Dr. Harrell has been my doctor 10+ years. He is a great doctor and grown to be a friend. I will continue to entrust eyes and my daughter’s eyes to him until he retires or moves away from central Florida.

Giving it two because almost everyone I interacted with was great. The exception was David, who seemed way to important to be bothered to look for my glasses. (The irony of a pretentious walmart worker is comedy gold btw) Consequently, I didnt get my glasses for 5 days after they where delivered.

Best eye doctor I have visited yet.

Absolutely ridiculous. Their doctor is constantly changing the schedule and hours that is available. Ive tried on 2 separate occasions to make an appointment for a contact exam and nothing is ever available at a suitable time. Since when do eye doctors only work in certain days and only certain times during those days!? Not acceptable at all.
