Most employees are great. But Roxi in the deli had to cut two orders of honey ham, one for myself and one for the person in front of us.She insisted there was honey ham in the grab and go but there wasnt and got an attitude when we asked her if shed cut some for us.

Trying to order spray of flowers for a funeral unsuccessfully after 5 tries got hung up on. Not happy about sudden family covid death in the 1st place let alone not able to order a spray of flowers very conveniently.

I personally think Kroger as a company is headed in the right direction. Clean stores and cost efficient prices mean little if the employee doesnt feel appreciated and support the brand, because at the end of the day who actually performs the services the company provides?

It’s not too big for a grocery store but that doesn’t mean it’s not good! This Kroger was noticeably clean and had a decent selection of produce. I was able to find all the products I wanted easily and in a timely fashion.

Clearly says MASK REQUIRED at the front of the store...yep the store is FILLED with people that have no masks on.Its not hard to have someone at the front of the store forcing masks at the door.This county and state is required for people to have a mask and there is NO reason why my family should be at risk when we shop because your store is too afraid to tell someone to put on a mask.My family will not be shopping at your store again as long as this corona is going around.My family visisted Disney this week and felt more safe there than at Kroger today

Today we went to pick up a cake for a birthday and we found 5 hairs in the cake. It looked like it was placed in there on purpose, under the letter and in the icing to where it looked like it was part of the icing. The AUDACITY of these people, so much for sanitary. Health code WILL be called.

Wound up getting some items that were very close to the expiration date. Store is overpriced, but does have a lot of variety. Better take your Kroger Card or you will be paying extra! (Updated) store needs improvement but does have a few hard to items versus other stores.

The prices can be competitive on most items but you have to your Kroger card and hunt online coupons. The self checkout lanes is always crowded but moves fairly quickly.

This Kroger is better than the Rochester, IN Kroger but still needs allot of help. Kroger switched management between Plymouth and Rochester to try to make the Plymouth store better and it worked. However, the Rochester store now sucks badly. Plymouth has issues, not stocked properly, cleanliness is an issue, but its improving.

The morning gangs the best! Ready to help, lots of friendly greetings, and the sales & perks are outstanding! I want to pop a zillion plus signs next to the five stars. Theyre that good. Please dont hesitate to ask any employee, from floor sweeper to manager, for assistance. Theyll drop all for you!Issues with a receipt or coupon? Take it to customer service. They bend over backward to try & make things right. (For me, a few times they couldnt, but only because I misread the flyer or online.) If its their error, they WILL fix it, and often far more generously than need be.I youre disabled, theyll be happy to bring an electric cart out to you, load your car, & return the cart. Call the store before you leave home or when you get in the parking lot. Or, if you see an employee returning carts, you can ask for assistance.Online coupons and weekly specials are the best around. I cant find any other store with better overall savings.I love every soul there! ♥♥♥A note to those who find the new configurations confusing; this is to coincide with all Krogers & affiliates. Now, when you enter any Kroger or affiliate, the layout will be similar to others. Better for inventory and traffic within stores.I know a woman who shops in three different Krogers/Owens stores. Now shes more comfortable finding what she needs.Laundry, household, & pets are no longer in the middle of the store. but closer to dairy & deli.Most stores keep maps or aisle info available upon request. Please donthesitate to ask!

Kroger just keeps getting worse. Thought I would give them a try again. Big mistake. Only got 3 items (lack of trust). Self serve had a wait line and one of the terminals went to a black screen on the lady in front of me because she used one gift card, then tried another to pay the balance and the system locked up and black screened. The Kroger lady frantically running around saying how corporate computer update had hosed the system. When it is finally my turn I try to pay with my debit as a charge and the system does not allow it. So I try the regular debit and after entering my pin the system errors out. So finally use my other master card. This place is a joke.

A multitude of times has this happened, go into Kroger to buy groceries and when I proceed to check out at the self checkouts, every person that is supervising acts as if I’m going to steal something... this doesn’t happen in the checkout lanes but only in the self checkout area, this is so bad. The lady that sounds like she has smoked every day of her life always makes it out like a big deal when all I’m doing is checking out, I’m going to start repaying her kind gestures and giving them right back 😊

You p.o.s. I go to get a few things hand them my reusable bags and the cashier says Im sorry those are not Kroger bags so you have to bag your own groceries! Are you serious?! So I took them and said you bag them and do your job!! Will never go back!!!

