Bought a 1000$ weed eater in 2018 and told at the time of purchase included 5 year warranty. After a few years they didn’t honor warranty. Don’t spend over what you can buy a weed eater at Walmart for their warranty program is worthless.

Working in retail myself, its great when a business has such an educated and polite staff. You can always tell when people like what they do and who they work for. The owners must treat them right. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

I called them and asked if they had a dash xd in stock and they said they have dashes in 32” and 42”. I asked if it was the xd and she said she wasn’t sure. I asked if it had the Briggs motor or Kawasaki and she said Kawasaki. I pull up and it’s not the dash xd I was looking for. Not the Kawasaki like the xd would have had but the Briggs. Don’t waste your time coming out here even if you try and confirm the stock first.

I have previously had good experiences here, but after my organization bought a $1,300 chainsaw and it broke after 3 USES, they refused to repair it because we had owned the saw more than 90 days. They tried every trick in the book to blame it on us, from saying we probably maintained the saw incorrectly to saying we probably used the saw incorrectly. I have been a tree care professional for 13 years and can attest that it was all done correctly. Plus, we only used it 3 TIMES. Look at the picture and see that the saw is in brand new condition. Unfortunately we will not be able to do business with them again.

I called in asking for some help with my Golf Cart. They tell me that they can offer the service I need but cannot schedule the service. I would need to drop off my cart with no idea of cost for 7-14 days before they could help me. She tells me that they are busy with snowbirds? So those of us that live here year round and could become long time customers don’t matter? I was shocked at the dis interest in getting business.

Well stocked and very helpful staff. I have a commercial business but have sent several consumer friends there and they have also had good experiences.Cant beat the convenience just off i4.

Be weary of any Facebook ads for anything from this company. Recently expressed interest and intent to purchase a golf cart they had listed. The gentleman agreed to mark the listing as pending so that I could come the next morning to inspect and purchase it. Advised him I was hooking up trailer and headed that way. When I arrived an hour later, he had sold it to someone else. What a tremendous waste of time and this was incredibly unprofessional. Not likely would I ever do business there.

Spoke with Marc about a new ISX 2100Z the way he handled my request won me over. Im the proud owner of a new Ferris!!! All the people who greeted me were very knowledgeable and Matt who worked the sale were outstanding.Kudos to all and look forward to getting the yard done in style. I drove from Tarpon Springs to buy.I highly recommend them!!!!!!

Worst customer service I’ve experienced at any retail store. Not only are the employees ignorant on product and service, their attitudes are horrible. The “ manager “ and unfortunately the owner are just as bad. I will never order or buy anything else from this company and I ran anyone who is considering purchasing anything from this company. Just left this place and wanted to let you know that I had a Great Experience with employee- “Ike “at the back counter . He took the time for me to video him on how to put the blade on my weed eater and how to put line on . Also GLADLY (which sometimes is lacking on a lot of places of I visit nowadays) answered my questions on how to sharpen my blade .I’ve bought my chainsaw and weed eater from this place and visit anytime I need anything to do with my equipment and this far have been the best experience..

Antonio is the man. This guy knows his parts very well. These guys are very skilled and doing repairs and I trust them with all my power equipment.

I bought my mower here, I bought rims for my golf cart here even though I could have ordered them online cheaper I wanted to support local businesses​, I brought my golf cart in and paid for it to be diagnosed for a problem I was having, after being told it was the speed controller i took it home saved up $700 and ordered a new controller, installed it and it fixed nothing, I took it BACK to I4 power because I paid them to diagnose it, after 2 weeks of not receiving a call back I called and was told they couldnt figure it out to take it somewhere else. I took it to a local golf cart mechanic who works out of his house and he found the problem in less than 2 hours! It was a microswitch and he had it up and running for less than $100. Im done with I4 power.

This Company Does everything first rate. They have an incredible selection of inventory of lawnmowers, 2 cycle equipment (the largest Stihl display Ive ever seen)and Golf cars. Their staff is friendly and has plenty of product knowledge. The service department is also quick and was good at following up with a estimate forme. I would reccomend this company to my family and friends.

The owner, Mark, was really friendly, transparent, knowledgeable and willing to negotiate based on our needs. The staff were very helpful as well.

These guys are awesome I come from Tampa to Plant City to buy all my equipment. Knowledgeable, nice, and friendly staff make you feel like family.

I called I4 power on the phone and told them that I had to chain Saws that need to be repaired. So they tell me to bring them in they will have them fixed within a week or less. I wait in line for 38 minutes and they tell me sorry you didnt buy the Saw here we cant repair them .very poor service department and high priced I suggest choo-choo lawn equipment
