Got a remote start installed, very very happy with the work done. From scheduling an appointment to getting it all Installed was a very smooth process and didn’t take long at all. They where very friendly and did a great job for a great price! I’d highly highly recommend this place for your car accessories!

Jace has installed remote starters on at least 4 different vehicles through the years, making sure to advise which device will function best based on your vehicles specs. I would not trust anyone else to tint my windows - he is the best. Always timely, considerate, and knowledgeable. He also set up a stereo/speakers with awesome sound in an older ride. Highly recommended!

When I scheduled a time over the phone the employee was great in explaining everything about the cost (which was great) and said it would be about 2 hours. It was exactly that and Rick went over everything with me when finished. Works great so far.As nice and easy as a transaction could be. Great customer service and the car starter is better than my starter that came stock in my wifes car. Also, they noticed the car battery was low on charge and called me to let me know. I already knew this and a few days before I took my car to That Stereo Shop, I purchased a battery and actually left it in the trunk as I did not yet install it. I notified him of this and he installed the battery free of charge and acted as though I shouldve expected him to do it (which of course I did not). I offered to give money but he wouldnt accept and was a pleasure to deal with. Will be going back with any other needs

The guy I spoke with was very knowledgeable and professional! He didnt have a huge selection but he was willing to order exactly what I wanted. His prices beat everyone elses. The only reason I didnt go with this place is because it was going to take a week for the custom made box to come in, which he couldnt help, but I couldnt wait. I wound recommend this place!

I took my car here after pricing a remote starter from a dealership. The cost was significantly lower so I was skeptical at first. However, its been everything that I wanted in a remote starter. I recently had a remote starter and keyless entry system installed. First of all let me say that I had booked an appointment already when a couple days later there was a Groupon for That Stereo Shop for a remote starter system at half price. It wasnt even the same one I was getting but these guys still applied a big portion of the discount they were offering on the groupon to my installation.On top of that, once everything was installed they walked me through everything and told me that one part of the system wasnt functioning properly because of defective part on my vehicle. They actually said the replacement was so easy that if I purchased the part and brought it back in they would throw it on for free...just because they wanted to make darn sure there were no issues with their installation.Suffice it to say I was impressed. I will certainly be choosing these guys for any future electrical/stereo related work my cars need in the future, and Ive already been recommending them to anyone I know who might need their services. Go with That Stereo Shop...you wont regret it!

I went over this to That Stereo Shop this weekend to have a remote start put into my fathers truck for christmas. The owner, Jace, got my fathers truck in right at our appointment time and had it done before we returned. He took the time to answer all of my fathers questions before beginning the work and helped show my father all the features of the remote start when we came to pick up the truck. Service was extremely fast, Jace is extremely knowledgable and friendly, and the remote start was by far the best deal around in comparison to all the other shops I looked at, very affordable! I will certainly be taking my familys cars, as well as recommending That Stereo Shop in the future!

I like my remote car starter no issue at all with that but the customer service was the pitts!!! took them twice as long to install was told 3 hrs it took them 6 1/2hrs. I was told there would be no additional charge for the service when I went to pick up the car the older gentleman asked if I was told about the additional charge when I stated there was no additonal charge I was told to relax and when I asked for a reciept for the service the same gentleman threw his hands in the air and said lady you didnt buy anything from us what do you want a reciept for my eyes must have almost fallen out of my head he then said you got your reciept from groupon and the warranty is in the box in your car ( as if I knew the box was in car) he then picked up the phone and intercomed for someone else to assist me. at this point I was thrilled...lol a nice young man went through the demonstration for me but by this point I was already disgusted with this place....maybe he was having a bad day, but regardless I will not recommend this place

I tried to do business with these people but they are really rude! They even hung up while I was talking on the phone. My friend also had the same experience when his car was the only one in their shop and they left it and started buying food and chatting with each other. He was talking to them and they did not even reply to him. I also asked them about the coupon that I had and they said I need to pay $100 more
