Mark and his team installed a backup camera in our 2008 Honda Accord. The work was completed quickly and everything works well. The cost was very reasonable, not a great deal more than what a DIY effort would have entailed and with results which I know are markedly superior to what I could have achieved. I highly recommend!!! My car radio suddenly stopped working and I had no idea where to go to get this fixed. I went to a different place first and those guys had no clue what was wrong with my radio, said theyd have to take it all apart to figure it out, and gave me a ridiculously expensive quote. No thanks! I feel lucky to have found Cazillia Audio by googling where to go next. I spoke with Mark on the phone who listened to me, immediately knew what the problem was, and squeezed me in despite the fact that he was booked up for months. Mark and his team were able to get my cars radio back up and running quickly and for an amazing price. The staff and service there were super friendly and professional. Mark is beyond impressive; a true one-of-a-kind. It makes sense they are so booked up for months. You usually cant get service like this these days. I will always take my car there for future issues.

Very pleasant experience. Had never had any audio work done on a car before, but I told Mark what I wanted and he walked me through some of the basic options. Very patient, very helpful. Managed to find a date, dropped the car off in the morning, and it was done at the end of the day. Everything works fine so far. Would absolutely use them again.

Mark at Cazillia is amazing. I am about to drive my classic Porsche across the country from Pittsburgh to San Francisco and I wanted to get my radio fixed. Not only was he able to take care of the issue with the radio on a very short notice he also discovered a more serious issue with my fuse box that would have surely set my car ablaze on my trip. Mark’s the BEST

Ive used this business 4 or 5 times for various audio and lighting issues and projects. They are experts at not just the best audio sounds you can get for your car (motorcycle sounds too) but miscellaneous lighting projects like my door sills and my latest, blue halos with hyperwhite driving lights on my 2012 Maxima. I mounted the lights and these pros wired them up in no time. True professionals. Great owner.

I was on a long road trip and my Bluetooth CD player stopped working on the road. I needed it fixed quickly so I could have some music on the road. No shop in town can do the installation on the same day so I decided to try my luck after reading this shops reviews. It turned out my decision was correct. Even though Mark was very busy and no time to fit me in but he allowed me borrow his tool and said would help me to install. Because I am lack of experience and literately I just unscrewed three screws, took the front cover off. He did all the rest and all for free!!! It was amazing to see how he were busy talking to customer while wiring the connectors to the harness for me. He even fished the microphone wire through dashboard for me so the microphone was in the right place and finally showed me how to setup the new player out of the demo mode. He knew I am gong to on the road again He even called me to check out if the hand free function is working correctly!I am very impressed with his service and would recommend to anyone without reservation. Mark is very honest, helpful and professional. He surely deserves a 5 star recommendation if not 6!

Mark was super helpful and did an excellent job installing an aftermarket Android Auto radio with Maestro + front and back cameras on my 2017 Corolla.It was a surprisingly complex job with steering wheel buttons, extra USB flush mount, and a ton of my own inane requests... but Mark was the consummate professional the whole way through. They were able to install it in one day as well, all in between other jobs!There are always small businesses that I find do an incredible job and take pride in their work, and Cazillia Audio is one of those businesses. They really care about car audio, aftermarket radios, and other car mods.I will definitely be calling them again! I already have a remote starter in mind...

