1st visit here and our daughter was willing to go with Dr. Stone for her testing. Dr. Stone also explained everything to us on what to expect and what they will be testing for.

I had the privilege of getting my impressions for my new custom In-Ear Monitors done at Affinity hearing. Ive had impressions done before at other clinics and am familiar with the process. This clinic went above and beyond my expectations. Most importantly, I was blown away by the quality of the impression once I put in my new IEMs. They were beyond perfect. The physician was also very nice and fun to work with. I am extremely satisfied!

I am happy I found this place. I needed repairs done on my hearing aids and pretty much just walked in and got my hearing aids scheduled to be repaired and got loaner hearing aids setup in 20min. They did not need to help me and could have told me to make an appointment but they made time for me. Great Service!

On a recommendation from a friend I scheduled a hearing exam with Dr Stone. From the very beginning she made me feel comfortable and important. She explained the results of my tests to me in a way that was sincere and easily understood. I left with a pair of hearing aids to try for a week. It was really nice to hear the sounds I had been missing in my own surroundings. On my return visit she took the time to share what I could do for comfort in flying and other ideas to aid with my hearing. Throughout both visits I was extremely impressed in her genuine concern with my comfort and whether I had any additional questions. I will definitely recommend her and look forward to my next visit.

I went to Affinity Hearing and Dr. Courtney Stone about an issue I was having with my existing hearing aid. I chose the office based on reviews I had read. Courtney was able to fix my hearing aid that day, but in speaking over my concerns about the quality of hearing, Dr. Stone offered for me to try new aids. In the 15 years Ive had hearing aids, Courtney Stone from Affinity Hearing is the best audiologist Ive ever had. In my first visit, she readjusted my 6 month old hearing aids better than at any time since I bought them. I am now able to hear my students so much more clearly which is why I updated my aids. She also gave me other tips to improve my hearing in multiple situations. She makes you comfortable right away with her warm and caring personality. She is an excellent clinician with a wonderful bedside manner. I would recommend her to anyone.

My experience with Dr. Courtney Stone at Acorn hearing for my 8 and 11 year old sons has been amazing. She is professional and kind and gets to know her clients so they feel comfortable before the testing. After the testing is completed you receive a very detailed report with the diagnosis, she explains the report in detail and then makes recommendations that will help them in the classroom. Super satisfied with Dr. Stone and love my new aids. Was time for new aids, and went to big box store, but wasnt happy with their service or product. Dr. Stone recommended different aids, which were close to same price, and the difference is night and day, and the service is top notch.

Steve Chargo at Affinity Hearing has been outstanding to work with. I have a very difficult reverse slope hearing loss. He has taken an extreme amount of time trying to fit my hearing aids. His total attention has been on obtaining the best results for me and he is very attuned to my hearing difficulties. He is a superb audiologist and always puts his clients interest first.

I went to Affinity Hearing and Dr. Stone for some custom earbuds, as standard earbuds hurt my ears after 15-20 mins.The whole experience was wonderful! The front office staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Stone walked me through the entire ear impression process as it was happening which put me at ease, and was very interesting to understand and experience!My earbuds are awesome! The fit is perfect and comfortable, plus I don’t have to have my volume as high; I watched a video on volume 2!! They did take me a few attempts before I mastered putting them in.

Ive been wearing hearing aids for at least 20 years. Over that time one audiologist flat-out lied to me, telling me that my existing aids were not working correctly and I needed to buy what he was selling. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my aids. In another instance I had to return six times for physical adjustments in order for the aids to stay in place and not cause pain to my ear canal. With this background, its my view that my audiologist is the most critical link in my retaining my hearing ability. While there are various aid manufacturers, I believe a good audiologist will recognize the strengths and weaknesses of each and be able to recommend the better choices to the patient. A friend, an expert in the hearing aid industry, referred me to Steve Chargo and I just cannot be more pleased. My new aids are state of the art, being rechargeable and blue-tooth capable, and are just outstanding. The new aids needed some tweaking so I reverted to my old set for a couple of days. The difference in hearing is remarkable. I realized how much better I now hear and at a lower volume. And comfortable too! In the past 20 years I simply never-ever went to bed wearing my aids. My new aids are so comfortable that its happened four times in the past two months. Mr. Chargo automatically scheduled several follow-up appointments for me just to make sure that all is going well. In the old days and if you traveled outstate the story was that the best food would be at the truck stop where most of the drivers stopped to eat. At every one of my appointments with Steve Chargo Ive been able to visit with another patient while we waited for our appointment. I believe that most everyone who consults with Steve Chargo will be particularly well-served