We were shopping for our local food bank and bought for 15 families. Carol and Olivia were so helpful in ringing up and bagging each family separately. They made our work so much easier and were cheerful doing it. Thanks Kroger.

I do like shopping at Kroger for good sales and unique seasonal items. Ive shopped at many Kroger stores in Indiana and Ohio. I give the Plymouth, IN employees 5-Stars for friendly service and helpfulness. But, I give 3-Stars for the condition of the store. It NEEDS remodelled. The store looks run down, especially on the inside. And, the bathrooms....UGH! Please consider remodeling!

I went specifically for a gallon of cider which was on sale. None in stock. Store would not substitute 2 1/2 gallons. Worker did check back room without luck. Check out was quick.

Best organic in town. Checkout fast and easy if doing yourself. Usually not a long wait if not doing yourself. Digital coupons save money and gas rewards very nice.

The new manager has put new life into the cashiers and the people who stock. There seem to be much happier and are more willing to help people. The store is clean and people asked me several times if I needed any help and then did help me when I did.

Kroger used to care about customer satisfaction. Now they just want to compete with Walmart. I was denied service at a register with an employee. They said they could not open a register, it was only 8pm. I respectfuly declined to use the self check out, and I ended up leaving. I will not be going back to Kroger!

Have a good selection of organic food, but the produce goes bad very quickly. Seems to be a lower grade quality of produce. The organic frozen is pretty decent. I dont like giving bad reviews, but i have been burnt to many times with their junky produce. I have found Aldis to be a much better choice on price and quality.

This Kroger is one of the smaller stores (even though its still pretty big) and because of that, there have been numerous times in the past 5 years that Ive been shopping here that they didnt have the products I was looking for. When I would ask the staff about the items, Id usually get a blank stare. Thats the only reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise, great produce selection, large dairy and bakery section, and the other departments are pretty good, too.

The store used to be easy to navigate. Have changed everything around. Cant find products I want.Makes no sense how store is organized. Shop elsewhere mostly. Very frustrating every time.

I used to like the store. Seems the prices are higher now and good luck to you if you go in after 10pm. No cashiers, no CS desk. Only u scan. They should pay me to scan my items. Sorry but thats how I feel about that. Constant issues with items ringing up the wrong price and at that time no one there that can help.

Good sales on fresh meat. You can mix and match items on the 10 for $10.00 sale, and also carries products that you cant find in other stores. My only complaint is that at times prices, especially produce lean more to the higher side and the quality isnt always the best for prices.

One of my favorite grocery stores. Great and sales almost every week. As a bonus they also carry many items that places like Wal-Mart do not.

Krogers has a lot of great sales and I like shopping there. Usually all the check out ladies are friendly. Need to always check the bag area for bags missed. That has happened a couple of times. But it is as much my fault as theirs.

Friendly associates, didnt have to wait to be checked out on a Saturday! !! I forgot my rewards card and staff still allowed to me receive my rewards by taking my number. Quick in and out with 2 young children...my visit was successful! !

The produce department was not appealing. Produce was not kept up throughout the day. Restrooms were left unclean and no paper towels in dispensers. Customer Service was great and made us feel welcome back. Cleanliness was our main concern.

I enjoy shopping here. It is opened 24 hrs a day and very friendly people. And you earn points for your gas and there is a gas station close by too. Get what you need and also fill your tank all in one stop.

