Called them when we shattered the glass in our bus door during a climbing trip. They were very eager and willing to take on the job! Custom cut a piece of glass and took care of full break down/re assembly of the door, to include all the miscellaneous fittings on it. Very helpful, professional, and timely. Cant recommend enough!

Made an appointment with Brett to come and give me an estimate and do a repair. I told him I had to be at work at 930 in the morning. I waited for two weeks. He never showed up and never called. I waited until 930 and was late for work. When I called the office. I was told that they would try and fit me in the schedule and they would let me know. A week later still NO CALL!! I guess they don’t need the business! Very unprofessional

Very helpful replacing a bunch of windows with blown seals. Super clear clean work & office staff was just as helpful.

My wife and I were looking for windows for our new three season room. Our contractor suggested going to Granite Glass in Plymouth and speaking to Brett. We were greeted by Brett as we walked into their office in Plymouth. He asked us what window we wanted and how many. We werent sure which windows were even available never mind the model. We told him the overall dimensions of the new room (12x26), and that we wanted sliding windows about 5 feet in height and as many as we could fit within the dimensions given. He told us we didnt have enough information for him to come up with ANYTHING AT ALL to show us and that we should go talk to our contractor about how things are built. The women behind the desks chuckled. I then asked to at least look at a sliding window, since I didnt see any on their show room floor (which had 4 double hung windows). He pointed at one of the mini double hung windows and told me just imagine this window... but sideways.. I didnt find this funny but apparently the two women behind the desk did as they snickered again while looking at my wife and I. He then told me that he just got back from a site visit and he has another one to go to, so, sorry he couldnt do anything to help us. And thats exactly what he did.. absolutely nothing to help.I would not recommend going to the Plymouth office for any sort of help. They will literally laugh you out of their shop.Just to put things in perspective, I had the same exact conversation as I did with Brett, with a guy from Marvin Windows at the Home Show. With just the dimensions, and a short description of what look we were going for, he was able to sketch up a schematic right there for us. We received an e-mail the very next day with a quote including the sketch and model numbers for the windows. I ran the design by my contractor and what do you know, IT WORKS PERFECTLY.

Brett & Matt just finished replacing several of our 30 year old windows. One was a Velux sky lite on a metal roof. Excellent job, creative solution, very professional (and friendly!). They went the extra mile by cleaning up some stuff that was not part of the job. They definitely earned any future glass business I might have.

They took my car into the shop, charged me for a windshield replacement, then called an hour later to tell me they forgot to get the right windshield in stock and it would take another week to get. Very disappointed, will not be doing business here again.
