Unity Marble and Granite was AMAZING! I live in Plum and have driven by their location a million times, but never realized that the selection of granite available was far more than what you see outside their shop. We found the perfect piece of granite at their supplier and John, the owner, put the seams where we wanted them, unlike other granite companies that told us the seams were impossible to put where we wanted them! I couldnt be happier with the job! They were so professional and helpful throughout the process. And their prices were the same that you would get at a big box store. I am always thrilled to support local small businesses and am so happy I choose Unity Marble and Granite!

John is a true gem! We went in looking for a solid countertop that we could afford. We did end up going over our initial budget but were able to get a top of the line quartzite remnant with a marble look I wanted. Worth every penny. John was able to get our L shape top all in one piece so there’s no seam. His team was extremely clean, polite, and professional while they installed the counter and under-mount sink. Worth every penny I’d recommend everyone work with them!!

This was our first time designing and installing a high end kitchen in our home. We shopped around for granite countertops to numerous large scale operations, but found the take a number and wait routine was not the type of service we wanted, plus they all had outrageous prices.As soon as I contacted John and Cheryl at Unity Marble and Granite, on Universal rd in Plum, I new it was going to be a great experience. They offered to find the exact granite we had been looking for and had it shipped up from Virginia within days for us to see before having to purchase it. Once we saw that it was exactly what we were looking for John came and measured to perfection our kitchen. He literally took several hours configuring how best to utilize the granite slabs so the best characteristics would show in the final design. Installation was quick and better than we could of expected. I trusted him with making suggestions and optimizing the final results. I was doing a large remodeling project and absolutely needed to get granite cut and polished within 24 hours. Unity marble was able to handle my request by 9 AM the next morning.Everyone from Cheryl to John the owner was great and easy to work with.

John is a true artist. My wife and I have used him to do marble countertops for two bathroom remodels. Both were based on old Victorian designs that required John to work with us to get the right look and fit. We definitely would recommend him and his staff to anyone looking for the highest quality and attention to detail.

John is a truly nice person who cares-not easy to find. Especially when they are so skilled at their job. I would recommend them for any projects you may have.

No Service After the SaleHere is what happened: We had Unity install kitchen counters about 8 months ago.About 3 months ago the counter developed a medium size chip on the edge and I called Cheryl to have it looked at (not necessarily asking for warranty) I just wanted to see if it could be repaired. She promised to have one of the guys come and look at it. I left a few weeks go by and did a follow up call and Cheryl told me the same thing. After another call or two and 2 emails that got totally ignored, I have yet to hear from them. I allowed this to go on for about 3 months in hopes that they were not giving me the run around. I am very disappointed especially since I had a referral for these people.