I went to Cazillia audio to get some updates on my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. I wanted a new head unit that used Carplay. I called about 5 companies before calling Cazillia so I had a good feel for which company could do what services. Mark at Cazillia was the most impressive out of them all. The first thing that impressed me was that he was very pleasant to talk to and didnt give me the impression I was bothering him or taking him away from something. He then asked me the right questions so I knew he had experience already which was very important. So it was clear that he was very knowledgeable and capable. So this along with the great reviews sealed the deal for me so I decided to give him the work along with an updated sound system. For the sound system I really was indecisive. I couldnt make up my mind and Mark was extremely patient and helped me make the right decision. I dropped the car off when I scheduled my families week vacation. When I got the car back I was not only happy with the work that they did but they exceeded what they promised. The very first thing is that Mark was under his estimated cost. They did a very clean install and were able to relocate my existing screen that controls the heating and air to a lower position in the console. Some other local companies suggested relocating it in the center console which would have been terrible to deal with. My new setup looks like it came straight from the car manufacturer off the assembly line. They also made me custom tweeter holders and didnt charge for it. They also made me a bass knob so I can control how much I want (and didnt charge for it). The entire system works and sounds amazing. A week after I got the car back, Mark called me just to check in and make sure everything was good and that I was satisfied. Not too many companies will follow up with you after the check is cashed which shows how dedicated this company is to customer service. I asked Cazillia to make a few updates and changes for me after the initial install and they did any outstanding job. So overall I couldnt be more pleased. Great combination of customer service and quality installation. I highly recommend them. BTW: I am very hard to please.

Let me start off by saying THANK YOU!! Amazing staff and service. After installing my rock lights, for whatever reason the box wouldnt sync to my phone. After trying different approaches for over an hour and forty five minutes. They resolved the problem. Now that may sound like a lengthy ordeal. But they werent gonna let me leave until the problem was resolved. Now thats what I call Epic Service!!

Professional people. They answered all my questions, which helped me make a sound decision (no pun intended). They obviously were very knowledgeable but easy to talk to. I waited while they did my work van, the process was pretty simple and straight to the point. If you think its pricey, its definitely well worth it. I do them myself and its stress free not having to figure out any extras when they already know or are willing to figure it out. About 5 years running on this install.

Cant say enough good things about this place... if I could give it 6 out of 5, I would because of how much they helped me out free of charge!I had some damaged factory speakers that did not have the same wire leads as the aftermarket replacement speakers I purchased. I brought them in to Mark and he soldered and rigged the speakers so they would fit into my 07 Camry. The next day I returned and they mounted the speakers as well, again... all for FREE! Both times when I offered to tip, they would not take my money.If I EVER need some audio work done on my car, I will 100% come back to Cazillia. These guys are awesome.

I was completely satisfied with the installation of my remote start and security system. The owner of the business, Mark, does all the installations and was very kind and considerate. He listened to the way I wanted the remote start to function regarding the door locks, and the operation of the automatic back gate on my car and programmed the system accordingly. He indicated that if I had any problems with the system to give him a call and he would take care of it. It was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Cazillia Audio to all my friends and anyone desiring a remote start and security system.

Great guys! They work pretty quickly. I had to replace a broken factory radio and they replaced it with something better. I could have probably had it done cheaper but the price was still fair, saved me time, and the job was clean and professional. I would recommend. Mark installed a new head unit in my truck. Took longer than expected; turns out he had a bad wiring harness, but Mark got a new one and finished the install. Mark and Chris are great guys and they were able to solve my problem extremely fast. I had a sound system installed about 2 years ago ( not by these guys it was by someone esle) and it was causing electrical fires to occur. Mark and Chris were able to get everything removed and even went above and beyond to clean of my corrosion on the battery. I cant express how satified I am and the price was ridiculously cheap as well.

These guys are total pros. It took them 5 minutes to diagnose my issues for free: issues that a VW dealer couldnt figure out given a whole day and $130. They fit me in on the spot: I walked in unannounced on a Saturday afternoon. They quoted me a price for the work, and told me it would take an hour. After 40 minutes, they had solved the original issue, two others I didnt know were fixable, and made my install look significantly more sleek and professional. They also replaced other damaged components they found along the way and installed more robust protection for my wiring. Final price: exactly what they had quoted me. Seriously... stop looking around and just go here.

I just had an aftermarket JVC bluetooth radio installed there this morning. Despite having bought the radio through Amazon, they offered prompt and courteous service. I came by first thing in the morning and the entire process took only about 45 minutes. Most impressively, since a mounting bracket wasnt needed, they ended up charging me 20% less than the original estimate provided over the phone. I would definately recommend them to anyone else and will return to them if I have other car audio needs.

They were flexible on scheduling and did a very clean installation of a video system that had some other local installers confused. All at a modest cost.