The shopping experience is average here but the checkout experience is just horrible, Every time I go into kroger and proceed to the self checkout to ring up my items, doing nothing wrong, being like the average joe, the Kroger associates portray they’re dense of worry that I’m going to steal something, when clearly I’ve just set my items down to ring up, it’s been happening for a while now and when I look around to see if they’re doing to anyone else, they’re not, they are simply providing help to the other customers. I feel as if they are targeting me and I don’t like it, they must think that there’s not other options in town to go grocery shopping, I don’t have to go here to get my groceries, it’s a challenge to get my groceries with the associates always hovering me and thinking I’m going to steal something. Reply back to this comment if this has ever happened to you and let’s get this stopped. This is unnecessary and hurtful

Ive always liked this Kroger. Nice not waiting in line long. They really pay attention to how long people are waiting and if lines are getting backed up. The past couple of visits I havent been impressed. The produce has been low or bad. It always seems the meat department is picked over and even the bread isle. I end up leaving without half of my list and have to stop at yet another store to get the items I went to Kroger for.

When they have good sales its my favorite place. I do like that they are brining prices down instead of raising.

Best time to go shopping to 2:30am no one there.

Store has been redone by a corporate idiot whos never purchased groceries.Old design: specially, fresh and meal starter kits close together, meat/dairy/bread in a nice line so you can walk a straight path then pass desserts and drinks on way out.New design: specialty all over the place. Bread as far from things you need bread for as physically possible. Pet food and laundry in middle of food areas completely wasting aisles. Things youd use with your fresh produce scattered wherever they decided their new categories fit.If you like spending 3 hours in a grocery store Kroger has a prefect floor plan for you.

Let me just say I have relations that deal with corporate Krogers on a daily basis. I will not go into details but the top management of this company is corrupt and unethical. From paying and dealing with vendors in a ripoff way. to restrictions and rules about taking/sending shipments to how they deal with mom and pop stores that rely on them for product it appears to be the same themed message. Get out of Krogers preditory way. I have not heard about this regarding any other grocery stores in the state in my business contacts. I will not do much shopping here. Do not like the feeling with the curtain pulled back viewing OZ. I will also add you cannot use certain credit cards here too, if you are tring to use your debit card as a credit (no PIN) you are out of luck - not supported.

Open 24 hours and usually have good sales and easy to get to.

Item was marked at $4.99. When customer service representative asked if the phone was $4.99 the other lady ripped the price tag off and said its not. Instead of telling me which phone was supposed to be $4.99 they made me feel very awkward so I just walked out.

Prices and sales here are awesome, produce and meats are good quality, beef cuts are almost always USDA choice, and from time to time can be bought for over 50% less than the typical market value while remaining well marbled cuts. Chicken is always cheap here, and pork tends to be frequently on sale as well.If you watch prices here you can cut thousands from your grocery bill throghout the year while choosing healthy options and stocking your meat in your freezer inside of vaccum sealed bags.Very clean and kept up store with great customer service, they even have online grocery shopping where their service members will bring your groceries to your car for you soon after you arrive at the store, you dont even need to go in.Kroger puts walmart to shame when it comes to quality food and affordable pricing. You will be tempted to never buy walmart meat again if you pay attention to the differences in their quality.

The pharmacy staff, never had a problem with, EVER. The management however, a little more to be desired.

I love the Kroger chain of stores. Their prices are great, their stores are clean, and I totally love their Kroger card...you scan it with your purchases and it keeps track of what you buy. You get points that can be redeemed at any Shell station for discounted gasoline. My favorite part is Kroger will analyze what items you frequently purchase and send you coupons in the mail for those items about every month or two. And theyre not the run-of-the-mill buy 40 get 1 free coupons...theyre actually useful, money-saving coupons. Having said all of that, the employees at this particular Kroger are some of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of giving my business to. The checkout children will make you wait while they finish their text message before acknowledging you, the wretched beast at the service desk enjoys ignoring you for several minutes while she finishes her social conversations, and the pharmacist must have been beaten as a child....she is just pure, unadulterated evil. You can literally smell an acrid lingering olfactory onslaught of sulfur and brimstone as this escaped demon crosses your unsuspecting path. I stood at the pharmacy window for 5 minutes while this cloven-hooved be-ast clomped around her pen....when I asked Excuse me, am I at the right window to drop off a prescription?, she coughed an impish chortle and oozed Yeah.... and proceeded to continue ignoring me. Not helping anyone else, not stocking the shelves with enemas and Vicodin....just simply taking pleasure in NOT assisting me. Oh Lucifer...please reclaim your bride from the pharmacy of yon Plymouth Kroger, I thee beg.
