First, my son spoke to “Larry “ from the wareham store on the phone. Larry was very helpful and called around to our other local stores to find the right mattress in stock. I appreciate Larry so much. He found the store in colony place to have the one we needed.My son and I went to colony place and was greeted right away, by a nice lady sales associate. She helped us and set up the right display model so my son could try it, and guided us through the purchase and delivery process.It wasn’t until I got home, that I read my receipt in detail and was unbelievably surprised that she gave Larry from the wareham store the sale, and I’m assuming the commission! What an honorable and terrific company Mattress Firm is! I am very pleased and recommend this store and company highly!

Kevonne and Ken were so helpful in helping my husband and I getting our new bed. Kevonne is so knowledgeable and easy going, he was so patient when we were there a little after closing encouraging us to keep trying the different beds so we were sure we picked the right one. Ken was great through the whole refinancing process giving us tips and useful advice. Go see these guys they are not pushy at all they help you understand the difference between all thebedding. Kevonne never once tried to show us a bed out of our original price range until we decided to look at the higher priced beds. These guys are awesome and it shows that they care about their jobs.

I first told the nice gentleman that I just wanted to LOOK for a new mattressthat was not HEAVY. My hand and muscles are not what they used to be!I was having a hard time changing sheets and the corners of the fitted sheets were very hard to put on and lifting my current mattress was more than I and my husband could do. He showed me the SLEEPYS line because they were memory foam and lightweight. Well looking soon became a purchase. I was very please with the salesman. I needed a new box spring ASAP most store do not have king box springs in stock. I didnt even have to leave the house! They placed my order over the phone and were able to have it delivered less then 48 hours later right to the house! Thank you. Today I called the Plymouth store for a box spring to complete my daughters bedroom . The woman politely asked me to wait for just a moment as she finished with a customer . As soon as she was back she remembered my request for the most reasonable box spring as its for a child. She identified an item but quickly ran out back to confirm what was in stock ( as my desire was to pick it same day ). She confirmed and provided me the price and let me know she was able to provide a sale discount . I easily paid over from the email link she provided. When I arrived a few hours later - she knew exactly the order I was there for . The gentleman in the store offered without hesitation to bring it to my Vehicle and assisted in making sure it was secure . A great experience . Great staff . This was a great buying experience from beginning to end. Kevonne was busy with two other customers when we walked in but immediately greeted us and told us he would be with us in a few minutes. While he was tending to the other customers needs, Kevonne came over a few minutes later and introduced himself and thanked us for our patience. Once he finished with the other customers, Kevonne provided us amazing service. He explained the features of each of the beds we tried out and educated us on the differences and lifespan, etc. Our 5 year old was with us which added an extra wrinkle to the process, but Kevonne was so great with her and even gave her her own pillow with a cover to try out beds with us! He was attentive to our needs and questions, provided amazing service and was transparent throughout our entire discussion. My wife and I had a great experience and would buy from Kevonne again!

Needed a mattress and quick. Tough to get done during a pandemic. Sales rep gave me a great price and I was able to pick up at their Franklin, MA warehouse within the hour. Very comfortable mattress too. The only reason I didn’t give 5-stars was that it took three days to find someone knowledgeable enough to help us. When I walk in the store I was warmly greeted and immediately given a warm hello and how can I help you, by Michael. I explained that I was looking for a good mattress however, I wanted to stay within my budget. Michael worked with me keeping my budget in mind and showed and let me try out several different types of mattress. I asked if there was any better deals that might include delivery, and he had me speak to the manager Erica I explained my budget and she promptly got on the Internet and check their warehouse inventory. She is one of the best sales personnel I’ve ever encountered. Erica was able to find a better brand. Style and top of the line in quality mattress, which I promptly bought on budget. Thank you both so much for a wonderful purchasing experience.

Erika is amazing. She knows her product and spends time with you answering your questions and concerns. She provides old school top notch customer service and finds you the best possible pricing for your purchase. She is patient and has a great sense of humor. She is also no pressure. She offers a great product and therefore has no need to make you feel uncompfortable. She allows you to take your time. I highly recommend working with her. I purchased a queen mattress, an electric base, and two pillows. The delivery was as promised. Prompt removal of my old mattress and box. Installed new products pleasantly and efficiently and answered all questions on how to use the new electric base. I love it.

I previously wrote a review about buying a Tempur-pedic at Mattress Firm at the Colony Place location in July, but unfortunately that mattress turned out to be too firm for my liking. Luckily, I had the fantastic Arlene guide me through the return process and the second-time-around purchase of a new mattress.Arlene is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about EVERY mattress, and even though I have been a Tempur Pedic fan for years, I decided to go a different route with the Purple mattress. Arlene already knew what mattress would work best for me, but she kept it to herself while I laid on both the Purple 2 and 3, ultimately deciding on a Purple 3. The return process was a breeze, and within 2 days my new mattress was delivered. Great staff!!!!!! Mary was amazing putting up with my family while buying 3 matresses!!!!( two were spur of the moment). Great prices, dropped off exactly at the time they said they would be here. Delivered it up a very difficult stairway, and took my old one away. They were in and gone in 15 minutes.
