This store is a bit small but the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Also if something is out of stock they can help you order it to make sure you get what youre looking for.

Trendy kitchen store. It was freezing outside but they had the front door wide open, which made the store ice cold. Customers were so cold we could not shop. Most people strolled in and right out, and into the next store to warm up.

Nice store, well stocked and friendly staff. Tends to run to the higher end although you are paying the premium for high quialty. Have managed to find some fantastic sale items here also after the holidays including some incredible deals on Le Creuset Dutch Ovens! Highly recommended. Parking can be difficult on the street, the parking garage is nearby plus all the other Walnut Street shopping.

Very bad experience here!!!! Never been treated like this. Ordered one item online, mailed me the wrong color, want do exchange here. The cashier treated me like i owe her one million! Come on, thats not my fault. The first time shop here and the last time for sure.

Expensive as all get out, but they have good stuff. At the Shadyside location there is paid parking only unless you walk a long way.

If you like to cook, check it out. A lot of neat kitchen items.
