I came in to the store about a week ago to pick up an order I submitted online. The sales associates are friendly and were very prompt about my order. I looked around a bit too and this store has a great selection of items. I am definitely planning on going back to this location!

This is a great store with a variety of products to choose from. Ive recently been loving to light my Relax candle because not only does it smell great but it calms me down when the kids stress me out.

I spent quite a bit of time in here when I visited and I must say the store was very nice. It was kept extremely clean and organized. The layout was very convenient and made it very easy to find the things I was looking for plus a lot more. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The sales here are also amazing!

Warm and helpful staff. Readily available to answer and question about a product. We were greeted at the door with a smile. Not too pushy with the sale just an Im here if you need me but feel free to look around uninterrupted. I love the fact that management is on the floor and not too busy in the back to mingle with customers or simply haning around the registers.

The employees are so friendly you cannot help wanting to buy something.

I like so many of their products.I tend to shop here when I can take advantage of a sale and stack coupons along with it.I get great deals for high quality, great smelling soaps, lotions and hand creams.CANDLES! CANDLES! CANDLES! Did I mention they have great 3wick candies? Any scent that you could possibly want. Everything from sweet to spicy and all kinds in between. Grab them when they are on sale plus a coupon and you can get them very cheap.Great staff, always helpful and friendly. Store is bright, well staffed, has great selections in every catagory.Youll like it.

The sales associates at the Robinson Mall Bath & Body are so WONDERFUL!!! They are so...helpful and professional!! They ran the annual candle sale without a flaw with so many customers to keep happy. They did it with smiles on their faces and friendly greetings for everyone!!! Love this place!! They are the BEST!!

Nice selection but the staff really needs to pay attention to the customers. We were the first people waiting in line to check out and then another couple people got in line behind us. 2 employees walked passed and didnt even acknowledged any of us

Went in to buy a couple things, left with way more than I planned. My wife will be happy with her fragrance of the month. I, on the other hand, will have to use whatever she doesnt use, which is however much is used until the next batch of fragrances are released. Please stop making new smelly things! Seriously, if you cant find something that smells nice here, theres nothing in the world that will please you.

Great staff, they let my daughters all the soaps and lotions that they wanted. Even suggested some for them. Very polite and friendly. My daughters favorite place to go!
