I just went there and walked out and tossed it in the trash. I refused to take a bite. The more I stood there and looked around that place shouldnt be serving anything to eat. The jars were actually so sticky on the bottom the were stuck to the counter top and the jars just looked so dirty. Nothing looked fresh. I would prefer to not get a type of food poisoning today. No thank you.

Nothing beats this ice cream. They actually make it kind of in front of you on a freezer plate. Wonderful staff, they involve you in the whole process! It’s the whole experience, with the tastiest ice cream. Not generic at all like chains.

Great experience and awesome rolled ice cream

Will not go here again. The customer service was terrible. The young man working, waa disengaged and wasn’t helpful. My daughter wanted chocolate ice cream and he said they only had vanilla. Didn’t offer to make the vanilla into chocolate as roll ice cream parlors do. It’s also overpriced. $16 for two ice creams with barely any toppings. I got mint chocolate flavor and it tasted like plain vanilla. This place is just a bad knock off and I don’t recommend it.

This was the worst ice cream Ive ever tasted, not to mention the most expensive. The ice cream/toppings were not fresh, and it was definitely not very clean. The associate did not change gloves between taking money and making the ice cream, and he did not clean anything in between orders. I asked for napkins, and he directed me to a roll of paper towels above a metal sink in the back corner of the room. Lets just say that I will not ever be back.

So I’m giving two stars bc the concept is awesome and the ice cream was solid. But its all downhill from there. First off, we ordered the mango berry one and the fruit did not taste fresh. I don’t mind paying 8$ (Expensive for dessert) but for that much, i expect a certain quality. Secondly the kid making my ice cream seemed very disinterested and annoyed with having to make my ice cream despite me throwing a buck in the tip jar. Third, my Ice cream wasnt even a roll at the end. It all fell apart and he just smushed it into the cup. I might have gotten one complete roll in the whole cup. Needless to say, I probably won’t be back.

Best ice cream ever!!! Best workers ever!! Contrary to other comments by some negative Nelly’s, the place is busy busy:) all 7 times I’ve been here the “teenagers” working were very attentive and focused on each customer at a time making each ice cream look unique which is the point of icy roll. Patience is key people for good ice cream. You have time to write a nasty comment you have time to wait. You want it to look right don’t you??? Well that’s what they do. Always a good experience the workers are golden. No hate for them, love the work. They’re human just making some good ice cream. Go to icy roll 2.0 amazingggggg. Workers are cuties always being positive making good creations. Btw singing during work isn’t a crime, it’s a sign of happiness just enjoying life. Don’t see the issue.

The service here was absolutely awful. There should be no reason why I should have waited over half an hour for rolled ice cream! They would make up one of the customer orders then run over to the register to ring out more people instead of fulfilling the current orders.(which was pretty long ). I asked them if we could get our orders done since weve been standing here for a long period of time. The girls response was give me 5 mins. Also, they were talking and singing more than working and I saw one of them using their phone with gloves on and never changed them. I would not recommend them, at least the night crew who were there this time.

First off the teenagers behind the counter were so rude I felt more like a bother than a PAYING customer. Second the girl who made my ice cream didn’t even know what she was doing I ended up with just a mess in the bowl. Third they only had seven spoons left on a SATURDAY NIGHT. What a joke this place was save your money and just buy ice cream at Walmart.

The ice cream tasted like chapstick and i would of rather take my $8 back and spend it on delicious Chipotle
