet spot where the cooktop will cover most of his mistakes and says install it like this, declares success and leaves. The one “installer” does a great job on the seams. The “installers” then proceed to apply silicone caulk between the quartz countertop and the cabinets where the countertop sits. This is done by them spraying Windex on the cabinets and when questioned they say “silicone doesn’t stick to Windex and can be wiped off easily”. Silicone is smeared everywhere, and we tell them not to do that (these are newly refinished cabinets) but instead tape off the cabinets and we have blue tape. They refuse and tell us that “they have installed quartz in much better homes than this”. My wife spends quite a bit of time trying to get the silicone that was smeared all over the cabinets off that they failed to wipe off. They next attempt to finish the job by installing the backsplash (it’s now 6:00 pm) and there is a big gap (approximately one eighth an inch) between the backsplash and the countertop. My wife tells them that it doesn’t look good and is unacceptable and one of the “installers” tells her “well its acceptable to me” and they get mad and tell us “we have been accommodating you all day” and leave without cleaning the mess they created outside cutting the quartz. My wife calls the manager (that came to cut the cooktop) to complain and he returns the next day to fix the backsplash. When he arrives, I spent about ten minutes explaining to him why we are upset and when I finish he says to me “that’s 30 minutes of my life I’m not going to get back”. He then fixes the backsplash gaps and leaves.
Our experience with Quality Granite was really good for the most part. Their price was the lowest of three other companies we went to and selection was comparable to others. They did walk us through from the beginning until the end. The office staff was great to deal with as well and kept us informed along the way. We did waste a trip to look at the new batch of granite that came in thinking we would see both slabs but only the top slab was visible. One slab had a naturally occurring line that we didn’t care for but it was ok and was worked out at mapping. They also let us use our own solid surface sink from our last countertop which was great. At the time of purchase it took about 1 month until install but that was due to the COVID-19 and them having a backlog, not an issue at all. The sales representative was very helpful and informative and helped use choose and gave us a good estimate. The gentleman that did our field measurements was excellent and he let me ask a lot of questions and answered them thoroughly and talked me through the process and what edges would work with our countertops to make sure we get what we wanted. The mapping process was also awesome! Nancy was very helpful and kind as we did our walk through and reviewed our slabs in the warehouse. We noticed the top of one slab was cracked a little and made sure we left that out. We got the opportunity to visually layout our tops on the slabs of granite digitally on the computer avoiding the crack and naturally occurring line in the slab we wanted to avoid. Mapping was our favorite part!!The install was the most exhausting part for us because of the language barrier of the lead installer and also because the laborer was a little unprofessional which had us overseeing the entire install and jumping in with tools and also helping carry one of the slabs because they were going to drop it. One of our bar top walls was slightly out of level and they wanted to silicone it down to the trim (which is held on by trim nails) and would’ve fell off. I had to make sure and also asked the installers to use construction adhesive to fill that void and to properly adhere the granite top. I lifted the top myself while they applied the glue. If I was not in the construction profession I would’ve never known and possibly had an issue if the top fell off. They also had some struggles with Installing my sink and cutting my sink cabinet without needing to. The only other issues at install was how the seam looked and was not smooth and had very small jagged cuts (needed to have a sharper saw blade at the plant) and they left silicone smudges all over the top that I had trouble with getting off. I wish they would’ve taken their time at the end and cleaned everything.Overall, we were very satisfied with Quality Granite and the small issues mentioned above were not brought to their attention because it really wouldn’t change anything and are rather minor issues. I would recommend them to others but would just check the installers work. The tops look great and we love them!!
Our granite counter tops are absolutely beautiful. Our installers were Chen and James. They were very precise when cutting the granite. They took their time and made sure each pice was set in perfectly. Very professional. They ensured everything was cleaned up when they were done.
My experience with them was over the top. From the price to the selection of granite and quartz .the sales people to the installers were all great to work with .I would at least give them a try and you can go wrong.
Hands down had the best prices for fabrication - less than half of other estimates that we got, and we went to a lot of places. The operation runs smoothly - we saw the fabrication area before making our decision. Calls were answered promptly. After reading other reviews, we made sure that one of us went to the facility to specify where to cut the various countertops, the placement of the pattern on the stone. The installation was perfect, on time, and we could not be more pleased with the results. Excellent job, excellent price.Make sure you stop in and have them give you an estimate - I would definitely recommend having Quality Granite as one of the fabricators that you interview.
