Horrendous customer service experience. I was looking forward to buying wine because of Cubs low prices, I left without purchasing because of horrendous customer treatment by Larry and Holly, who allegedly did not know their managers name.Events: Freshly arriving from the DMV, I supplied my temporary ID white papers, my UMN (a public school and thus a government body) student ID (mind you, I am 40 with wrinkles and grey hair). They approved it very reluctantly. To make them feel better (after they approved me), I also offered to show them a picture of my ID I had emailed to the MN DMV previously. Larry remarked, “any picture can be modified.” Insulted and feeling like I was an unwelcome or wanted customer. I left despite their approval. There is no need to be rude or passive aggressive to customers who are trying to make you feel better about your valid decisions. This is truly the dumbing of America. Cub should up their bar and hire competent, customer focused workers who dont shame their customers for their own decisions.

I totally 1000% am disgusted by the front entrance pretty sure there is more than a 1000 spiders creepin and crawling murtha one in the cart area get you some erro Spider Killer Spray and I might consider coming back but doubt full

The store was uncomfortably cold, but otherwise its kept cleaner and neater than a lot of other Cub stores in the area.

I just asked to speak with the manager to discuss the possibility of some donations to the kids in MPLS that are going hungry in a war zone, and intended to spend several hundred dollars here myself (as I consistently do) but I was told by a very unfriendly and possibly prejudice asst mgr that he had more important things to do.WOW - looks like I shop somewhere else now.And FYI - there are people guarding your store in MPLS area to try to help your company, but you just refused to help their families..., nice job CubUpdate ! I spoke with Scott the store Manager and he was very professional and agreed to donate to the cause. He didn’t feel that he was too busy to talk or help out in this time of need. Thank you Scott -

Huge store... like many of the other Cubs you may have visited. Selections / stock depends on when you go grocery shopping. Prices very but certainly a discount grocery store with strong ties to the Twin Cities. Has everything you need if your hungry or ready to cook. Deli, meats, fish, bakery, ready to eat buffet and more. ( 4 star because of not really well staffed, could have been a bit cleaner ) Also, you have to bag your own groceries. Recommend

This public health crisis is frightening to many, and many in our fair city have made unfortunate and poor decisions based on no or inaccurate information regarding best practices for how to handle our current situation. I stopped in today to get some essentials for the week, and chatted with a bunch of you. Your jobs are always important, but right now more than ever. You are, quite seriously, holding Plymouth together. Thank you for sacrificing your days off, dealing with poorly informed/idiotic customers stock piling ridiculous items, asking dumb questions, and probably not acting with dignity given the circumstances. You are manning probably the most essential store in the entire city right now, and I could never adequately express my gratitude. Stay safe, and keep up the good work.

Had the Endless Summer hydrangea that I put on my mothers grave. Also, they are one of the few places that carry my favorite pretzel. Good parking.

Most of the workers are extremely friendly but one worker behind the deli did not seem to understand how a line works. When I realized he was not going to go in order I decided to leave to finish my shopping and come back. When I came back the 3 workers continued talking to each other until a few minutes later when they decided to help me. The girl that ended up helping me was extremely friendly but overall I was not impressed. I like Cub Foods but will not be returning to this particular one in the future.

They got food. The have a liquor store. They have what you need.

This used to be my primary grocery store, but that has changed. The store is well stocked, but the pros end there. The store does not feel clean or fresh. The last few times Ive been there there Ive found dairy items that expired at least a month ago. Ive told the cashier about it each time and only one time they showed any interest. This is the most convenient grocery store for me, but I skip it now and drive a little further to go to a much nicer store with merchandise thats fresh and helpful, friendly staff. Im sorry to see this Cub declining the way it has, but Ive given up on it now.

I shop here regularly and the staff had always been friendly and efficient. At times I have asked for out of stock items and someone usually comes through. The staff at the deli counter is excellent!

Its been fun getting reintroduced to Cub Foods. Not really sure how it happened but we discovered their fruits are better quality and often less expensive than the big-box membership store we shop at. Weve also been thrilled with their bakery - served cakes and cupcakes at parties that everyone has commented on (for lots less than the expensive bakeries). Just discovered their meat department with great prices and our familys most favorite hamburgers (bacon cheddar, etc). People are nice. Store is clean. Now all they need is a Dunn Brothers, like other Cubs (a nice MN fit).

Okay, quick and easy if I stick to my list. I some Zevia pop that looked good and the sign said $2.49 for a 6 pk. Got to checkout and they were $3.49. I asked and was told they were $2.49 If you bought 5. If you are going to have some stupid as Mega sale, it would be nice if it were well marked. Guess I gotta stick to my list and not look at anything else.

Nice store cub foods goes but they lack in allergen free options. I can only drink almond milk and almond coffee creamer. No option for almond creamer despite walking around the entire cooler section. They do have soy and coconut but Im allergic to both.

This Cub is laid out weird, but everytime I come here, the staff are friendly and I am in and out. So I have no complaints.

I got food poisoning after eating rotisserie chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy last night. Its been over 24 hours and I still feel pretty bad. Dont trust them anymore. Wont shop here anymore.

