Visited this store twice, both times AMAZING experience. We actually came back because the first time here was so educational!Dealt with Phil the first time and he listened to all my body problems (which are impacted by sleep, nerve pain), educated us about proper sleeping, and recommended numerous beds based on that and price. Was incredibly patient with us (spent probably 45 minutes with us) and was realistic about shipping times if we were interested.We came back a few days later and was greeted by Cody and Kevin. They picked right where we left off, both also incredibly patient with us and educational.We ended up buying a mattress, a mattress protector and 2 pillows and are extremely satisfied by the customer service here. They let us try so many pillows and let us touch the quality of each mattes protector.The staff here are kind, patient, and educational. That along with great prices for high quality sleep products? Seriously couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I checked out your webpage and it was amazing the amount of information that it contained that made the explanation about the various types of mattresses so simple and yet quite detailed. I wish I had this information several years ago when buying our last mattress, as we could have saved a lot of money and many sleepless nights on a mattress that was not a good fit for us but seemed right after the 5 minutes of laying on it and the pushiness of the sales person. Needed some expertise on how to pinpoint the best mattress for my wife and me. I did plenty of research but still had questions. I called US-Mattress, spoke to Kevin and he steered us to a mattress he felt would work best for us. He even recommended the cheaper mattress on my list! VERY HONEST! After speaking to Kevin, I absolutely felt as if he cared for me, the customer, and he definitely had expertise when it came to mattresses. Really glad I called, but even more glad I got Kevin on the phone! I called today feeling quite lost and overwhelmed at the sheer volume of choices and also the wide price point range. I read reviews, watched the videos on the website, and still felt lost! I feel as though im a somewhat informed consumer. I decided to call, and Phil answered the line, direct from a store! He was so professional, so friendly, and so patient, especially since my phone was acting up. I was able to message online to the chat box, and requested he call back, and Phil called back within 5 minutes. Also when I wanted to exchange mine for a less firmer mattress, it cost me $857. I would gladly pay $130 restocking fee but salesperson pulled a switch and bait with me and sold me a more expensive model. It was Completely my Fault my original mattress was too firmThe 800# people and I talked to several, were extremely professional in answering all my questions and providing follow up emails- wonderful customer serviceFinally- the delivery guys were Awesome. It isnt in their job description to move my old mattress down 2 flights of stairs and put it exactly where I wanted it. They even waited the 10 minutes extra while we vacuumed after old mattress was removed but before new mattress was installed. I realize they are probably on a tight delivery schedule but they did not rush us- they were extremely respectful and apleasure to deal with

I came into the Plymouth, MI store to get an education on new mattresses. It has been 15 or 20 years since we’ve bought a set. We were interested in the adjustable bases and mattresses. Shopped around at mattress stores with every store claiming to have the next best deal. After all the shipping fees and warranty fees for the same mattress it came out to be at least six hundred dollars more then us mattress. They offered free shipping no fees affiliated with the warranty. When calling the help line I spoke with Phil who answered my questions and broke everything down and helped me place my order over the phone to ensure I was getting what I wanted. Very nice and easy process

The delivery service is horrible....no one knows where your mattress is once it is sold. ( my mattress was an in stock locally) ..I spoke with an employee at Pilot freight who stated once they receive the item from U. S. Mattress they also use another contractor to deliver the mattress so bottom line is your merchandise goes through several hands before it is delivered with very bad accountability. Bought the mattress 10 days ago ...no word or communication yet on a deliver date etc...This process is an upper management decision at U. S. Mattress and then all the employees at U. S. Mattress are left scrambling trying to answer for this horrific delivery service enacted by their upper management. I feel bad for all the employees who work at U.S. Mattress who have to try to sell this horrific service.

These days, buying a mattress is harder than buying a car! Im grateful that Phil is the one who took my call. I knew I wanted a Serta mattress again - Phil didnt try and steer me away and instead provided his knowledge about the new Serta products. US Mattress is lucky to have Phil represent them!

Great place to build and buy a mattress. My wife and I were looking for a mattress that was built as good as those in Hilton hotels. After a 4 day stay at one. We slept so well we started the search as soon as we returned home. After looking all over our area, we gave up and found US Mattress.com on line. We then found that they could build one for us. It seems that in order to get what we wanted serta would be the brand and it would be built coustom from their commercial department. So we ordered a dbl pillow top mattress so it could be flipped or turned every season, making it last much longer then other mattress setups. Its been a month and a half and we have not slept this Good in years. Completely worth every penny. And the cost was less then any single pillow top on the market.

