They have made to order options just like sheets where you can make you’re own variations to things like sandwiches and snacks and appetizers. They have already made food as well like hot dogs, nachos and cheese and such if your in a hurry. Otherwise they have regular Gas station food and snacks and drinks and gas of course. It’s usually very busy and sometimes you can even catch someone in the midst of making a music video if your lucky!

I was there Friday night about 12:15a.m. when I walked in, bothcashiers were having a conversation, while the female was sitting behind her register with scratch off tickets in her hands. They both looked at me standing there, but continued with their conversation. I was dumbfounded that they kept talking to one another until I asked them, really, yall are going to chat while Im waiting?..I kid you not, it was 5-7min B4 I got waited on. The guy cashier had the nerve to say, you could have said excuse me. FOR REAL?? Wow, they never have to worry about me again. I hope their manager sees this. You know who was on duty Fri. into Sat-10-16-21 at that time...It was shameful.

A very bad customer service employees are rude and confrontational the manager condones the behavior to say the least I will never go to the store again whatever happened to good customer service? Is it no longer important?

Its in a convenient location to buy gas and its open 24 hours. But the bathroom is horrendous! It literally smells worse than any portajohn. Hard to believe this is the same company that has so many nice stores in the suburbs.

Always! Always! Its line busy need more batter management! I really wish I had batter store near my house.

The absolute worst location and such a shame I would stop here everyday till it took longer to get to a register due to employees more concerned about talking about their plans then taking care of customers. I literally dread when I force myself to stop at this location

Messy place, no fountain drinks, trash full, no roller food, concrete in driveway coming up. Plus side...bathrooms clean and coffee filled.

So today is 2/15/21 and it’s 1:24am. I went in to get a slushy and doughnuts. The slushy was good but the doughnuts were dry and tasted like old burnt crust no caaaaaap. You guys need to work on hiring more staff to assist with store duties please and thanks.

This is literly the worse gas station Ive ever been too.the staff doesnt wear mask & there rude.they need polite staff.I hate that store.

I walked in tonight at 11:10 pm before work. Neither of the 2 cashiers had a mask on or anywhere in sight. There were 5 people that came in wearing no mask and nothing was said to them either. Wont be going back here and I will also be reporting it to the COVID-19 violation line

At the gas station, if you buy two sodas, you get 1350 points. I asked the worker which sodas I could buy for those points and he showed me. The sodas at the cashier only gave 60 points. The worker said it was his mistake and went to the manager to help fix it. But she didnt want to help me or even tried. If shes a manager, she should be helping me. Not just saying she doesnt want to and be lazy.

First off, context: were talking about a gas station sandwich counter. If you are expecting a five stars medium rare steak, youre going to have a bad time. That said, sandwiches are always good and hot. The convenience store is well stocked for sides and drinks. All around good experience every time. It does get pretty busy sometimes though.

Nothing speedy about this place! Always long lines that take forever, 3 registers typically with 1 cashier, other employees will bs with customers in the store, fronting like theyre sweeping nothingness opposed to jumping on the register even when line is out the door!

Typical speedway food and service but VERY dirty. Parking lot full of trash. Bathroom has wet floor sign but is obviously not recently swept or mopped. Appears to be consistently badly mopped if mopped at all. Black around the edges and behind the toilet..... All the places you have to actually put effort. Only a little bit of toilet paper left on one roll and no spare.Store itself also pretty grungy in all the places you wouldnt hit with a five second cleaning. I assume the food prep areas look about the same so Ill be getting my gas and skipping food and drink options

Its usually busy but they keep the lines moving throughout most of the day, unless you happen to stop late at night. If the employees moved any slower theyd be going backwards. Its extremely frustrating.

So the big woman of color is using her own speedway card to rack up points when you are not paying attention... wouldnt that be against store policy?! When i asked what she scanned she said oh its a speedway card, would youlike one... third times not a charm... keep getting cold panini

Extremely unprofessional staff. Very short and almost angry. Guy behind the counter making our food called us a bunch of goons looking at me to a passer by asking about wait time for food. Impressive to say the least

I went in after a long overnight shift & just wanted a pack of cigarettes & a chicken sandwich. The cashier looked like he was probably nodding off high as a kite & pretended to scan my $2 coupon for my cigarettes so I didnt get my two dollars off. I waited 15 mins for a sandwich that only consisted of a chicken patty, a slice of cheese & mayo only to throw it out because the chicken is soggy & definitely not edible. I will never return to this place. The handful of times Ive been in this establishment, the staff is unprofessional, the food is awful & takes forever & the place is just dirty.

3 out of my last 3 visits, the coffee machine was down. I like iced coffee in the summer which is on thier handcrafted beverages menu, but it comes out of a machine (??) . Today they told me after I ordered, paid, and waited for my order that it was down because it needed to be cleaned. The workers at the cafe counter have no sense of urgency and really could not care less that I had been standing there waiting for something that was never coming. The 2 stars are for the front end cashiers, because they are always super nice and friendly. Regardless, everytime I come here, I am disappointed. Done.

Work right next to this place and sadly have to eat lunch here...... They shouldnt be allowed to sell food or need new staff. NEVER COOK stuff enough and constantly mess orders up.Wish i could leave a review without having to click 1 star because its not even worth it

Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches that were served on raw, doughey, un-toasted English muffins. Other speedway locations are far better.

I dont go here very often but the staff usually doesnt seem to want to be there. I get that they may not enjoy their job, but if customer service is their job, they cannot treat people like their sole reason for going inside is to make them miserable.

Economical food with a variety of options. Deduct 1 star because you have to stay in line for rather long as compared to other stores for the payment of goods.

This gas station line is always so long it reaches the restrooms at the opposite side of the building. There is constantly only one employee on the register with a manager either not there or somewhere else. Ive given my feedback multiple times with no change.

The worst store in Pittsburgh the assistant manager kick me out violating my constitutional rights and my medical rights for not wearing a mask please help me in boycott the store they do not respect people at all like I said help me in boycotting the store dont give them any business because they dont care about their customer service
