It was busy when we got there. The food was definitely worth the wait! It honestly wasnt even that long. It was lunch time.

MY MOST FAVORITE MEXICAN RESTAURANT EVER. The ambience, the food, the sweet people - all so authentic! I would religiously eat at Mila’s on a weekly basis when I lived in Plymouth.. HIGHLY recommend visiting this place not just if you’re in the area.. it’s worth a trip to Plymouth! My favorites are the chicken tacos, their guacamole and horchata.. 10/10

I had a steak burrito, and it was fantastic. Steak was perfectly seasoned, and chopped vegetables were cool and fresh and flavorful. Only took 5 minutes to make, and was served with homemade salsa.The tortilla they use is amazing! Most of the time when I get a burrito, its either too thick, doughy, and chewy, and falls apart halfway through. This one was thin, strong, and a little crunchy, but still soft, and it tasted amazing.This place is only a mile off US 30. Drive past the fast food places and come here instead!

Listen I drive ALL the way from south bend for this food. Its fresh authentic and the family that owns is is great! They always have fresh juices not made from concentrate vegetarian options are just as good!

They make me feel like Im part of their family when Im in there even though they dont know me other than as an occasional customer. Not to mention the food is spectacular! I especially love their horchata because its perfectly sweet!

It was a long day. We still had a two hour drive home ahead of us. But we stopped in here first and I cannot believe how amazing the food and atmosphere is in this cute little place.I traveled the state for my book, website, and PBS segment for years. Ive eaten Mexican food around the state, and Milas ranks way way up there.I recommend the chicken tacos. The avocado and... chicken? Nachos too (our son ordered and I cant remember).We sampled a lime drink that was so amazing and, we were told, is great with vodka. I can see that. Wow!Nice selection of groceries and three kinds of Takis (our boys love those things).This is my kind of place with super sweet people and memorable meals. 5*

Stopped by the restaurant for a couple of steak tacos. Delicious! And service was fantastic. Plus, since its a market, they have a large selection of grocery items.

Quite possibly the best Mexican food that I have ever eaten! The ingredients are super fresh and the decor is great! It isnt decorated like the standard Mexican Restaurant with vivid colors, sombreros, paintings, etc.; at Milas, you are situated at a table in the middle of a small grocery packed with Mexican goods. I absolutely love coming here, as the customer service is phenomenal! Highly recommend!

My wife found this on trip advisor. Small restaurant / store with authentic Mexican. The staff was friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the hometown go to very much. We felt like guest at a friends house there well done to all that work there great job. Priced reasonable. The gucamole was made fresh and they have groceries available.

For a tiny shop their kitchen produces an impressive variety of plates. Solid ‘home’ style cooking taken up a couple notches. You won’t find fine dining or Tex/Cali Mex here but you won’t do much better than this in most of Indiana.Staff is great. You’ll be comfortable and get some great food at a decent price. Try the horchata.

I used to live and work in Plymouth and didnt come here nearly often enough. The little market is nice, but the fresh cooking is why you come. Ive never had anything here that was not outstanding, from their chips and salsa to their tacos and tortas. Is the only place Ive ever eaten tongue, but Id eat their tongue all day! Tripe, too. The family that owns and runs the shop are friendly folks and an asset to the community. I try to make it a point to stop here for lunch the few times a year I find myself back in town.

Was in town for work and stopped in for tacos.Nice little place...small but it works.My only issue (hence the 4 star) was the tacos are a little small...I regularly seek out tacos places and this was quite noticeable...in my opinion...:)Other than that...nice people and the tacos were very good.

A small grocery and restaurant. I was intimidated to try this place because it was authentic, and I couldn’t figure out where to park. However, once inside I was warmly greeted and treated with respect. They gently guided me along as I ordered and looked around. And there’s a few parking spots on the side and more in the back near the mini park area. This is my new favorite Mexican restaurant, and I catch myself craving their pork tacos with onion, cilantro, and lime. Ugh, my mouth is watering right now! I know if you follow them on Facebook they post specials and have taco eating contests. My next goal is to figure out what’s up with the tasty drink specials - they seem to always have some exciting jug out. But I love the glass bottles of coke so much I haven’t looked into it yet.

I just ate here for the first time an hour ago. I will be back as often as humanly possible to continue trying new, and the same pork and steak tacos I just had. The owners were very pleasant and the young woman I dealt with was very personable. Best tacos Ive ever had.

Service is very disappointing, make shure you go to the counter first and wait for someone to come out of the back to take your order. I made the mistake of sitting down at there dining area. Several people came in after me and where giving there order until I kinda rudely interrupted with the I was here first Fools!

The food is great. And it is not prepared ahead of time. You order and it takes time to prepare but its worth the wait. And its authentic. We go to eat there at least 2 a week.

A No-Frills family-run operation. The food will knock your socks off.the closest thing to eating your meal in Mexico that you will find here. all your traditional favorites plus a Mexican traditional. No Tex-Mex its the real deal

I am not from Plymouth, but I heard of this place through a friend. I forgot to take pics of the food, but it was so hot and fresh, it was a blur between my mouth and the plate. A definite hidden gem!

Someone recommended Milas to me, so I went and checked it out and ordered take out. The food was alright but didnt seem to have a lot of flavor. We ordered chicken tacos and steak tacos, but you have to pay 25 cents extra for each topping on your taco!! Im talking lettuce, tomatoe, cheese, sour cream, guacamole. So a flour tortilla chicken or steak taco is 50 cents extra for the flour tortilla plus an extra $1.50 for the toppings. One taco costs $ 4.25 each!! And they may be authentic but the tortilla is about 1/2 the size of a normal taco shell? So 6 chicken and 6 steak miniature tacos comes to more than $40.00! I was absolutely shocked! Add 2 burritos two single serving beans and rice and you are close to $55.00! Food 👋, price 👎🏼