Its an okay Cub. Produce seems to spoil very quickly after getting it home so I usually avoid it from this location. Returns are quick and easy. Remodel is good. Four self checkout units and usually a short line at the staffed checkouts. Tiny liquor store. Pharmacy is rather slow and seems short staffed.

They have their ups and downs as far as fresh veggies go just like any other store. Have not found any expired food which is good. They have a smaller gluten free section but do have gluten free items throughout the store.

My daughter had purchased a gift card, and after we got back, she realized it was the wrong type of card. Knowing that the cards are non-refundable/no exchange, I figured I would have to explain to her that she just used her Christmas money on something she would not be able to use. We went back up to this Cub within minutes, as we live right behind it. At first they were reluctant, which is understandable, but the Manager there was very professional and understanding, and he was able to fix the problem. What a business that went above and beyond, and actually treated the situation as a real issue, not fraud, which can be hard to find sometimes these days.

I had a great experience I am I the cub on Nathan lane almost every day I got to know the staff there and they are always helpful and very kind it is my store that I like the best

Every time Im in the middle of entering my rewards card number the cashier finishes the sale and I cant get my discounts which is super nice considering thats the only reason I bought those products was for the discounts and also send out coupon ads with coupons that are able to be used instantly and others that arent good for a few days later which is dumb and needs to be figured out

Food is a necessity to life and Cubs have all you need and more, so go grocery shopping and get all you need!

Just moved to the area and the customer service every single time I check out is AWFUL. It is always older women who are checking me out and they always look absolutely miserable. I smile, ask how they are, say thank you and get no response back. Theyre grumpy and make my shopping experience the least bit enjoyable. I from here on out will switch my grocery shopping to Hyvee down the road where they actually smile and appreciate your business! I rate this store 1 star and that is even too high.

Good selection and good prices. Open 24/7. My main complaint is the weird layout for getting in/out of the parking lot.

I have been shopping here for 3 years and have had great customer service consistently. I appreciate the 24-hour availability and their prices are reasonable. Leadership staff are extremely helpful & knowledgable.

I was sitting in my car and an employee hit my car with a cart, and then just proceeded to carry on like nothing happened.

I love this store. Service is great. No matter what you buy they will still talk with a clear, nice voice and treat you like you should be. I was in the V8 Splash section and i had grabbed a bottle but we all know what happened, I dropped it. There was already an employee in the aisle making sure all the prices are up to date ( which is also great) and said she would have the mess cleaned up in minutes. I was embarrassed so I walked away but when I came back (about five minutes later) you couldnt even tell what mess I had made. Thank you Cub for being there for your customers!

There are reasons why I dont go to this cub anymore. Primarily because I have never once had a polite staff member. Im actually getting around to leaving a review today because of how bad it was. I asked a simple question and got an answer with attitude and was treated as if I didnt have a brain. Ive been going to Hyvee pretty much since it opened. I dont know why I even bothered stopping here.

Essentially a very a large grocery store that has good selections of produce Frozen any manner of groceries you would expect they also have specials that bear watching because some of the prices are high and some of the prices are good but overall a good store

I do my shopping here, fresh food and good prices, but they never, ever, have enough cashiers you always have to wait, go in a line, Always, always, always!!!! Even for the self checkout! You never do it in 5 min because you need at least 10 min to checkout.

If you ever have a problem or need help with anything talk to Heather she works at the customer service department and she is always happy to help. I had bought a bottle of Liquor from cub Liquor dept. and while I was in the checkout line waiting to pay for my food my bottle slipped through the open space in front of the cart, omg liquor all over the floor she had someone right there to clean it up. and when I was paying for my food embarrassed she told me not to worry and I could pick up another bottle, that its already with the cashier.I was so happy I didnt have to pay again. thanks, carol

It was a really nice experience to shop at Cub was very quiet in there just before the Thanksgiving holiday that was a surprise and the people were very helpful helping me find what I needed and talking to me it was a great place to be able to shop.

They have good prices and selection.

Look like they not have good vegetables suppliers. No watermelon, not spinach..tomato and limes cost an arn and leg. Same product in walmart cost half of the price.

Had my car damaged by a shopping cart jammed into it. There were 3 cars with damaged not sure if the other owners paid attention. I met with the manager who was very nice but really tried to downplay my damage. They are suppose to have an adjuster contact me to fix the scratches will see how this goes. Don’t shop hereWhat’s the point of shopping here when there is no one in the grocery section of the store to help me find where something is, all I see is the employees just standing around by the employee door and talking too each other. Also why are the cart carousels filled with so much carts that they are overfilling into the parking lot. Parking in the back lot is a pain and I had my car get hit by a cart.

Its his favorite.ChadChad is finally back, he is a great worker in the meat dept. usaully seen on the floor making sure you dont buy expired meat products and makes sure you have what you need through the day.JoshJosh is fairly new in the meat dept. which is given for his review. He is adequate when it comes to his work in the meat dept. but will get better the longer he works there. He will make sure you get helped at the counter.Overall: Has a few Quirks. But, this Cub is Great and Worth shopping here