Im giving 2 stars because their website says free delivery and setup. I got free delivery BUT DID NOT get free setup. Also, the full size frame is too small for the full size boxspring and mattress. The foot of the bed hangs over the frame by a foot. So, if I accidently sit on the bottom on the bed, itll come off the frame. Not happy with my purchase, but I needed a bed last minute.

I had ordered another mattress from US Mattress IN August, but COVID delays by the manufacturer put me into October without a mattress. I called their sales line and spoke with Kevin, who helped me identify a mattress they had similar to the original one, which was able to ship out right away.The price was reasonable, and Kevin took the time to break down costs, put in coupon codes, and ensure I had a realistic shipping expectation. It arrived in less than a week.Skip the website, call and talk with a human - it helped out greatly when we entered month 2 of delivery waiting.

I started very confused talking with Kyle on chat and he asked many questions what type of bed we wanted and how we sleep he was able to narrow it down for us and told us to go into the store to test the bed where we met Kevin Giles (Plymouth store) and he couldnt have been nicer he spent all the time we needed explaining the difference in the beds and the features of them. We were treated as though we were the most important People to them. I honestly have not seen service like this in years! They delivered the bed this morning and again such polite men. After finding a mattress in a local MA store, I saw that US-Mattress was running a significant Black Friday sale (30%) and may be selling the same mattress. Living out of state, I first contacted the chat site, where Kyle O quickly responded and answered all my questions...directing me to call Sales if I wanted to place a HOLD order. When I spoke later, with Kevin G in Sales, he was incredibly helpful. Kevin listened to my concerns, pulled up the local stores website to help me confirm it was the SAME mattress, and then went a step further, to review key aspects of the mattress I was interested in vis a vis my and my husbands mattress preferences/needs. He asked questions, shared his experience and reviewed the policies of US - Mattress sales, delivery and if necessary, returns and exchanges for a different mattress after 30 days. I found US-Mattress to be the right place to buy my mattress. Ill know more, early next year, when it is time for delivery. Meanwhile, Kevin and Kyle helped make the sale with great peace of mind. I wish I had NOT dealt with US-Mattress to begin with! The Sales guy at the Plymouth store was nice and helpful (although was a mouthful but wont use that against him ..its his job). Right there, on first visit we placed two orders one for FULL and another for KING (about $2000+). Expecting our beds and bed-boxes to come in a few weeks. Weeks later still waiting for one of bed-boxes and no one can apparently help. The sales guy that we dealt with who was eager to get the order, mentioned he does not have access to find the status of the orders and is not allowed to provide customers help with their existing orders!!! Really!!! That was the first RED FLAG. Contacting the customer service - takes them long time to respond ... then after a few attempts (one when they were to return my call with info and did not even bother to) with these customer service guys they still could not tell me where or when my bed-box is coming ... I now have a full mattress but no bed-box for it!!! Finally I CANCELED my entire order (king mattress and its bed-boxes were yet to come). I do NOT WANT TO DEAL with folks who cannot take care of their customers. Will spend my money somewhere else not here ... in the hope of a better experience.

Excellent! Thats the only way to describe my experience here! Kevin was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable about all the products in store. I was able to try out all the mattresses, and narrow it down to my preference. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Upon calling in and connecting with Kevin it became apparent he was very knowlegeable about the make and model of the mattress I was searching for after having as spent a number if nights in a higher end hotel outside of Golden, Colorado.He was readily able to identify the actual mattresses procured by that specific hotel and proceeded to make me a very attractive offer for the one I wanted including box springs, delivery and removal. This was a good experience. I kind of knew what I wanted before contacting US Matt. Looking at the same mattress in say mattress firm store, the price was twice as much. With US Matt. U might as well get the pillows. I learned pillows r everything. I’ll never buy another $10.00 pillow in a store. This bed is like ur favorite fb team won every morning I wake up. Oh yeah it was Kevin that made it easy & comfortable to do this deal.

Derek at the Plymouth store was fantastic to work with! He did a great job explaining the company, the comfort levels, various mattress brands and their differences. We visited the store multiple times to narrow down our choice, each time he provided excellent customer service, additional knowledge and advice.
