We hosted a social hour the night before our wedding for all guests just to mingle and meet people for the first time. We used Shannon Sweet Shop for ice cream services. Cesar was amazing to work with! He setup an entire ice sundae bar and every single ice cream flavor was amazing! Our guests loved the ice cream and Cesar! Highly recommend for events or even just to stop by and get a scoop. Amazing ice cream and a very nice owner!

This place is such a great little shop to get some delicious ice cream. The gentleman who owns the business is super friendly. It is a local shop in Castle Shannon. It is only open currently from 5-9, Monday through Friday. Come support local shops and enjoy. acold treat!

My sister used this great sweet shop to provide 5 different types of ice cream at her sons graduation party yesterday! They could even supply one dairy free! It was delicious. Adults as well as the kids loved it! I would highly recommend checking them out for your celebrations! It was as fun to select and cool off! YUM

This place is great, lots of interesting flavors of Ice cream. A friendly proprietor. Incredible prices Its just the kind of old fashioned treat shop you always assume doesnt exist anymore. Try the ice cream sandwiches, they make the cookie part in the store and they are incredible. They make there own waffle cones and bowls too.

Ive been here multiple times and i never had any problems. The ice cream is always good and the waffle cones are always fresh. The staff is always friendly and it is a positive environment. Definitely recommend if your in the mood for sweets.

In my opinion this is the best place to get ice cream around here. My boyfriend and i stumbled upon it after working on a house in that neighborhood. It took almost 3 years to rehab that house and we went every day after work. We have a serious ice cream addiction lol. The guy that owns and runs the place is so friendly we always talk to him and when we come in he says hey guys how you been? I remember when he put in the new flooring he was putting it in himself and he had this little ice cream cart out front serving people home made ice cream sandwiches and pop sicles so people could still get ice cream. Its such a nice cozy atmosphere inside with tables and chairs inside to sit down at. The ice cream is delicious and they even have dairy free. Oh and the home made Waffle cones are beyond amazing its not just a bland cone holding delicious ice cream the cone is delicious too! I could ramble about this place!

Such great service, charming atmosphere AND delicious ice cream. I tried the Candy Bar flavor which was a mixture of vanilla ice cream, caramel, nougat, fudge chocolate, peanuts and all sorts of deliciousness in just the right proportions.
