They replaced my windshield quickly. However, they left without leaving any information regarding sealant cure time, time to drive or any other care instructions. They must have damaged the lower cowling underneath the windshield wiper arms. They replaced it with faded junk that is sun bleached and doesn’t match any other trim on the truck (see contrasting black in photo). Customer service is non-existent.

I would like to update my previous review! I had a bad expeeience with a tech who came but customer relations called me and made it right!!! Allen was great he called me and made everything good. Thank you safelight for caring!!

Hands down the best glass place around! I have been there a few times now for both a toyota and audi. Any time you need glass this is the place to go! Easy to schedule, great employees, the service always feel like your in and out!

Brought my 2019 Honda into have windshield replaced. Window is good. What I didn’t order was excess glue on my car. They reprogrammed my lane departure and messed up other electrical feature that are requiring me to return car. To Honda to straighten out. I miss Giant Glass.

This company was recommended by my husbands insurance company. He made an appointment, took time off, they showed up with the wrong windshield. Two weeks later they called and said the appointment would be on Saturday. Again, took time off. Received a call asking where he was. He said he was waiting for them. He was told that he would have to bring his vehicle in to the shop. He told them to forget it, hed call another company. Someone called a half hour later and said I will have to come in on my day off and do it. My husbands response, dont do me any favors, Ill call another company. Attitude changed quickly. Just because its an insurance job, doesnt mean you can treat the customer poorly. I will be sure to share this story with everyone I know.

Prompt and professional service. They made the process easy by processing paperwork with insurance company. They got me in and out in one day and also filled chip in my other vehicle. Great staff!

Showed up on time put my windshield in . It took him about an hour all went well

I had a scheduled time between 8-12 come 12:15 no call or text. I called and got Luis (different from my tech Luis) Luis was rude unprofessional and hung up on me. Turns out the poor tech was over scheduled by his store within that 4 hour window. He showed up at 12:35. I have only used this company one other time and the experience was negative years later I figure give them another try. Nope never ever again! Rude customer service reps! I feel bad for the over work tech! To boot they gave him the wrong windshield now have to wait 2 more days!

Had a great experience there. The gentleman working there was very pleasant and informed me of what needed to be done(I have accident avoidance cameras that needed to be calibrated as well as replacing the windshield)

I thought I would just need a patch, but I needed a new windshield. The staff explained everything and was enormously supportive. I arrived quite rattled, having just received a REJECTED sticker for my inspection. I will get a new windshield from Safelite soon. I left feeling reassured. Thanks!

The most incompetent glass company on the face of the planet. First available appointment was one week out. On the morning of the appointment, they turn us away saying it’s scheduled for another day. The also put our street name down as our last name. When you call a specific location, they are likely to not answer the phone, then the call gets transferred to another location (without the caller knowing). Creating more incompetence and more confusion. I wouldn’t let them replace the glass on my watch

I cant say enough about these people, they were informative and helpful got me a ride home and back.

Friendly staff. They took care of all the insurance paperwork. Replacement windshield done correctly and was ready ahead of schedule.
