The manager Kelly was absolutely amazing to work with. I had many questions and she was incredibly knowledgeable and offered numerous suggestions. I had difficulty with a policy misunderstanding, but she and the owner went above and beyond to help me, and completely resolve the issue. I cannot recommend this store enough, their service is excellent. Thank you again!

This store is so, so, so amazing!!!

Incredibly friendly staff every time my wife and I have gone in! The employees knew what they were talking about, one woman even took the time to ask us some questions about ourselves and what we are looking for in being in the store, and then recommended what they thought might be helpful. We now stop in this store every time we are at the mall.

This store is “eh.” I used to go here when I was first beginning my work with crystals. The crystals and stones aren’t of very high quality (after gaining a lot more knowledge and shopping at other local stores that specialize in crystals and spirituality, I’m not convinced many of them are even real, which could explain why I don’t feel the energy from them as strongly). I’ve never had “bad” experiences with the workers, but they’re not very knowledgeable. Often times they ask me what the crystals are called, and they’ll ring them up incorrectly (which also means being charged incorrectly). Basically, there are stores in the area that have better energy and carry higher quality crystals. I am, though, thankful for the nicer crystals I have gotten here!

While walking through The Robinson Mall tonight to look for clothes, I unexpectedly came across this wonderful aroma and it wasn’t coming from the restaurants! The diffusers at Full Body Balance were misting essential oils while I looked over a wide variety of crystals. I’ve been searching for a few items for some time and was over the moon that Jaida could assist me with everything. I definitely suggest taking a moment to explore, even if it’s to see the salt cave in the rear of the store. Namaste

Rude workers, fake crystals, horrible prices. My daughter and her friends went in while I stood outside because I cannot stand the smell of this shop. When my daughter came out, her friends looked mad and she looked upset. I asked her what was wrong and she had told me the worker, with the glasses with red hair, had made fun of my daughter for not being able to remember the difference between two crystals with very similar names. (She is very knowledgeable about crystals) She also told me that at the checkout, after she had already paid, they stopped to smell aa essential oil mister. Her friends were taking about the smell, she had told them she smelt lemon grass, the worker (same worker from earlier) came up to her and said “did you not read the sign?”. The person then laughed at her for not understanding the sign and told her to read it again, then proceeded to laugh at her again when she didn’t understand it. My daughters friend had also bought rose quartz (a RAW piece was 7 dollars!) as well as black tourmaline. Unfortunately she had dropped the crystals and the tourmaline broke in half to reveal plastic on the inside. I inspected them myself when I got home, and many were mislabeled and did not appear real. I will probably not shop in this store ever again. I get kids can be annoying but the way my daughter and her friends were treated in this store was ignorant. They are a good group of kids with a passion about crystals and stones. Way to discourage our youth from a great hobby and interest. I have worked many customer service jobs and would never imagine representing a business like that.

This is my go to place!!!..... They have so many varieties of crystals and unique items. Not only is this place amazing but the people who work here are so sweet and unbelievably nice and very helpful! I would recommend anybody come to this store whether youre looking for something specific or just looking around, I can promise you will walk out of the store with a smile on your face and satisfied.

I bought some crystals there and i bought a piece of what i thought was citrine (and what they LABELED as citrine), but it was heat treated amethyst. i’m so upset that I was led to believe i was buying one stone when i was buying a completely different one. will not be shopping there again, i recommend shopping on etsy instead, better service better prices, and you know exactly what your buying.

I go here once a week to pick up different stones and crystals I use for making jewelry and designs. Every employee including the owners and Jill, are amazing people to talk to and do business with! They have the finest selections within the Pittsburgh and Pennsylvania area!! Within the last month went to about eight different shops.. Body balance will always be the number one place! Thanks for everything you do!

A woman with glasses was working when I attended this store and was very pushy to customers. She made fun of a customer ahead of me for not being able to afford a $4 crystal, then produced to bully me into buying more things because I asked for a basket and apparently didn’t use it to its full capacity. also, i found after coming home that at least half of the crystals I purchased are fake.

My daughter and I went to this store yesterday for the first time. I have to say the staff is outstanding, Jillian was so very sweet and helpful! I will forsure be going back.

The store has a nice relaxing vibe as soon as you walk in. The staff are extremely passionate about their products and helping with any questions or concerns.

This is an acquired taste. The art isnt for everyone. If you like modern act or live a boeheim lifestyle then it is for you. If like the masters go elsewhere. It does add to the Pittsburgh style scene and is good for tourism. Remember as Steven Wright said It is a small world unless you have to paint it.

I had the most amazing experience here! I did the foot detox bath and the infrared heat box and I legitimately felt 10000 times better. The owner & his wife were the nicest people ever. They were super informative about all of their products and how to use them. They have a absolutely great business with a really positive outlook on life. I recommend everyone at least visit them, youll be changed for the better.

This store smells great. I bought a salt lamp for 20$. Some Palo Santo incense. It smells nice not over powering at all. Its very relaxing. They have scented oil and mist air. Gems and Sage

Love the many helpful products in store along with a customer sales rep with a friendly warm smile named Samantha. She was a gem when explaining the many products helpful to the Human health. They also have a beautiful selection crystal jewelery and other items for sale. Love this place

I went into this store for the first time tonight and Im so glad I came across it in the mall. I didnt get the mans name who was working there but he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took a lot of time and educated us on many things. I bought a negative ion bracelet and a Nano Wand. I will definitely be going back for the Salt room and more products!! Definitely a 5 star place!!

Tried their salt room which was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. The only thing that would have made it better was a water fountain, otherwise it was perfect.

I went there for the first time and they were very friendly, great customer service and awesome products

After breakfast, I drove to Robinson mall & walked. Love the mall. Stopped at some shops for information, one being Negative Ion Store, & got an Ionic Foot Detox (1st time, so I was skeptical, but well worth the $35). Neil is an obvious empath & wonderful man.

Pretty cool spot, the salt lamps are affordable and pretty cool to look at. Lots of options and friendly help from Jillian.

I felt welcomed and the conversation was excellent. I look forward to going back again.
