Great employees, nice selection of different items beyond video games
Got the game my daughter wanted thanks team keep up the good work
I like this location. Informative staff, well stocked shelves. Clean, nice sales associates
Granddaughters go here, I usually wait outside
The Great place for Games !!
Took my son to use his birthday gift cards, n NEVER AGAIN WILL I TELL PEOPLE TO GET GAME STOP CARDS... After taking 3 games to register only to be told they are out of stock, i questiones why the hell are the boxed displayed then. The guy said i dont know it store policy, i dont agree with it but it their policy not mine... Wont be shopping there again, gift card or not...
Very frustrating how they display items on the shelf, but dont have them in stock.I tried to search for 6 different items sitting on their shelves, none of which were actually in stock. Very misleading.
Had an awesome staff! The lady that helped me, answered every single question I had about the Nintendo Switch. It was very clear that she enjoys helping customers find games that best fit them. Wonderful experience- definitely will be back :)
This particular store is fairly well stocked, its clean, and the merchandise is kept up. The employees are always courteous and professional. I have yet to see anyone slacking off. Its a great store! I love coming here!
Corrected the errors I was told when buying a game, hassle free help
Pleasant employees made unpleasant by being forced to heavy upsell.
Standard Gamestop, nice staff and good selection.
Great selection of games and accessories.
No Xboxs or Playstations of any sort
I went in to test some controllers for my kiddo and found the staff extremely helpful! They demonstrated the difference in controllers and how they have alternate styles for small hands.Good job!
Decent store but rather small. Ok amount of inventory
I really like this location. Sales associates are very helpful. When I ask about something which is out of stock, they are willing to find it by calling other stores in the area or checking online.
Very clean, helpful employee, was able to find what my kids wanted.
Very friendly and knowledgeable workers. Huge selection of games and memorabilia. I go here all the time for my gaming needs.
The employees here were really nice when I went in store. I’ve been buying video games for the last 20 years and as the video game industry has been evolving, so has the sales tactics. Sometimes when you walk into a GameStop you’re greeted with “Wanna sign up for a pro rewards card” Etc.. before even saying hello and always pushing promotions down your throat. When I came to this GameStop, I was picking up Zelda: Link’s Awakening on the Switch. Needless to say, because the employee took the time to actually have a conversation and was not pushy, I left with 3 new switch games, a pro membership and preordered the Pokémon sword/shield double pack. I’ll drive here for games from now on.
They were okay I guess. They no have no games haha
This Gamestop is situated directly in the mall, it has a convenient location for someone already at the mall. The store is filled with your major games, used games and consoles. It fills all the boxes on my checklist when I imagine a Gamestop. The thing that makes my rating higher than normal for this location is the staff held within. The staff is friendly, informative, and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I know that the physical media ship is sailing, but I would take a chance to stop by if youre in the area.
Games are super cheap, but if you buy special edition they just give you the normal one
Very resourceful staff that both recommended games while not pressuring me into buying. Great staff and service.
Its okay for merch/toys/clothes or new games. Used games are a mixed bag (either a great deal or wildly overpriced by literally any standard), and console accessories youre better off just buying online, youll get the same or better quality for half the price (sometimes literally the same product for half the price), and you can see reviews instead of hoping that an employee has experience with the product youre asking about.
Employees are very nice and helpful and really awesome. They helped us a lot finding what we needed.Mia(10yrs)
Ive gone in game stop at both locations near me, the mall and in bethel park, both have great and friendly staff, theyve always gone the extra mile to give me info, kindly explain things and offer promotions as i am usually buying for someone else and I dont have a lot of knowledge on gaming. Five stars! Check out their deals, especially around black friday-- some of their prices even beat Walmarts!
Helpful and friendly staff.
Not always the best selection, specifically amiibo, but the staff has always been very helpful.
Had to interrupt the sales clerk from his phone and ask about a game. Said it doesn’t come out for a couple weeks without even lifting his head to look at me. Thanks for the release date. I’ll be sure just to get it online bud.
The guy josh roasted and lectured me in front of my friends because i wouldnt give my friend Nate 3 cents. Josh if your reading this was that really necessary? Also only gave me 7$ for the new call of duty ripoff
I like Gamestop for the new and used games. Nice action figure collection.
Management doesnt stock store well, so not much variety compared to their pretige stores but I like staff at this location more than those ones.
Man what an experience, declined a held item from there app, was on hold for 30minutes only to get disconnect. The sales representive (DJ) that assisted me and answered the phone declined my hold with several units available. The representative lied and furthered judged me based on my selection of games and items i traded in. The Representatives pushed their not free program and after declining 3 times he called me an idiot for not accepting the offer. Almost every experience I have a gamestop is a poor one and I hate the idea of going back. (New can of worm I called another store for a check list on items to bring with trade in on a console and they forgot to mention HDMI, Controller and the mini cable to get full value)
The manager looks like she has cotton candy on her head and she kicked us out for nothinf
Go to the Gamestop on 88 instead. Ive been talked down to by employees at this store and been told why the games I like and play are bad and being judged for my preferences. Also, while checking out the employee says, Oh, you have a deal, but you dont have a switch, which I responded that I do have one and then says Well, we dont have the controller in stock anyway. I didnt even know what the deal was and the employee didnt bother to tell me either (wish I remembered the employees name). Ive had a few other bad experiences here and I do not want to return.
Great Selections of video games and consoles.
Friendly and very helpful. Good employees.
The manager told us to leave because we picked up a suction toy when we were just standing there
They are awesome people helpful
Knowagable staff and wide viarity of games and gaming memorabilia.
It was ok clerk was slow and had to wait awhile also tried sell membership and preorders was almost ready to walk out without a purchase
I couldnt decide which game to buy, but with some guidance from the staff I was not disappointed with my purchase. BEEN SNIPING GERMANS ON BF5 LMAO
I bit overpriced used games, but amazing customer service and wide range of gaming gear and items
The manager told us to shew as if we were dogs
Freaking rip off, they only buy a ps4 in new condition for $160 then turn around n sell it for $380 lol too funny $20 more and u can buy brand new
Yea boy its good
Great deals but terrible customer service.
Its okay i broke a cord and it was stuck in my x box controller but they said just let microsoft fidget with it or buy a new controller with us

The manager was short but very helpful, he seemed to know a lot about the current deals and products . I believe his name was Ron or Roman..something like that .