After visiting three other granite places, I saw some slabs that I liked on Quality Granites website. Since they didnt have those particular slabs in stock, they referred me to Mont Granite, where I did find the the perfect slabs for our kitchen. Quality Granite took over from there, and their customer service/installation was topnotch. The whole process took about three weeks and we are very satisfied.
Looks amazing and significantly cheaper than all surrounding competitors!
Great price. Fast and friendly service. So glad we decided to buy here vs the big box store. This company is doing everything right.
Quality Granite Outlet is the best for an even better price! Thank you😊
Unbeatable prices and excellent workmanship. Vincent came to take measurements and took plenty of time and numerous measurements/notes. Was impressed with his professionalism. Chen and James installed the quartz kitchen countertops today. Both were meticulous. Fantastic job. Chen is a fabricator so felt great knowing we was installing too. My wife and I love the new countertops. We both recommend Quality Granite Outlet to anyone looking for quartz. The quartz was fabricated at their shop. We love giving our business to these types of stores rather than the big pricey stores. GREAT JOB Quality Granite Outlet. Love your work.
Poor experience. Salesperson was extremely hard to communicate with and was no more helpful than walking around on our own. Weve found much better service (and pricing) elsewhere.
Great quote and work on new countertops kitchen looks great
Walked into QG on a whim after seeing a piece outside and was pleasantly surprised by the price and customer service I received compared to other companies. I chose QG because from the start, they provided top notch service and met my pricing expectations. I was so happy that I ended up adding additional counter tops and a lazy susan to my order! Thanks to Julie for working hard to make sure I had an excellent experience from purchase to install.
Great experience from start to finish. Our kitchen is small, we only needed about 15 sq/ft of granite. Something most installers wouldnt even bother with. We finally stopped in Quality Granite and got to choose from their remnant selection, which was actually quite large. Everyone there from the lady (wish i had gotten her name to thank her) that helped work up our quotes, to the guys that showed up to measure and install treated us like we were a large job. Courteous, helpful, quick, and professional. They will be our first stop the next time we need stone.
I used them a year ago to do my granite. They leveled everything and installed it professionally.great price and great product
Good prices and great service they just dont pay their workers correctly.
We got a great price on labor and materials when we redid the kitchen last year! Really friendly team and they explained carefully everything they were doing.
Visited showroom Feb 2nd. Picked out Brown Fantasy Granite. Countertop measurements Feb 5th. Installed today Feb 12th! Beyond beautiful! Installers went above and beyond to fix previous issues with bad install of original kitchen. The countertops are just beautiful! I wish that I knew how to insert pictures....
I just have to say WOW. I saw the granite I anted at Lowes, but started checking out prices on the web. I found Quality Granite Outlet and was shocked at the selection and prices. They had the same granite I wanted and better price than Lowes. They came out and measured and the next week they were here to install. The installers were GREAT. THE GRANITE WAS MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN I IMAGINED. It just made our new kitchen pop. The joints are seamless and the sinks were installed to perfection. The installers left NOT ONE SPECK OF TRASH. BEAUTIFUL JOB, TERRIFIC PRICES, WONDERFUL COMPANY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM 100 X 100%. Theresa Pearce/ Randy Popielarczyk.
We had Quality Granite install new granite countertops for our kitchen as part of a renovation. Overall, everything turned out ok except for some major issues throughout the process.PROS:1-Cheapest granite price around. Hands down they beat all the other granite prices in Pittsburgh & Morgantown2-Quick turnaround time. It was 2 weeks from measuring the template until installation; most other places were 3-4 weeksCONS:1-Main piece (large & heaviest piece) was cut wrong (ellipse instead of circle) so it could not be installed on the scheduled day and had to instead be installed 3 days later2-Forgot to bring a 6 foot long extra piece to be used as a backsplash for our bathroom on installation day (note: this was added to our order about 4-5 days before the installation day) so this couldnt be installed until 3 days later. They did end up giving us this piece for free (was supposed to be $50)3-Only brought 2 guys on the 2nd installation day, so the main large & heavy piece took forever to get inside. It took them over 1.5 hours to get the piece inside plus they left late that morning so they didnt start until 10:40 AM.So there were some annoyances (from minor to major) throughout the process but in the long run the granite came out looking well, saved us hundreds of dollars and was completed within the timeline (mostly).
Great service and quick install.
