My father was a very loyal employee of Durocher auto collision. He was the painter for years. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever met. They harrassed my father continuously. From leaving rude notes to changing the pain colors on him. My step mother was diagnosed with cancer and a few short months later ended up passing away. When my father returned to work the other guys would walk around holding there chest and saying “I think I’m dying of cancer”. Sympathetic ? I think not. They are the lowest of low people. A few of them my dad considered “friends”. My father finally had enough and quite. They will never get my service. Even if it didn’t happen to my father. If you can be that cold hearted and rude you don’t deserve to get anyone’s business.

Obviously neglected work includes: missing four eyelet rivets on plastic wheel well cover; recessed front bumper fog light by greater than an inch (should be flush to bumper); every gap between panel worked on was off line.I have a 2012 ram window sticker that says my truck came with running boards that are no longer on my truck. Swapped out by these guys with junk ones. My tires were swapped with junk ones. My locking lug nut key missing.I showed the management there, the obvious neglect. I told him these arent my running boards. He asked that i bring it back to be completed, agreed that it wasnt. He denied any wrong doing with the runningboards.I told him after you say the work is complete 2 days later than agreed upon, i immediately see the flaws and i dont do this for a living. Now your asking me for more time with my vehicle and expect me to believe you will resolve anything?Obsurd. I was treated better when i was stationed in El Paso for three years. My car was better taken care of in a foreign community while i was deployed to Afghanistan.I wrote the owner an email. I never received a response. I will never do business here again.
